I recently bought my wife a pair of earrings for our anniversary and the people at Days were wonderful to deal with. I dont live near any of their locations, but I called and asked to have it shipped to me and they took care of it for me! The quality of their products is great. My wifes engagement ring and my wedding ring are also from Days and we couldnt be happier with them.

I made an appointment August 13 2020 to have my watch battery replaced.I didnt remember to pick it up until I found a receipt while cleaning.I figured, if its gone its gone. (they are not responsible for items left after 60 days)It was a Skagen watch, not expensive.. no real reason to keep it for a year...it wasnt like it was a Rolex or Omega.AMAZINGLY. On Sept 8 2021 it was still there. One drawer was opened and there was my watch. It literally took 10 seconds to find my watch, AFTER A YEAR.I was treated as if I had a 10 thousand dollar item and not a 50 dollar watch.To all the employees that work there.Thank You.

TWICE I HAD A CLASP PUT ON MY DIAMOND BRACELET THE STAFF DID NOT LISTEN THE LAST TIME IT WAS BROKEN HAD TO DRIVE 3 TIMES TO THE STORE THEY DID NOT REPLACE JUST STRAIGHTENED THE PREVIOUS WORK AND I LOST 2 DAYS LATER PLEASE GO TO ANY OTHER STORE IF I COULD HAVE GIVEN NO STARS I WOULD LOSERVILLE LOST MY FAVORITE 3000.00 DOLLAR BRACELET THEY WER SO WORRIED AS YO HOW MUCH IT WAS WORTH RATHER THE REPAIR I HAVE POSTED THIS REVIEW TWICE AND THEY REMOVE IT JUST GOES TO SHOW THE QUALITY OF WORK

I went to Days Jewelers to get my loving wife a beautiful necklace for herbirthday on April 19th.The young ladies that helped me were more then professional in their help and attitude.I have pledged to make Days Jewelers my only store to buy my wife anything she wants there.How could I go anywhere else and expect the quality help I received from Days? Amazing staff, helped me find an amazingly beautiful engagement ring for an equally beautiful fiancé.Edit: a year later, due to the styling of her engagement ring, we couldnt find a matching wedding band for it. So, after a couple napkin sketches and speaking with the Metalsmith/Jeweler, we took the option to have her engagement ring custom designed with my drawings and his extremely helpful input, to be made into a 1 of a kind Wedding Ring.His extreme precise and exquisite craftsmanship created a ring to match exactly as we had pictured. We couldnt be more in love with his work and how amazing it came out. She gets comments on it all the time (photos do no justice).As always, staff are extremely welcoming and inviting, and exceptionally helpful. Been going here for over a decade, and will continue to have Days as my #1 Jeweler.TY so much for making her ring perfect, and working with us on such a tight schedule, and still having it come out exactly as how we had imagined.

We went in on their designing day and were pleasantly surprised with a beautiful design that was made specifically for us incorporating my grandmother’s diamonds as well as our own. Casey was amazing and took care of our every need! Been a customer there for a long time but this was the first time I had to make such a big decision on an engagement ring. The staff there listened to what I had to say took what I was looking for in mind and ended up suggesting the perfect engagement ring. I entered one day prior to my wedding to buy bands. I can only say the treated me with utter respect and didnt give up until I found the perfect wedding band. The employees are very respectful in every aspect and even remember you when you return to have your jewelry inspected and cleaned. The diamonds in my ring spare just like they did on my wedding day and I could not be any happier that the were able to match the clarity of the diamonds in my engagement ring that I purchased elsewhere. I had some antique jewelry repaired with them and not only was it done quickly but it was done perfectly and cost effectively. My grandmothers earrings never looked so great!! I stopped in to get the battery changed in my watch. I was told that there would be a small wait. Soon there was a young lady offering me a beverage while I waited. I had a necklace made from my parents wedding rings ..... which they wore for 72 years....and the engagement ring. The result was more than I hoped for....absolutely beautiful with the bands nested together and the diamond at the base of the circles. The gold from the engagement ring was used for the bale of the necklace. So everything was repurposed to made a special piece of jewelry. Thank you Days Jewelers.

I had a beautiful silver bracelet from Arizona, it broke and due to being sliver with stones inserted it could not be repair. The Days jeweler made me the a new bracelet out of white gold, replacing the stones perfectly. It looks like the original one, its more beautiful. I just am so happy with it. It has such a special meaning to me since it was given to me by my husband; I wore it all the time and was heart broken when it broke and we thought it could never be the same. But it is and then some.

After being proposed to by the love of my life, our newly-engaged selves (I in particular) were worried about the ring falling off since it was a bit big. I am a waitress, so yeah. I figured it would be a small fee to get it resized, and was prepared to pay for the adjustment, but alas, it was free! I was so happy to be able to save a bit more toward my wedding :) and, to make matters even more satisfying, the ring looked even BETTER than when I first got it. Shinier and more vibrant. Loved it all over again :) These guys are great and have very good customer support. Keep up the great work :)

My fiancés mother went to Days to have family heirlooms, that would become our wedding gifts, engraved. Not only did they miss spell my fiances name incorrectly on one of the items, but they engraved our names upside down on another item. These heirlooms are, of course, irreplaceable. And they were not able to correct the mistakes. Very unprofessional....

I chose this jeweler because of its google rating yes, and they have more then earned the 5 star review after my experience. I was in the market for an engagement ring and visited this location. I informed them of my price range and preferences to which they accomidated fantastically. At no point in time was I upset to be there, and being a 1st time buyer of an engagement ring, the task of picking out the one for the one is daunting. But that decision was made infinitly easier from the advice of each and every member of this team, including those who support them. I wish this place well for future business as they will have mine when she says yes!

So, I had to get my engagement ring and wedding bands appraised for insurance purposes. I went to Days to set up an appointment for the appraisal, I was unable to get an appiontment for over two months. It took them over an hour to set up the appointment for my ring, but thats all fine. On the day I set up my appointment they told me it would probably be less than $300. Also, when I scheduled my appiontment, I had to pay a $25 deposit which would be taken off my appraisal cost when I had the appointment. When I dropped my rings off to be appraised, they charged me $400!! Yes, you read that right $400 to appraise an engagement ring with the band, which they had told me would be less than $300 initially! I was shocked, I said something to the person who cashed me out, and he said Well sorry, thats the cost. One positive note, the appraisal only took a few hours. When I picked up the rings, I noticed that my deposit had never been taken off my appraisal cost. When I asked them about it they did give me a refund, but the women giving me my refund was awkwardly fighting with the man who initially checked me out right in front of me. And finally, my rings looked dirtier than when I dropped them off. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Horrible customer service, over priced and so unprofessional. All in all, I will NEVER GET ANYTHING APPRAISED FROM THEM EVER AGAIN!

My boyfriend bought expensive jewelry for me. The ring he bought has been back twice in the last year and half as the silver plating on the band keeps wearing off. I have purchased cheaper jewelry before and its never won off. Its not cheap to get the coating redone either!
