Quiet. Clean. Very comfortable room and bedding. Only stayed one night but would stay there again if chance presents itself.

We stayed at this hotel on our first and final nights in Maine. Its extremely convenient, especially if you only have carry-on luggage. If you check baggage, or rent a car, you go to lower level of the airport for those things, then you go to hotels second floor lobby, either via the airport escalator, or cross the street then take the hotels elevator. On our first night, one of the three elevators was broken. On our final night, two were broken. So, it made for a substantial wait. Check-in process went smoothly and staff were friendly. The rooms are acceptable and clean.

I honestly loved this hotel. Little dated but its clean, right across the street from the airport, the staff are nice, and comfortable! Im glad we came here, it was a good choice and great value for the price.

This hotel should not be operational! We had a disappointing 2 day stay recently. The room was so dirty that I am struggling for words to describe the condition. There was wine dropped on the bedside table that wasn’t cleaned by housekeeping staff when they got the room ready. The bathroom vanity wasn’t even wiped clean, we had to do it. The bedsheets had multiple fresh stains and the pillow covers had bad smell as if they hadn’t been changed. The blanket was torn and duvet worn out. The place looked worse than a bad road side motel. To top it off, one of the only 2 elevators was out of order leading to frustrating wait times. Marriott / Starwoods really need to look into it and shut this place down. Outright pathetic experience.

I would not recommend staying here. This hotelIs not well maintained. We booked it for convenience for an early morning flight but wished we booked elsewhere. When we checked in the tub in the bathroom was disgusting and clearly looked as if they were working on the plumbing. We asked for a new room and said there was one left so we could switch. Bathroom was better, but the comforter on the bed was old and stained with yellow stains. The only positive was the staff working the desk in the lobby were very friendly and polite.

Did not enjoy our stay here. Not very accommodating. Our keys wouldnt work after a day and we had to wait in the lobby until a maintenance man came on sight to replace a battery. We asked to change rooms and were told we couldnt. A plumber had to come the first night to unstop the sink. The comforter wasnt clean. Housekeeping did not clean rooms and we had to ask for towels the next day. The hotel is convenient to airport. Parking was also a convoluted process that was connected to airport parking and you had to get ticket validated every time you went in and out. We stayed for 2 nights. The pool wasnt open. I would not recommend.

This place is a ripoff...no parking we need to use airport parking and validation to reduce parking fee sucks, when the ticket does not work you are not able to get back to same parking lot next to hotel. only one lift works and even service folks there complain that it has been like that forever. Rooms are dirty and paper thin walls, good luck sleeping if you get night owls or kids next to you room. No room cleaning even if you stay for 3 nights and are gone all day. Worst is front desk service all they say is sorry deal with the issue. never helps for any requests.

2 of 3 elevators not working. Door to room needs repair, very hard to open and to close, doesnt fit into frame correctly. Hamburger in restaurant very good, Tim in bar great employee.

So its going to be more like a 3.5 rating. Even though Im staying only only one night Google has asked me to rate my experience here. Id say mediocre at best.. The only thing that saves it from being a 2.5 is the bed... very comfortable.. I had dinner downstairs, a Caesar salad, lettuce was limp and not too flavorful but I ate it because I was hungry.. I know everyones experience will be different. Its convenient when you get off the plane and dont want to drive..

I love that it is right across from the airport. Its been really peaceful and quiet, so it must have great sound insulation. I didnt like that you have to pay extra for parking your car each day though.

Our flights were cancelled trying to leave ME to get home to our family. We were exhausted and sad to not get home to our kids. We were rebooked on a very early flight. We walked over to the hotel only to be turn away by a cold, stoic, robot. The desk lady, we will call her, told us there were no rooms, period. She never touched the computer nor did she offer an alternative hotel. We had to ask for recommendations. We then looked on hotels.com and the hotels direct website to find lots of rooms available. We also called Marriott directly and were told there a lots of rooms available. Horrible customer service to people in need.

