First time here. Katie did my waxing. We held a good conversation, which help distract me. She’s fast but gentle which what you want. Would definitely recommend her. They use hard wax which I didn’t think I would like but it was perfectly fine.

My first experience was amazing. Lilah was very knowledgeable and took her time with me. I was nervous but it was definitely worth. The whole thing only took about 10-15mins so the process is quick. Definitely recommend!

I love the convenience of this location in Canton, MD. Ebony does my Brazilian bikini wax and she does a good job. She holds a conversation the whole time, which distracts me a little from the process of getting waxed. If youre ever in the area, ask for Ebony. I give this location and Ebony five stars.

I was so nervous for my visit because it was my first time getting a wax today. And I absolutely loveeee Melody she is so amazing. She made the whole experience awesome. I was able to make a same day appointment for a Brazilian. I was scheduled with Morgan and she did an incredible job. So efficient, I couldnt believe how quick and effective she was. I also have very sensitive skin and have had bad reactions to waxings in the past but she was careful and attentive too. Morgan was also friendly and personable as was the front desk staff.

Morgan was excellent! Quick, personable, and skilled. I was asked for Maryland state ID when I arrived. That was odd since this outfit is a coast to coast operation.The receptionist insisted after I gave her a passport card as ID stating something about having to be a Maryland resident for specials? I imagine people from all over the world come into this place so that was strange. Otherwise visit was a 5.

Today I had an appointment at the European Wax Center locates at the Boston Street location in Baltimore, MD. I am extremely pleased with my face and Brazilian wax that I had done by Melody. She was definitely the one who you would want to do your waxing. She is a perfectionist and extremely efficient. I made my next appointment with her before I left, this is how pleased I am with her. Melody most definitely is 5 stars!!

Ive been getting Brazilians here for the last two years. I am very impressed with their COVID precautions and have felt safe going since they re-opened in the summer. Marlisa is my favorite! She always makes me feel comfortable and gets the job done quickly. Also, if you get the wax pass, it saves you quite a bit of money, which is great. Overall would recommend to anyone in the area.

I have been getting Brazilians for 4 years now and the last year at European Wax and Marlisa is the absolute best! Her breathing technique makes everything PAINLESS. It blows my mind every time. I had a appointment set for 12:30; which I changed To 1:30 due to kids not be allowed to come inside. I had to pick up my mom to have her sit in the car with my child. I arrived and walked in 1:38. She explained (Esta girl at the desk) that’s it’s only a 5 minute grace period. So due to the extra 3 minutes I had to get my appointment to 1:45 to “make sure I can get everything I wanted” I made sure to ask the girl at the desk will I be able to still get everything done, she stated yes that why she switched my time to 1:45x which I completely understood. So when I walked back there at 1:49 -1:50. I was told by Annesia (wax lady) that I couldn’t get all of services done due to time. I Was shocked and confused. What was the point of moving my time, what was the reason to keep guessing to see if I could have everything done. I never was rude or became Disrespectful; I honestly wanted to know why. I than stated I’ll remove one service because I really need to get this done. I guess the service I asked her to remove wasn’t enough for her so she kept saying she POSSIBLY could not do but she’ll see. That’s not fair and completely unprofessional. What makes it even more crazy is I had her the last time in July and tipped well. I won’t be coming back to this location

Long time European Wax center customer but have never left a review. They’ve gone above and beyond for COVID safety. Felt super safe and comfortable going there! They take everyone’s temperature and make every guest sanitize before coming in. Always a great experience.

Normally I would visit the white marsh location where my experience is always great. However I recently moved to the Boston st location, and deceied to try them out. I was booked with Aisha. She wasnt rude, but werent too friendly either. She didnt even tell me her name. I just happen to look at her name tag on the way out. I was a little uncomfortable the entire time. However I still left a tip. Wish I hadnt sincenow Im home in pain, and bruised. Definitely wont be going back to this location.

This was my very first time coming to EWC in Canton Crossing. I arrived for my scheduled appointment at 12:35pm as requested so I could register. After registering the receptionist told me to leave, and come back at 12:45. After returning at 12:45 I was told to stand on the square, and wait for Ebony to come get me. After standing in the same place for 15 minutes, and no one explaining to me the reason Im still waiting I questioned the receptionist; and she stated without looking at me oh shes still with her previous client and that happens. Due to the young ladys nonchalant attitude I told them I was leaving, and she stated in a condescending tone oh well just cancel your appointment. I never got the young ladys name, but shes the African American with long braids, red fingernails, and takes temperatures. I followed all of the instructions given concerning the appointment, and was treated with unprofessionalism. Bad experience.

