Had such a great experience. They were super quick and had me out in about a half hour for a tire repair. Also, the prices were much better than I expected! I will definitely be back when its time to replace my tires!

Good tire place.A very relaxed atmosphere if you like that thing.Decent upfront pricing, nothing too crazy.Labor runs about 110/hrThey have road force balancing.First come first serve type of place but you can call ahead and schedule.I would have given 4.5 star only because they chipped the coating on my new rim but it wasnt a big deal to me.

Had 4 tires mounted and balanced on my truck that is only 5 months old the tech that did the job scratched both rear rims,showed Matt the damage he said that he would not replace the rims and theres no proof that they did it or didnt do it.Will never set foot in the place again or recommend the place.My dash cam footage shows a different story it was recording the whole time the service was being done.Word of advise if you do go there do a walk around with someone before hand so you dont get screwed over.Looks like discount tire will get my business from now on and people wonder why small business are dieing this is one reason.

The guys at state Street were willing to help me out at the end of their day with my flat. They not only got the issue addressed quickly they also helped me out on a replacement and got me going literally within 20 minutes. Absolutely fantastic customer and vehicle service!

Great shop! My car died on the highway. I called them and they were the only ones available to take me in the same day. They said they would take a look to figure out whats wrong with it. I had my car towed there and they immediately put it in their garage. Eventually, I was toldthat I needed an engine swap. Ross, the manager I believe, worked with me and gave me all necessary information to get an engine nearby. In the end, he did all the work for me! Im from the East Coast and I had to leave. I left my car with State Street Tire as they fixed my car. They called me and gave me updates about the car and time of arrival of the new engine that was coming in for the swap. In the end... SPECTACULAR JOB! My car runs with no issues! I took a one way flight back to Ohio and drove my car back to the East Coast. If I lived in Ohio, I would always go to State Street Tire. Super Friendly Staff. Honest and hard-working people. FYI I also promised Ross I would give an HONEST review if they fixed my car. It wasnt only a promise, BUT they DESERVED a Great Review. He had me bring my car in at 8am so he could work on it. I came back at 4pm and he had not done any of the work he said he was just let it sit in his lot. And instead of owning it he tried to blow smoke at me. There unprofessional. Try Manchester Rd one they are better more honest people. Get a second opinion not from this place Matt (the manager) will justify theft by saying they wouldnt do it.... But they do/did.

Had a small problem with my vehicle, stopped by and they hooked it up to a computer almost immediately. Couldnt have been more pleased.

Got all new tires and a leveling kit. Best prices around and the quality far exceeded my already high expectations. Would highly recommend them not only for a great deal on tires, but truck/off-road customizations too!

Just picked up my car after two days of no contact for an update about a price quote...normally not the type to make bad reviews or blow things out of proportion but I gave correct contact information and was informed that only one attempt was made to contact me and that the problem was that the wrong number got dialed...I also tried to contact the shop on both days with no luck in getting ahold of anyone. When I picked up my car I noticed pretty major cosmetic damage to the paint on the front bumper and the headlight. Like it was hit or had been ran into something to scratch it pretty badly. Honestly just want to recommend handling other people’s property with a little more care. No hard feelings but I was quoted $3000 worth of damage just to have more damage to fix. I’m leaving a voicemail tonight to talk to someone about getting some type of explanation. Numbers can be misdialed but damage to someone’s property is another issue

Fast efficient and friendly. Dealt with Matt for my car troubles. Called him Thursday morning told me come in had me back on the road Saturday morning. Tie rods wheel alignment new tires and rim replacement. I’m satisfied with pricing. Even more satisfied I was back driving sooner than expected. He even replaced my wheel covers for free. I don’t have fancy factory ones anymore but rather have a matching set than one missing.

Had a flat on my wifes van, and I wasnt with her. I called Matt in Barberton and explained my situation, he offered to patch or add the new tire, and was willing to let me buy the tire for less online and ship it to them. But, he was able to patch 2 nail holes in the tire! When my wife asked what the cost was he said all set which was a massive relief! We will always get our tires here now because of the kindness he showed!

This place deserves more than 5 stars.I found them on the internet.They were courteous and knowledgeable on the phone.The time estimate to service our 2008 BMW X5 was accurate.My wife took the car in with our 5 month girl and 5 year old son in tow.They were very HONEST, efficient and completed the work as promised.The cost was much much lower than the dealer quoted (150 versus 500).The manager Tony at State Street Tire runs an excellent shop with courteous and friendly staff. Today I was on my way to see a patient in Barberton and ran over a bungee cord on Manchester road. The hook was stuck in my tire, I knew if I pulled it out, it would go flat right awa . I made it to State street tire and they were technically closed, but still at the shop. They plugged my tire for me anyway and didnt even charge me! I am so thankful that they could help me. I live in Canton and dont know the area, so I wouldnt have known where to go to get it fixed. There are still good people in this world. :) I highly recommend State street tire.

I will never go here again. Lifetime Brake and Lube fixed my truck for $145.... State street quoted about $500 and that wasnt even gonna fix it probably! Then when i found a piece of metal in my tire and took it to them (4 miles after I picked it up) they said there is no way to tell that it came from them so all they could do was sell me a tire at cost... No no no.. I had to go buy a used tire and have them put it on just so i could get my truck out of there! Never again

Manager Matt told me I had a bent tie rod and needed new tie rod ends, as evidence by sidewall damage to my tires. Took to my regular mechanic who said the tie rod ends are fine and I only needed an alignment. This shop tried to steal $500 from me for unnecessary repairs. It wasnt a matter of opinion or misdiagnosis: this shop told lied and me I had a bent tie rod, my mechanic said I did not and only needed an alignment.

Its funny the last guy says rip off. Last winter heading up 21 I blew a tire (they needed replaced and my tire guy was going to do it the coming weekend) my jack wouldnt lift my work truck nor would the AAA drivers. He towed me state street tire I called them while waiting for the driver. They sent someone to their warehouse picked up tires and they were sitting outside on the step when I got there. They installed 4 cooper 10 ply tires. For a fair price, On last minutes noticed knowing I needed them to get to my job site asap. Now if they were out to rip you off why did I get a great deal? When me and the guy behind the counter knew I would have paid whatever he had asked? Sounds like you are comparing your used tires to my new ones.
