Matt was awesome! Was great to work with. I felt like it was not the usual high stress when buying a car. The manager was great to work with also. When we were working the deal it was very relaxed and all the questions I asked were answered and the requests I asked for were taken care of. Kim who I did my financing was awesome. He let me take my time and read all the paperwork and answered all my questions. A friend of mine sent me there and said I would be treated great. He was spot on. I will definitely go back when my wife or myself need a new car.

I purchased a car from Bill King. I needed to downsize from Tom one cat from 2 cars. Bill was able to give me an amazing deal and I walked out with a brand new jeep Cherokee. Bill worked hard to make sure we got a good deal. The 5 stars are for him. The finance guy Mr, young can use some courses on how to talk to people. He was condescending and almost flippant when I was trying to understand something. Even when describing some cars I had in the past and my experience, he basically said it wasnt true. I’ve owned several Cadillac’s in my life and I know what I paid for them…he actually told me at one point that he doubted that. So really, calling me a liar. If it were not for Bill I would have walked out of the deal. Mr young needs to take a Dale Carnegie type course to learn how to converse with people of all backgrounds. He comes across as if he thinks he smarter than you. Both my husband and I had better jobs than Mr. Young is currently doing and he was very condescending toward us. People like him always ruin my car buying experience.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Definitely a “superstore, we don’t care, get out of the way for the next customer” feel. Rob from sales didn’t walk me around new truck when picking up. He handed me one key and I had to search for the 2nd key inside the vehicle. When I started the truck, the gas light was on. I drove 20 miles home and the moment I parked, I did a walk around and found the damage. Sales postured as if they were going to fix the damage, but then said the security footage proved it was not showing damage on the lot. When I asked to see proof of video, sales manager refused. After speaking with the sales manager, it’s not shocking they have terrible customer service. Brett told me due to this being a fleet vehicle, I was not actually a customer, because they only get a fee. Yes… you read that correctly… the SALES MANAGER told me I was not a customer. I am currently waiting on a call back from general manager. They claim damage is very obvious and I would have found damage upon picking up vehicle. Rob from sales rushed me out door with new vehicle, which leads me to believe they knew. Go somewhere else… terrible customer service.

I dropped my 2014 dodge durango off because I was experiencing a loss of power, check engine light, traction control light, and a squeaking/clunking noise coming from front passenger tire. We were able to address problem #1 with a camshaft sensor replacement but the noise coming from my right tire still exists. I was told it might need a bracket mount replacement(not under warranty) but this noise sounds like a suspension issue(under warranty). I feel like this issue should have been addressed before calling me for pick up.

Very limited selection due to economy, but they didnt offer to look elsewhere. I ended up buying because I had to have a car. They delayed the pickup date three times and I didnt get the car for a week. Then the check engine light came on 3 days later and no one in their service department would answer the phone. Do not buy from this place.

The used car runs good and they were helpful. However, maintenance programing wasnt updated, the drive assistance doesnt work properly, and one of the 2 keys does not work with the car. I was told that one key was all you get, another was a bonus, so now I have to spend around $200 for a spare key because they didnt check to make sure it worked with the car. I will not buy another used vehicle from them.

Normally have dealt with Brunswick Auto Mart, but Mike Antonace and Jordan Smiths honesty and drive to help me made the decision to work with them easy. Easiest and best experience Ive had buying a vehicle! They were quick to respond and eager to help get me in a RAM that fit my budget. As a realtor I was not looking to deal with anyone who was out for just my sale. I never felt like that when dealing with these guys. They were out to get me the best deal for my trade in and the best deal on a loaded RAM. Highly recommend you check them out and see for yourself

Bought a used Challenger here in March. Salesman was great, had a nice a car buying experience that day.Then it came time that my temporary tag was about to experience and I still hadn’t received the memorandum title. Called them, talked to somebody in the title dept. They hadn’t received the title yet, sent me another temp tag, and told me they’d let me know when the title came in.The second temp tag was once again about to expire and I still hadn’t gotten the title yet. Called them again. Nobody returned the phone call. Called them two days in a row and never received a response as to what was going on. Had to drive an hour down to the dealership to get an answer face to face since they wouldn’t talk to me, just for them to give me a hard time, unwilling to offer a solution. Eventually, after some arguing, they had me sign a power of attorney so that they could pay for the plates for me when they received title and gave me a dealer plate to drive home with.They said they’d call with an update a few days later, they never did. A month had gone by, hadn’t heard anything and still hadn’t received the title. Finally got it in the mail around the middle of June. Now we’re sitting here on July 3rd and still haven’t received or heard anything about the plates that they were supposed to buy for my vehicle. I guess I’ll just go get them myself.Unfortunately, I will not be buying another vehicle from this dealership, and would not recommend that anybody else buy from them either.

