I got a lash lift + tint here, my very first one. It was a very zen experience along with no irritation or issues which I was worried about. My eyelashes look great, its a more subtle, yet feminine look which is exactly what i wanted for just daily not needing mascara.I can’t wait to come back again, maybe get a facial too sometime! 😌Attached before + after photos

The Loft is a Baltimore gem. I first started going for facials and recently branched out to brows. It was my first ever experience getting my brows done, and Allyson did an amazing job with the design and tint. Totally making it a part of my routine!

Walk around the side alley for door access - beautiful space with so many options for wonderful self care experiences! I love the sauna for the cold winter days and the lash lift is a wonderful investment for someone who doesn’t really like to wear makeup but still feel a little fancy!

I got a lash lift from Emily and it looks amazing!! I had a bad experience with a lash lift previously and I was ready to give up on lash lifts but now I love them! It’s beautiful and clean inside with the cutest pug! Everyone was so welcoming and lovely ☺️

I have been seeing the owner Natalie for my lash extensions, brows, and skin for about a year now. As a beauty professional and someone who used to offer lash extensions my self, I can tell you that you are not going to get better service any where. She is fast, and does a phenomenal job. Her space is stunning, and relaxing, and just the type of business Baltimore needs. I have seen other service providers that work for her and all of them are just as exceptional as she. If you are not going here, you are missing out.

Great first experience doing anything to my eyebrows. Autumn listened to what I wanted and nailed the final product. As a blonde, my eyebrows were practically non-existent, until now. Will be returning soon, for another brow design/tint. May try the brow henna once Im more daring. The prices are steep, but are definitely worth the expertise, lavish setting, and overall experience.

Julie knows what shes doing. She has always taken great care of my difficult eyebrows and works quickly to minimize tweezing discomfort. She also has given suggestions for additional services without pressuring me. After a few months of her mentioning Brow Tint, I finally tried it with my Brow Design and was so pleased with the results. Shes spot on!

Excellent facial by autumn! As a cosmetologist I am picky and usually go to one person at my salon, needed a facial from wearing a mask doing hair at work all day during Covid, and autumn was friendly knowledgeable and really made me feel great. I have recommended 5+ friends already!

Where do I start? The Loft has SAVED my skin. I struggle with congestion around my chin and jaw. At the beginning of 2020, I started doing monthly hydrafacials and dermaplaning at The Loft with Natalie and I saw a significant improvement in my skin. That combined with using the skincare regime they recommended has kept my breakouts at bay and my skin super hydrated. The ambiance is next level and the service is extremely professional. Ive also gotten lash lift & tint and brow henna services that lasted close to a month! If youre looking for a skincare oasis look no further!

I’ve been going to see Julie for a lash lift and she is absolutely amazing!! She’s extremely detail oriented and I always find myself leaving with perfect lashes. She even takes the time to provide personalized lash care tips.

I had my first hydra facial with Lindsay at the Brewer’s Hill location and my skin looks and feels amazing! Lindsay is extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented. She went above and beyond to address my “maskne” and other skin concerns. I had a great experience and highly recommend Lindsay and the loft for excellent skin care.

Theres no free parking in the immediate area. Access to this location is through an alley...please be mindful of your surroundings since you have to wait to be allowed entry via directory. The space is beautifully decorated, spaced out and following covid guidelines. Pictures on website reflect accurate depiction. I gave a low score because one of my lids was swolen after the lash curl, I had a scab under one of my eyebrows after microtweezing and one lid has great looking eyelashes whereas the other didnt have any curl. Lastly, no instructions on how to take care of eyebrow or lashes. After I shared the lack of curl is only when she offered to make an appt to come back the following week.

First time ever doing a lash lift! Luckily I naturally have long lashes but I almost never curl them. The Loft is super chic! Loved the decor. Julie was AMAZING!!! So sweet! Explained the entire process and made sure I was comfortable during each step. I totally trusted her and completely felt like i was in good hands. My lashes look great! Worth every penny. I will definitely be back. Might even consider adding lashes for volume.

The experience at the loft is EXCELLENT! From the minute I walked in, I felt comfortable and luxurious. I received a warm welcome, a great cup of herbal tea, and relaxed amidst beautiful decor and ambiance for a few minutes before my appointment. I had never received a brow shaping before, but it was the most relaxing eyebrow treatment imaginable. The cozy faux fur blankets are super fun! Natalie is amazing and Im so happy with my brows! I cant wait to come back for my next treatment!