Rooms arent cleaned properly. Found hair in bathroom and other areas in room, Not vacuumed. Staff is nice.

Lets be clear. This place was not clean. Hair in the shower and coffee (?) stains on the linen make you question the cleanliness of other parts of the room.There is no water- I had to go to the airport to fill up my waterbottles (the front desk recommended I refill at restaurant, but there were no servers to be found + cooler in gym was empty.)It gets 2 stars for location though- it is connected to the airport via an overhead walkway. Also the staff was very friendly. I also was able to check in early *perhaps at the expense of my room not being perfectly clean, so take that what you will*

Definitely it is not a Four Points. I have no idea how could Four Points give its name to such a place. No breakfast at all. You cannot name an orange and a bottle of water a breakfast. Toilets full of stain. Dont stay there!

I am a Marriott Bonvoy member and stay at this hotel often. It is a little outdated in some aspects, but very clean. Not everything works properly everytime, but no hotel is perfect all the time. When things havent been working I will say that the Mgr Brian and the front desk has been more than accommodating and resolved the issues.

Not a bad stay. Staff was friendly.Its an older building but they did a good job trying to keep it up to date. Very convenient if you have a flight out the next morning.

Had an extremely early return flight so I paid the higher price to be at the airport by 4:00 am. The room smells like old food and the microwave and refrigerator are dirty. To add insult to injury you have to pay for parking. The building is dated and looks grubby.

Great hotel and the in hotel restaurant/bar is fantastic. Definitely worth a stay if you have an overnight layover in Bangor.

I enjoyed my stay and would consider it in the future but not 5 stars because I didnt love it. Comfortable and feels clean. The beds were very comfortable. When I went it was a good value as well so worth the stay for the price. It does seem directly connected to the airport so if you are worried about covid you might want to find someplace else. Some facilities were closed like the fitness room due to covid which is expected. Not much other info about how they are trying to keep you safe. The only issues I had were that the ironing board looked very old and dirty not sure if seen in the picture. The iron looked like it had some crud in some of the steam vents as well. The usb port that was part of the outlet did not work or stopped working so my phone almost died that day. The wastebins also dont have any bags so Im not sure how they clean them if they do at all. Surprisingly I did NOT hear any planes at all during my stay not sure if its cause planes are grounded or if the sound proofing is just that good.

This is such a convenient hotel for flying out of Bangor. They let us into the room early but...this room could use some detail cleaning and there is no restaurant or bar until 5pm.😐

Its great that its attached to the airport, but our room was far from worth the 150 we paid for it. None of the toiletries were filled, the TV remote took forever to get to work properly ish. The bes was nice, but thats about all it had going for it.

It was a nice place but getting a low review due to the fact that I was allergic to something in the room....kept having itchy eyes running nose and sneezing the whole stay.... Also there was no bags in the 1trash can in the room, and the LUXURY soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion was the cheapest terrible smelling, greasy, most generic bottles of garbage Ive ever used. Then the bed had a downwards slope at the headrest which was there even after I flipped around the mattress, causing it to feel like I was sliding into the headrest all night..... Thank God I came prepared with my own toiletries AND Claritin 24 or it wouldve been a very rough weekend. Was bad enough not being able to sleep very well because of the stupid mattress..... VERY disappointed and dissatisfied with this place, especially after what they charged for the room....

This hotel is extremely dated! There were stains on my blankets, curtains, and tub. The bathroom is not too clean either. Would not stay here again.

Unfortunately, I left my laptop bag while checking out. Due to the prompt action of Daphne Curtis and Chief Engineer Brian, they were able to trace my bag through the video footage. Inadvertantly, another guests family member picked up the bag and it reached their safe home. Daphne promptly followed and put me in touch with the guest. The guest kindly mailed over the laptop bag to my overseas address. I am very thankful to everybody who helped me.