Our 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee that we bought from here June if 2019 stalled out on my wife at a red light and would never cut back on. We just took it to get the oil change the day before. All lights continue to work but the vehicle stayed locked up. I called Fred Martin service department and they had no real answers for me other then get the vehicle towed to them and if it is there fault then I will not be liable to pay the tow bill. They told me that they were so backed up that they don’t even know when someone would look at my vehicle. They told me there were no loaner vehicles available and they couldn’t offer any assistance with getting a rental car. I understand companies get busy but it is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable to no be able to prioritize your work load enough to ATLEAST know when the vehicle will be looked at. If they showed as much energy and willingness in the service department as they do when there trying to get you to spend 30k on a vehicle we wouldn’t be having this problem. I feel like they don’t have a care in the world about customers not having transportation because their vehicle is down. They need to start outsourcing mechanical assistance if it’s so bad in the service department. I’m very disappointed and I will never buy another vehicle from them again.

Drove 2 hours from Pittsburgh and bought a Grand Cherokee Trackhawk which I LOVE. Definitely worth the trip. Went on a Saturday and ended up being there 4 hours from start to finish which was a little long but working in the car business its to be expected on a sunny Saturday. Just waiting for my PA plate and registration to come in the mail. I would do business with them again.

I went there to buy a New Jeep Grand Cherokee, the buying process went well, salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable, I ended up purchasing a Demo model car - I was told this means one of the team at Fred Martin was driving it to work and back to add visibility on the road to the car, I was okay with that.I collected the car and drove home, as I didnt expect anything wrong with a new car I didnt do a full inspection, when I got home and saw the backseats I saw that this was not just a demo car, this was a used family car, the back of the front passenger seat was badly scuffed from a child sitting in a car seat kicking that chair, there were also clear imprints of a car seat in the back seat. I contacted the store and they said I was given a discount due to it being a demo car - NOT TRUE, I went to that store because of advertised discounts and there was no discussion about a discount for it being a used car. I was told they would replace the damaged seat - Never heard from them about that again.As an update - they responded to this review stating that I chose not to go ahead with the repair they suggested - not true - they stopped corresponding with me, and at this point I dont see why I have to drive 45 minutes one way for them to fix the issue.Summary of my new car experience:*Youd expect a full tank of gas - nope, not even 1/2 full.*Soda spilled around driver door drink holder.*Storage console full of what looked like breadcrumbs*As described, damage done by a child transported in the new car - see photos.Nope, I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP

I am disappointed in the service department. Every time I tried to make an appointment it was a problem. I requested a Saturday appointment she replied via text that she doesnt have Saturday day appointments. And that was the last time I heard from her. I called 2 weeks later and set up an appointment with the service manager and explained the problem I have had with my service coordinator from the very first time I had to bring my vehicle for service. He set up my appointment with her again. I dropped off my vehicle and got a call the following day to pick it up. I get home look over the paperwork and see that not all the work wasnt done. I call to ask about it and she was unavailable to take my call. I leave a message. No call back that day. I wait till Monday mid morning to call her again. She wasnt available so I left another message. She returned my call to tell me sorry that she missed it. Yup thats it nothing else like when can you bring it it or anything. I am sorry that they feel my time isnt important. I regret buying the extended warranty through Fred Martin. I should have purchased one else where so I wouldnt be forced to use them for future repairs or services.Thanks for a gift card to a place I already get free oil, and car washes. I purchased my vehicle from you also.

