The haircut I got today was amazing! Exactly what I wanted. My stylist was super friendly and considerate; I have issues with people touching me and she was absolutely kind about it. She made me so comfortable. Will definitely return for another cut in the future.

I booked online two men’s haircuts. 920am & 940am. When we went in they said they had us in for 920am and 1040am. Ok. So I scheduled a cut and a wash/cut. Nobody got the wash and I was charged for it anyway. Two men’s haircuts cost me $53.

Staff was extremely rude. Would not recommend. Plenty of professional shops in the area.

Went in today and had a great experience. The salon was very empty and clean, and the staff members were really kind and helpful. The stylist who assisted me was called Emerson and she did a great job today. I will definetely book with her again next time.

Brewer Supercuts is definitely 5 stars. My experience, everytime I go in, is positive. The people are nice and friendly, always open for a conversation. The place is well organized and clean. Great talent when it comes to haircuts; I normally get a skin fade on the sides and a little on top and Im always satisfied with the results.

DONT ever go to this place, especially if you are a guy. These incompetent people will completely mess up your hair. I have only been here once. I went in with exact measurements regarding how long my hair should be in which location, as well as photographs clearly demonstrating it. The person cutting my hair completely screwed everything up. For instance, I told her I wanted the front portion to be 5 inches long. The photo I showed had a guy pulling his hair down and it reaching the bottom of his nose. In the end, the barber cut it to less than 3 inches, with it barely reaching the bottom of my eye! And that is just one example of how she completely messed up my hair. In addition to that, she was somewhat rude. Ive never had a worse haircut experience in my entire life. I strongly discourage any guy from ever setting foot in this place.

Leah was great! I would give her 5 stars. However, their online check in process could use work. When I checked in the wait time was 20 minutes. When I got there they said there was 1 person ahead of me. They took 2 ahead of me and I ended up waiting 30 minutes, so I was not impressed with that.

I always get great, friendly service. The prices for womens haircuts is very reasonable. My cut is fairly simple but I have never been disappointed. I always go early to avoid any long wait times and it usually works. I dont know about the afternoons or evenings. I like that they are open seven days a week. Very convenient.

Went there to get a fade along with a slick to the side hairstyle. The younger woman did a fantastic job she said she has only been cutting hair for about a month, but she did a better job than most seasoned beauticians that I know! Very friendly staff great atmosphere

I tried dying my own hair at home and ended up making a huge mess of it. Supercuts was able to get me right in and fix it! You couldnt even tell that I had even messed it up after they got done with it. The staff were very friendly and helpful! I plan on going there from now on for everything hair related! Amazing job and five stars!!!!

Horrible service and a girl who waxed my eyebrow made one short and other long. She had an awful attitude and im never going back there. I used to like that place but i think most of the good employees left. Im never going back there and i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I dont understand why this place shows up if you Google African American hair stylists in Bangor. They absolutely do not know how to do black hair. I had to walk the stylist step by step and it took way longer for my short hair than need be. Then the manager dared to say that black hair and white hair are the same and can be treated as such. Needless to say, I educated her otherwise.If you have ethnic hair, I dont recommend this place at all.

We went to the Supercuts in Old Town. Bought a gift card. Gift Card wouldnt work after getting the HORRIBLE haircut. Had to pay cash. Went the next day to get a refund for the gift card. They refused and were rude and condescending. District Manager Robin was especially so. Insisted they dont give refunds. I stayed until I got one. What an awful way to do business. I wasnt looking for a refund for the AWFUL haircut. I wanted the money back for the card that didnt work. NEVER NEVER NEVER go back.

Im honestly surprised she came home with two ears, this hairdresser must have been so drunk Im surprised she didnt lop one off! We are absolutely disgusted with Supercuts!