Negative: The lobby was on the second floor, the hotel restaurant did not delivery to the rooms, the wifi was spotty at best, the parking lot was tricky to get into, and the restaurant was ridiculously overpriced for the quality of food provided

The beds are horribly uncomfortable.. Bathroom is tiny and the complementary shampoo, conditioner and lotions smell nasty.. Extension cords streched to the max with to many things plugged into them.. Overall for a Sheraton not what I expected at all....

The reservation and front desk staff were good. The room could have been cleaner. The rug wasnt vacuumed well. The drapes were dusty and the table next to the chair was dusty.

I stayed here only because of a very early morning flight. Arrived in the evening, had dinner in the restaurant/lounge that was fantastic. The room was extremely clean, quiet and perfect temperature. Bathroom clean! Never heard a single plane from my room. Was even offered a wakeup call.

The Sheraton Four Points Bangor Airport is the place to stay if you are flying in or out of the area, especially in the winter. The enclosed walkway from the hotel to the air terminal is well worth it. The long-term parking is a bonus. Rooms are clean and good sized. We had both breakfast and dinner in the hotel (on two separate occasions) and both were excellent. Dinner (Lori was the chef) was notably excellent. Staff is friendly and very helpful in planning for contingencies (delayed flights, etc.). We will be staying there again on our next trip.

Rooms were great, clean and up to par. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was small but absolutely perfect for my 2 yr old. Wasnt overly thrilled about their breakfast set up and menu items were pricey. The parking was a little unclear, but easy once figured out. Nice, quiet, and please stay.

This hotel was picked for me for business. The staff is awesome. Some of the rooms have shared doors. I was unfortunate enough to get one of these rooms. The neighbor was so loud, I could hear everything verbatim. I give the hotel 4 stars because they immediately moved me to a quieter room, no questions asked. The hotel restaurant is decent food. It’s a good spot if you do not have transportation!

My wife and I have stayed in this hotel before and will likely do so again. The location - connected to Bangor International Airport - is extremely convenient for early morning flights. The hotel’s restaurant has unexpectedly good food. Breakfasts are also well prepared and the fitness center is small be adequate.

Positive: You couldn’t get any handier to the car rental and airport. It was fun watching the planes from our room. Negative: We were disappointed that the restaurant and pool weren’t open.

This Sheraton is conveniently located right at the airport which was great for my early am flight. The beds were very comfortable. I appreciated the organic in-room coffee. The restaurant/ lounge was also nice to have right on premise. Not many gluten free or vegetarian choices, but plenty of pub food choices. Everything one could need for a lovely overnight stay, business trip, or long weekend.

The hotel was fine. It’s a little dated. I would stay again based on my experience with the staff. They were very friendly. Breakfast menu was great and service was quick. Bed was super comfy and they had the best pillows that I have had a hotel in a while. For an airport hotel it was extremely quiet. No airplane noise.

This was a quick one night stay for us. We booked very last minute and checked in very late at night. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and nice to walk into. We thought the price was very affordable and appropriate considering it was right next to the airport. We thought it would have cost more. The location is beyond convenient to get to! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you for a quick easy, affordable and comfortable stay!

We were here for a business conference - and oddly for a hotel at an airport, we drove here rather than flying in. :-) Rooms were acceptable, but they could improve the soundproofing - or at least the door mechanisms. A couple of nights the slamming of doors was a bit extreme both late at night and early in the morning. Conference rooms were great, food and snacks during the conference was too. Meals in the restaurant were on point. Definitely recommend.

Over all, the cost was good- wish i has known about the parking fee prior to booking. Ive stayed here before so this is new policy. Food was good. Rooms were very clean and very comfortable. Offer a later check out time, usually check out is 11. This hotel offers check out at 12. Only cons were small bathroom and late check in (without any compensation). Not really a con but the pool is VERY SMALL. Its good for a one family at a time. Kids enjoyed it so i think thats really the mail purpose.