So Ive had my 2010 Subaru there for 2 months and I undestand things take time. I get that. I dont blame you guys for a car that was sold to me by Trusty cars that had the existing issue when I bought it. The key fob issue may entirely be my fault I know now never to purchase anything like that online ever again. and I know this is at my expense I was fully aware of that from the start. I think anyone one would be upset having to wait for their car for this long and Ive been super patient up to this point. My biggest issue is the extreme lack of communication. The only way Ive found out anything through this process is by calling there when I could actually get ahold of someone or going up there personally. Ive let things slide for weeks without bothering anyone and no one would contact me unless I made the first communication. Not knowing anything and being left in the dark is most frustrating. The least that could have been done is keeping up communication with me and updating me on any situation that would arise without me having to make the first move and finding things out on my own. I apologize for getting angry thats not normally who I am but you should understand my frustration. On that note thank you for finally getting my car back together and Ill be waiting to hear about the key fob situation.

I wouldn’t even give the service department one star. My brand new car was there for 2 weeks absolutely nothing was done for it, tried to charge me for the rental car that was under warranty!!!!! No one contacted me within those two weeks about my car and the best part when I call to ask the service workers about the status of the vehicle they hang up on you! 0/10You’re better off fixing the damn thing yourself. Recently I experienced the unfortunate event of my oil plug falling out while traveling, but miraculously I had the fortunate event of this happening right near Fred Martin. I was able to pull off of RT 76 and right up to the Service department where I was promptly assisted by Service Advisor Matt G. Matt looked over my car, assessed the situation and was able to have a technician address the situation on the spot; all the while keeping me informed, calm, and well entertained. Because of Fred Martin and Matt G I was able to get back on the road with a smile knowing that they helped me to advert what could have been a horrible situation. Thank you!

My car needed a diagnostic on an electrical issue. My backup camera was intermittently shorting out it seemed. I was able to schedule my visit online which took only a few minutes. Before kong, I was contacted by a service agent at Fred Martins to assess my need. My drop off was quick. They transported me home. My quote came a day later. It was all covered by my extended warranty except for a $100 deductible. They promised the car to be finished by Friday and they texted me Thursday that the car was ready for pickup. Everything went very smoothly.

I had to drop of my car for diagnostic and maybe repair since this in the closest dealership in the area. I have to say that customer service should get zero as star rating. I honestly regret ever buying a car from that dealership years ago.I have tried to reached to to GM at the dealership and right of the stary customer service agent that answer the phone refused to transfer and didnt not want to give out any names for General Management.I have not received any response or phone calls. I ended up paying for another tow to pick up my vehicle and have it repaired somewhere else.

Poor experience with the sales department. I was refused the use of Chrysler affiliate pricing outright, and the sales manager was very rude about it. The sales manager and salesman also withheld information from me for which I repeatedly asked. We finally worked out a price that I could accept, though was not happy with, I spent 2 hours sitting waiting on the finance department. After 4 hours in the building, I went to leave with the new truck and found that they didnt even fill up the fuel. You would think on a $60K vehicle that you could put another $15 of diesel into it. In the end, if I could have found this truck optioned this way somewhere else, I would have purchased it there. I recommend that anyone else do the same.Edit: My salesperson contacted me and feels that this review will really only hurt him. I will say that my interactions with Jordan were professional and I dont have any issues with him. Rather whomever he was on speakerphone with (sales manager) at his desk was rude enough to me and my wife that we chose to leave the dealership. Jordan was good enough to call us and work with us to come back. My issue here is not with Jordan, but rather with the dealership operation around him, and is the intent of this negative review.

Fred Martin has made my first car buying/leasing experience absolutely horrible! When going to look at vehicles, I was only offered 2 and before I could even view the second one to make my own decision, I was informed someone was interested in the car I was test driving. I felt pressured to get this vehicle because if I did not like the other, I would have ended up with nothing. Within the first month of having my 2010 Ford Flex- I had to have the steering column and gear box replaced. They then told me I had cupped tires and wanted over $600! Then, they refused to even attempt to diagnose any other issues until I bought new tires even though I have multiple children in my car at all times. When I finally called back, they wanted $140 PER ISSUE to diagnose my vehicle problems. The service department is rude. When my lease is over I will be returning my vehicle and never coming back as well as making sure everyone I know is informed of their lack of customer service.

