Heather did such an incredible job! I have really sensitive skin, and this is the least irritated my skin has been after a brow waxing. She takes measurements and talks through what she thinks works best for your face shape and style! I absolutely love what she did!This is the most beautiful I’ve felt since before the pandemic!The studio is great too! Stylish, cute, and very clean! I found this place on Google and after a few days of watching, I managed to book an opening that came up within a week of my find. The reviews and photos were already amazing and consistent, but the actual service and communications? The sweet chocolate and whipped cream on top (Im not Team cherries). Heather is amazing! Work ethic, care for my grown out brows, knowledge of whats needed to get these things revived from the inconsistencies of all other brow waxes before. Whew...Im in love with this place and my brows. I look forward to the magic to come as I continue in service with them.

Amazing service! Heather is a total sweetheart and extremely personable. My brows were butchered before I went to her and they are on finally on there way back to perfection with her help!

She was friendly but I booked for a eyebrow & whole face wax & the entire time she tried to talk me out of the face wax. My eyebrows look good, but once I got home from visiting her, I realized that she didnt wax my entire face at all... I have alot of peach fuzz if you will & she didnt do my cheeks, middles of forehead, nose or my chin, so you can now see all the bare spots where she waxed & the peach fuzz stood out even more than before!! So now I have to use a face razor every couple of days until it grows back & can be matched. She loaded my face with hydrocortisone & sunscreen immediately after in which broke out my forehead and cheeks out terribly. If you research anything, it clearly says not to put anything on your face except maybe aloe since your pores wide open after waxing & your pores will clog easily.

I’m super cautious with who touches my brows. I’d rather pluck myself than risk a bad wax. But Heather knows her brows. And have no fear, she won’t over wax or rush the process. She’ll take the time to create the best brow look for your face. Highly recommend.

Really great interaction & a comfortable space. Walking distance to JHU and right next to the Dizz. Very happy with lash and eyebrow tinting plus eyebrow shaping. She really goes into detail on how to shape your own brows and fill for improved symmetry. :)

I have not had my brows done in years (victim of the overplucking/pencil thin 1990s trend right here) ive been filling in the gaps with eyebrow pencil and moving along my merry way. im really glad i decided to come in and talk to Heather...she reassured me that there is hope that i can get what i have left to grow back in with a little time and patience, and she was able to take what i have and make it look so much better and more even than the patchy mess id left myself with (i went with the sculpt/wax option). would definitely recommend her- she took the time to talk to me to get to know what im hoping to achieve and i feel confident that i can get there with her assistance