Hotel is clean and staff courteous — basic amenities and excellent access to the BANGOR International Airport. Enclosed walkway connects hotel to the TSA level of the airport which is very convenient.For a layover or early morning flight, this hotel is an excellent choice.

I had stayed at this hotel many times in past years and enjoyed staying there. The hotel is connected to the airport so no transportation is needed. We were taking our 9 year old grandson on a trip so when we arrived at 6 that evening we had decided to stay at the hotel and we had been traveling all day. The rooms are nice the beds are super comfortable and the restaurant offering for breakfast and dinner was good for adults and children. In the morning the car rentals are just accross the street. This is one convenient location.

I stay here very frequently for work. The staff are quite friendly, the rooms are comfortable, and the bridge makes the hotel very accessible. Decent selection of food in the area. Happy to continue staying here!

I stay here several times a year (whenever flying in or out of Bangor) and the staff—from the front desk to the restaurant to the housekeepers—are always friendly and helpful. Rooms have everything you need including a good-sized desk to work at with plenty of outlets, a small fridge for you to use (NOT a minibar) and microwave. A nice workout gym and small pool (no hot tub) are available.

Bring your own food and byob. A bottle of water is 3 bucks. The rooms are equipped with free wi-fi, lovely beds, microwave and fridge. There is also access to ice! PLAN AHEAD. Dont bother with the pool; the mud puddle in your driveway is bigger and has more privacy lol it has a ginormous block of windows looking into the gym with no where to change out of your wet clothes. The room by itself is a good price and if you are taking a flight out very conveniently located.

I travel with all my painting supplies as come to Maine to paint which means extra luggage. The location of rental car, airport and hotel could not be better. Four points has great service and food is located on site as well as at the grill in the airport accessible by sky bridge. You can return rental car, find food get to the hotel and fly out in a few steps. The beds are so comfortable that I wish for a later flight.

Flying from Bangor on early morning flights. Bangor Sheraton is the way to go. Comfortable beds and great location. Get your wake up call, grab your bags and walk across the walkway right into the airport. Grab a coffee in the hallway on your way out. Perfect for seniors.

Everything was excellent. Very comfortable clean room. We traveled with two dogs and the hotel was very accommodating and the pet service charge was quite reasonable. We’d stay there again.

We arrived late in the evening after a full day of flights. James at the front desk welcomed us with a warm smile and a gracious manner. We had some special requests which James was happy to handle. Our room was reasonably spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. The next morning we continued our journey rested and relaxed, exactly what we hoped for. Bravo James and Four Points by Sheraton!

It is with a heavy heart that I write a negative review for this hotel. After utilizing this hotel over the last three years, my family will no longer stay here. When trying to book a room for my daughters return to school (UMaine) date, we were told that returning to college is NOT considered essential. We were also told that if she/we checked in, she /we would have to prove a negative Covid testing with in 72 hours. But traveling will expose her/us as we are crammed in an airline for hours and will pass through multiple airports. So what they are requesting is really not possible! But if the hotel deemed her to be essential, she/ we would not have to show proof of the negative results. Thankfully, I found several other hotels near by that deem returning to college as essential. In closing; it is an invasion of privacy to be required to issue a hotel employee medical records. I believe It is also discrimination to travelers from other states. I understand the need to implement safety precautions during these uncertain times. However, the hypocrisy of their rules is discriminatory and is in violation of the HIPPA laws. Why would I give an hotel employee ( non medical staff) access to private medial records. There is NO current sate law that requires travelers to issue a any hotel employee private medical records before they can be issued a room. Four Points Bangor is no longer a place we will give business to. As a parent of an adult child I have no rights to her medical records as she is over 18. Why would I give it to a stranger?!Replying to the hotel response to my review. 1. I was point blank told that returning to college was not essential by your hotel, and other hotels in the area do. 2. Your employee was very rude with his reply when I was just trying to get a place for my daughter to stay when her flight comes in at night. 3. How can I get a Covid tested in California if they denied us testing as she has NO symptoms. Your employee, never offered to have me speak with management (twice) 3. A negative Covid test would be worthless after she has been in two airplanes and going to three airports,. Someone didnt think that one through. 4. If you are cleaning the rooms and she is wearing a mask (if masks are supposed to work) , how could she expose people to Covid? BUT first and foremost, WHY do some hotels say returning to college is essential you your location does not? One last bit of info, our last stay there ( last fall) we had two drunk people fighting all night next door, we had a 5am flight out. Several calls to security could not get them to relocate. INSTEAD, we had to listen to them yelling at us through the door ( connecting rooms), calling us names, and pounding on walls. It comes down to leadership, SECURITY AND POLICY or the lack there of. Please show me where A negative Covid testing is a LAW to check into a hotel in Maine or any state. IM SO DISAPPOINTED ON THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE AT YOUR HOTEL. I suggest during these uncertain times your staff be trained better and your legal team discuss pending cases of discrimination for a non-law. Im happy to say, another hotel in the area took great care of us.