This should be a five star review. I had a great experience buying a used vehicle from Tim Smith at Fred Martin Superstore. I found a very desirable vehicle online that I wanted to move on quickly. The entire process was made easy by the very knowledgeable and forthcoming salesperson. He was a gentleman and very honest during all phases of the purchase. I found the rest of the staff in the finance department to also be very good at their jobs and able to quickly get the deal signed without wasting my time. Here is where it gets weird. I get the car home and the lights wont shut off. The switch on Auto has the lights coming on and off all night draining the battery. Also the dash light are flickering and going from bright to dull and back to bright. They call me to schedule and appointment for me to pick up a key fob that was owed and I tell them about the lights and also about an intermittent warming to service the airbrakes. They said when you bring it in for the key Fob, we will take care of the other problems. Late on the morning of the appointment ( a few hours before my appointment) I get a message that I will have to leave the car for electrical diagnosis for 1-2 days this being on a Thursday (maybe even for the weekend). And they said either I can have someone follow me or pay for a Rental Car company vehicle at 35$ a day. This for an issue that existed when they handed over the car to me. I have never had an issue like this where the rental car was not comped. I am a first time customer At Fred Martin after buying a number of high end Jeeps off of competitors and this is leaving a very bad impression on me.So in summation 5 stars for Tim Smith and the sales team. 5 stars for the finance team. 0 stars for the post purchase experience and Fred Martin caring about keeping customers.(In response to the reply post I can be reached at either my cell phone# or email address which should both be in my purchase file. )

I just can’t believe the experience. Long story short there is absolutely no transparency or honesty at this dealership. Pressure sales tactics. Actually scolded me for “wasting their time on the last day of the month” I stopped back in because the number they quoted for the monthly payment was ok as they had all of my info already. Then payments turned out almost $100 more and a longer term I said no I cannot do that. In the meantime they collected my initial deposit and the rest of my down payment and also had me change my insurance over. Very shady tactic before presenting numbers don’t you think?! One thing is for certain I would not recommend anyone visit Fred Martin unless you want to be ripped off by the old school pressure car sales tactics. Note for improvement: this type of sales went out a long time ago as customers are more savvy. How about being honest transparent helpful kind accommodating understanding. It may actually increase sales. Try itEdit: Replying to FM reply. Sure the $500 I authorized on card was to hold the vehicle but what about the $4500 check you had me write and cashed prior to going over and confirming numbers since (they changed from what was agreed over phone) $500 was refunded but just had to call in and no one knew about the $4500 charged and I don’t have a vehicle so someone has my money since it came out of my bank.

DO NOT BUY FROM FRED MARTIN My lease was up and wanted to buy the truck went in thursday did paperwork. Kim Young did the financing when my wife asked why the payment was so high he said that was the price of the truck. When I got home I looked at the paperwork and he had put a extended warranty on the loan. Went back down to dealership and he said that the bank that I got the loan thru required me to have it for the loan so I called the bank and it wasnt true. Went to dealership today asked to talk to Adam Huffs his audi was there but Mark Moore said he was not there. So I guess Monday Im calling the ohio attorney general ,bbb,and the news

My experience with Fred Martin Superstore has been terrible!! The only saving grace was Daylor Neal, the salesman. The finance people trashed my credit by running my application through 4 times (2 from the same financial institution, Ally). I purchased my car in April, and I am still trying to have the additional hard inquiries removed. The Finance Director, Mark Moore, never returned any of my phone calls and didnt even know the name of the contact they work with at Ally Financial, so I could try to clear things up myself. The service people, especially Brittany, are extremely rude!! I will never step foot there again...I dont even care about the free oil changes. The negative interaction is not worth it to me. I would not recommend purchasing at Fred Martin....after you purchase, they could care less about you. Apparently the only people who care about repeat business are the salespeople...and unfortunately, they are being impacted by others within their organization who wont give you the time of day once you sign the paperwork!7/29/2021 - To the person at Fred Martin who responded to my review yesterday...I dont need a lecture about how credit works. I actually know!! Its your Finance Director, Mark Moore, who might need a lesson on that topic. He had 1 conversation with me, and he didnt know what I was talking about when I mentioned a letter of deletion needed for TransUnion. He also didnt know who his contact person was at Ally Financial. He said he would find out and call me back. However, no call back...just crickets!! I called numerous times, and Mark felt I was not important enough to call back I guess. As I mentioned in my original post, Daylor Neal is the only person at Fred Martin who seemed to care about the mess that was created surrounding the purchase of my car. Mark could have easily corrected the credit blunder from the get go when it was brought to his attention, but he either didn’t know how or didn’t care. I feel it was a bit of both! I would totally purchase a car from Daylor if he worked at another car dealership. It’s unfortunate he works at Fred Martin :(