Ive been getting waxed regularly for 7 years and Melody is, hands down, the best waxer Ive had! 10/10 would recommend! I always get 2 services done in one appointment and she makes it go by so fast! She always checks to make sure she got all the hair and will pluck any leftovers and get out ingrowns if necessary. Also shes super easy going and I always end up laughing during my appointment.

I have had to wait there for my appointment MANY times and for them to deny me my appointment for being less than 10 minutes late is unprofessional and quite frankly ridiculous. They have lost my business for sure

I had Aisha and I didn’t have a good experience. I was expecting to go in and have the staff being super friendly and make me feel comfortable just like the website said but she was not very nice. She said maybe 3 words the whole time. Did not make me feel comfortable. The waxing litterally left bruising on me. All around I would NEVER go back to this place.

I only give it a 4 because I made an online appointment and when I arrived at my time they didnt have me in the system so I had to take a later appointment. I stuck it out to give them a try. Customer service was good other then that. I scheduled my next appointment when in the shop. I dont recommend doing it online

This was my first time and I had Melody she was so nice and calm the wax didn’t burn and she made the experience feel like I was talking to a friend rather then a stranger. Melody also educated me on the wax and about the process before she started the wax. Which help me understand what was happening so it helped calm the nerve I totally recommend her !!

I had a horrible first time experience here. The cashier was extra rude and wouldnt see customers due to being one minute late. Ending up seeing me before my schedule time. The girl who did my waxing, waxed both my lips together. Also applied baby powder. Which cause me to get an infection, thanks! I would never use them again.

The service here was excellent. My technician Gabby did a wonderful job of making sure I was comfortable the entire time. At the end of the treatment, she even offered some products to use in between waxesto prevent ingrown hairs.

I scheduled an appointment a week ago. The day of, I called to notify them I would be 10 minutes late. The women on the phone said no problem. I arrive and find out that their system has been down for a week so we are winging it. Because she could not verify it was my first time I was told I would have to pay full price. To which I agreed. She proceeds to ask me all the questions she needs to and only then does she think to say they can only take cash. Very inconsiderate of them not to 1. Put a pop up on the locations website 2. A simple note on the door 3. Mention that when I called in advance. Ridiculous.

Always the top service. The least painful waxing experience Ive had. They take walk ins or appointments and are very flexible if you have to change your appointment

I’m late on my review.. BUT, I was referred to this location, by my sister, after having a first-time bad experience at the Reisterstown location with someone who had great reviews (probably made by friends of hers); I mean I didn’t even want to get waxed ever again! I had sent my sister to see if it was the waxer or just me and it definitely was the waxer!! Anyway, she had been getting waxed by Melody and assured me it’d be way better than my first experience. So, I trusted her and went to Melody! She was sooo nice! She took her time with me, didn’t get frustrated after me closing my legs after every pull due to it being several weeks since I had gotten my first one (sorry Melody lol), and she held a conversation with me to get my mind off of it. Before I knew it.. it was over! I’m so happy that they’ve opened back up! See you in a couple days Melody!!

I had a appointment booked was told she was running late and I walked away to my car came back and was told I couldnt get my appointment done.

I have been going to this EWC since it first opened. The quality of service has steadily declined. Yesterday, I went in to receive a service on my wax pass. During the service, the wax specialist placed incredibly hot wax on my skin. When I reacted to indicate that it hurt, the wax specialist said youre not burning, just breathe. I have a large burn mark where she placed the hot wax. I have now called this location 3 times since the appointment in an attempt to report the incident to the manager. Every time I have called I have been brushed off or told that the manager was not in today. With my initial call it was not my intention to get the particular wax specialist in trouble. I am aware that accidents happen; I just wanted to inform the location so they knew and were more careful with clients in the future. Now that I have been blown off 3 times, I am completely disgusted with this business. When a customer calls to report an injury that is something that should be brought to the attention of the manager immediately. Based on my interactions it is apparent to me that this location of EWC does not value customer safety whatsoever.

Great staff walked in and went straight to the back. Jennifer aka Jen was so much help. This was my first wax and I was shaking boots but she walked me through talked to me throughout the process. Loved loved loved my wax. I live and hr and half away but for that great service I will travel back to visit Jen. Thanks