Its the best place to stay for ease of flying out of Bangor. Parking is good, once inside the hotel you dont need to go outside to go to the air port terminal. Food is good. Beds are great. We stay there every time we fly out of Bangor

I would really recommend the Four Points by Sheraton Bangor Airport. It is close to the airport, convenient to the city. Has a great, friendly, helpful staff. It is clean, comfortable, and even being close to the airport I was never bothered by the sound that naturally come from close proximity an airport. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again.

I fly out of Bangor a lot because of my business and this is the first time I decided to stay at the airport in a hotel. The value was great, got a great rate on a third party site. Will definitely do again.

Excellent location for a conference if in Bangor. The airport is literally 20 yard away. The price was reasonable for a conference event. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The only real downside was that the bed in my room was well beyond its life and needed to be replaced. I had to sleep in a hole.

We always have a great time when we stay here. James is always super friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms are really clean and welcoming. The bed was a bit soft for my liking but the sheets and bedding is so soft! Bathroom is clean and easy to use. Lots of soaps, shampoo, conditioner and a little to go pack with qtips, comb, cotton swabs and nail filer. How thoughtful! We will always use these guys when we are traveling :) great job guys! Totally enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Four Points Hotel. Fantastic room accommodations with clean comfortable beds, large showers with auto dispensers for body wash, shampoo and conditioners. Between the shower and the bed, I found myself sleeping like a baby. Would highly recommend hotel to friends and family.

Super friendly staff, great place to stay whenever we’re in Bangor. We stay here about 4 times a year and always have a great experience. The front desk and waitstaff are all excellent and friendly. The breakfast is pretty good, not the best, but you just can’t beat blueberry pancakes!

Pleasantly surprised about the cleanliness of the room. After a very long international flight, and a late check-in, we were greeted warmly by the front desk staff. Entrance to the hotel is easy-breezy. Just follow the indoor walkway on the 2nd floor of the airport. After reading other reviews, I was skeptical about the cleanliness of the room, which is the single most important factor when staying at a hotel. However, this hotel met my standards. I’d stay here again. Perhaps what impressed me the most: I forgot one of my bags at the hotel, and I called reception, who were patient in my moments of panic and kept my belongings safe until I could pick them up. Warm, excellent customer service.

When I arrived on a cold February night my room was cool but after I adjusted the thermostat the room can up to expected standards in no time. The staff member that checked me was friendly and accommodating. The staff member that checked me was friendly and informative. Overall you have met my expectations and I am very pleased with my stay.Thank you to all involved.

I was a little apprehensive to stay at airport hotel but very pleasantly surprised. The property is great and the room was clean and modern. Kind of cool to look out at the runway and see planes taking off and landing. Need to keep the bar open later than 10:00pm!!! Great Value!!!