My wife and I just purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Fred Martin Superstore over the weekend and it was probably the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. Our salesman (Ryan S.) was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, honest and fair about our buying options. Once we found the vehicle we wanted, the process was easy, quick and thorough. Well I don’t know where to start, honestly, I purchased a brand new vehicle, this is not my first time purchasing a brand new vehicle. Any dealership you go to when you purchase a brand new vehicle they give you a full tank of gas and I left there with half a tank. Second problem I had was that these guys told me that there will be $1250 rebate, unfortunately, I’m looking at my papers and it says $500 rebate right before I sign the paperwork. I know, it is my mistake that I signed it, but anyways when I was signing the paperwork I asked a guy about it (his name is Bob). I told him I should get more on rebate and that $500 rebate this is the wrong amount. For what he blamed the bank, according to him this is what the bank approved me for and then I said OK, I took his word, but I contacted the bank and it took BANK to get back to me nine days after I purchased the car. Clearly bank said they got nothing to do with the rebate programs, they said I have to go back to the dealership and talk to them. Therefore, I went back and spoke to the dealership, at this point they don’t want to admit that they made a mistake or if they did it on purpose as bait and switch. They didn’t give me all my rebates, they acted like why did I sign the paperwork’s, well Bob the guy who works for Fred Martin got me under a wrong impression, if he would have given me the right advice, I would’ve never signed the paperwork and I would’ve got the rebates fixed right there in the spot the day I purchased a vehicle. Unfortunately, Bob gave me a false information that costed me $750 rebate so I asked the dealership to write me a check for $750 and they said it is too late now. Bad business I should’ve got $1250 rebate and I only got $500 rebate they rip me off for $750. I hate to say it this way, but this is what it is, I hope they can resolve this issue with me. If it wasn’t for the guy in the office Bob, If he didn’t blame the bank, if he would’ve said, hey I’m not the guy who’s in charge of rebate, all you had to say was go back to my salesman I could’ve fix it of course he just wanted me to sign and he didn’t gave me that advice, he acted like he knew everything, but he doesn’t know anything. If someone who represents the dealership makes mistakes, the dealership is supposed to cover for their mistakes and they should make it right with the customer. So far they didn’t even try to make it right and I’m left with $750 lost. And they admit it, there was a $1250 rebate. Sales manager Jerome Perry. I explained him all this at the dealership, all he said was that “hey sorry we lost your business” but it was too late we cannot write you a check or fix it somehow else. Salesman who helped me with my vehicle, he’s a great guy his name is Andrew Perry. I had to say it, but I will not go back there and purchase any vehicles ever again. Unless they make an effort and resolve it.

Got a new jeep there a few weeks ago and my salesman was great but I was there for hours for them to figure out my payment and now they still haven’t figured the paperwork out WEEKS later. They’re telling me I need to come back and pay them over $1000 still bc of THEIR managers mistake. WORST experience ever leasing I’m ready to return the car and go somewhere else.

Leasing a brand new car, had it inspected by tire kingdom, they used illegal tire plugs on a brand new jeep to avoid swapping tires before selling to me. “Manager” was condescending asked me “what are you trying to accomplish with this call” interrupting me and then saying he doesn’t know what happened 2 years ago. This place is a joke. GO ANYWHERE ELSE TO BUY YOUR CAR you’ll end up getting no customer service, incompetent employees and liars. What a terrible experience

I purchased a 2020 Ram Laramie about two weeks. Hands down the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. No games. Other Ram dealerships refused to give pricing via email or phone. Big discounts on 2020 Chrysler motor products... Make sure you check consumers reports for reliability and owner satisfaction. Bought Jeep Cherokee as advertised with fair amount given for my trade. Very helpful salesman Antonio became my advocate. Social distancing was practiced. Relatively new and spacious sales area with free black coffee and vending machine snacks. Check on free routine service for 3 years. Convenient location right off freeway.

We have used Fred Martin for both personal and professional vehicle Purchases, and in my mind with all of the vehicles I have purchased and all of the places I have purchased them there is only one place to go and one name to ask for when you get there. Jordan Smith. You will know it’s him when he approaches you not only by the way he greets you but how he treats you as a customer. Even though he is one of the top salesman in the company you are his one and only customer when dealing with him. The only complaint that I have is that I cannot give him personally all five stars. It speaks volumes to have a car salesman represent himself the way that he does for a company. Because of Jordan You can tell that at the dealership’s foundation they really care about you and the vehicle you are purchasing, no matter the situation! I have said many times nowadays buying a car is not as fun as it used to be. There is so much of a headache when dealing with the price, options, and the competition of dealerships to earn your business. Jordan goes out of his way to make the entire experience from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you shake his hand after financing an absolute pleasure. Can someone here or at Fred Martin please explain the purpose of setting an appointment? Seriously! I had a set appointment for Tuesday at 7:30am so I dropped my vehicle off Monday night so its there ready. So Wednesday afternoon, after not being contacted I call to check on my vehicle. I was on hold 19mins and 43secs waiting for someone in the service department to answer!! JUST for someone to finally come on the line and tell my advisor was not available and they would call me back (which they never did)Later that evening my advisor texted me to tell me my vehicle had not yet been looked at. Thursday comes around and I call again. Placed on hold yet again for 8mins before I hung up, just to get ANOTHER text from my advisor saying that he has STILL NOT received any information on my verhicle..why after 48hrs from a set appointment had my vehicle still not been looked at?! And why is it so difficult to speak to somebody about it?? Such poor customer service in my eyes. It is now Friday and I have my vehicle back not fixed or diagnosed because I got fed up waiting and decided to pick up my vehicle. #NeverAgain

I wish I could give it 0 stars. We went in looking to buy 2 cars. We told the sales person what we were looking for. He told us they had that at a different lot and could get it for us if we really wanted him to. When we said we would like to see it but also wanted to look around he said he could have it brought up the next day if we wanted to come back. So we went to look on the lot for a bit. After 20 minutes of looking around at cars and checking the website as nothing on the car is priced, the sales person came out and told us he would be busy for about 20 minutes loading cars if we needed him after that. We left and went elsewhere and bought 2 cars the next day. Worst customer service I have ever had between not wanting to help us and the amount of swear words he used it was ridiculous.

Not high pressure sales. I felt like i was treated as they valued my business......and im not what you would consider a customer that can sign and drive by far. They worked with me and we found something surprisingly nice that I could afford. Ill pick it up wed or so as it was a low miles turned in lease they need to clean and service. If I had to rate Fred Martin it would be in the negatives!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE, very disappointed. If you are looking to buy or lease a car here, please save your time and energy and go somewhere else. PLEASE. NO ONE here is helpful, went there and couple hours I drive off with my Chevy car I’m paying off and the check engine comes on on the way from the lot... (seems like they tried hiding that too), it’s been in the shop over a week now, and I’m stuck with no car, since they don’t help and give you a loaner when something goes wrong... (you’d think they would especially with me paying for a car and it breaks down the first few hours you get it) ALSO.. Their service people are very disrespectful, NO ONE there answers the phone, even if you keep trying and trying through out the day. If they do 2/100 times trying they are very rude and they don’t know how to help you... Biggest mistake I’ve made in my life going to this place. I will never be coming after the car is paid off. Please just listen, DO NOT GO TO FRED MARTIN. SAVE YOUR TIME!!!!

If you need a new or used vehicle Fred Martin is the place to go. I found out things about my vehicle that were not told to me from the previous place I bought it from. It was difficult to hear but I ended up purchasing a new 2021 Jeep Compass and I absolutely love it! Thank you so much to my 2 sales people both named Mike and the finance manager. You all made this process so easy. Thank you for all your help and for being so honest and easy to work with! Signing for my new vehicle was a breeze.