After vetting many lash salons, The Loft-Brow Lash Skin won my vote. Having two prior bad lash experiences, I was nervous about setting an appointment. My last experience left me with short lashes and a rash from the glue. However, being the lash addict I am, I had to try again. When I walked into the salon I was greeted with a relaxing atmosphere, and automatically took notes on the decor (it is BEAUTIFUL, when I redecorate my room I will be mirroring my design from The Loft). My appointment was with Christina. The level of care and professionalism she provided were top notch. She was very kind, and made sure that I felt comfortable. Christina did a brow shape and tint. As well as a lash lift and tint AMAZING!! I will never go anywhere else. I am so thankful to have found such fabulous salon and and a lash technician (Christiana) who provided the highest quality of care, expertise, and precision.

Ive been going to Julie for my lashes the past few months and she is AMAZING!! Not only does she make you feel relaxed and comfortable, but she is very meticulous and makes sure each lash extension is perfect. I never had lash extensions before and was hesitant to get them, but I am so happy I found Julie! Now I look forward to seeing her every few weeks! As someone with naturally thick and unruly eyebrows, Ive been a little picky about selecting a new brow studio -- but I am so glad I found The Loft. Natalie walked me through the brow design process and kindly suggested changing my tint service to the henna service while addressing all of my worries. SHE IS AMAZING! Im so happy with the results that I already made my next two appointments. I highly suggest checking out the studio for any of their brow, lash and skin services!

Cristina is a true professional. I was new in getting eyelashes this summer of 2018. She did a great job of completing a set very natural. She is friendly, professional, and honest. I continue to go with her every 3-4 weeks. I feel very comfortable. The place is very clean and it allows you a time to relax.

Hannah did a lash tint and lift which totally made my eyes pop. She also applied henna dye to my brows and it looks so good. I have had many compliments on both eyelashes and brows. I highly recommend Hannah as she is professional and very skilled at what she does. I will be back 😊

First time experience getting a lash lift. I saw Julie and she was so great, I highly recommend her! She was meticulous, took her time, made it a very quiet, zen environment, I nearly fell asleep, and she explained what she was doing step-by-step. Definitely going back to her!

Its very pricey and I couldnt afford to keep going. However you get what you pay for and I gotta admit I was getting great service. If I could afford it I would love to continue going there. It place looks great, awesome service, attention to detail, very gentle, and super relaxing.

The environment is warm and relaxing (hello, faux fur throws). The staff is lovely. I have so far had the eyelash lift and tint and the brow design and henna. My lashes and brows are ON POINT and I absolutely will return. Well worth the price.

I can’t understand why everybody gave five stars. Maybe I’m the only one who had bad luck. I did both facial treatment and eyebrows shape and Henna. I can give for facial treatment and their attitude 5 starts, but I can’t give any stars for eyebrows shape. I really don’t like my eyebrows shape. I feel like I look like countryside women. I showed them the picture that have exactly the shape I want. I don’t know how to explain to them in order to get the shape I like. I’m so tired to try any salon again. I lose so much money again. Pretty sad!!!

Hannah was incredible! I surprised my mom with this session for full lash extensions, she has very fine lashes and I showed Hannah pictures of what my mom liked and she completely listened & understood the style she wanted. Very happy! And she will be coming back to maintain the lash extensions with her! Thanks Hannah!

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. I had an appointment for a volume fill and ended up getting hybrid since they don’t have the proper length in volume. Nonetheless I was charged the price for a volume fill. Moreover, although I requested mink lashes I got the silk ones which has resulted in unruly and inter-wined lashes as I already had mink on. Although I did get an apology from the lash technician, No efforts were done in attempt to rectify the situation. It was really disappointing considering their hefty price tag compared to other and even better eyelash parlors.

Absolutely love this place! I have been twice. I got the lash lift and lash tinting, which made a wonderfully noticable difference in how my lashes looked. I had the henna brow done, which made my eyebrows very defined and bold, which I love. If I wasnt over an hour away Id go a lot more. Highly recommend. Came in for a lash removal after a terrible lash extension experience and Hannah took wonderful care to remove the mess. The appointment was for 20 minutes- she patiently and gently removed the extensions for a whole hour! I felt terrible. Hannah never rushed me or made me feel that my time was up. Charged me for just the 20 minute lash removal. Wonderful experience.

I have had so many problems with my brows and have had a very difficult time trying to find someone who can shape and fill them the way that i like. Natallia did a fabulous job fixing them for me. Huge thank you to the entire staff, they did a great job making sure that i was comfortable and happy with the results. Will def be back and recommend to anyone who struggles with brows.

Honestly pretty disappointed. This is a very late review because I was dealing with famy emergencies. Anyway.... I asked the lash tech to do brown, which she said she could do. Then, when she was done, the curling differences between my two eyes were drastic. So she chose to relax the over curled lashe . This led to further uneven curling and color ! I decided to just leave because we werent getting anywhere with more time. I wish I liked this place, the reviews got me excited.

My favorite place to fix up my brows and lashes. Its so beautiful and relaxes me the moment I walk in.

Very expensive services and not even worth it. Did my lashes here and after just two days they started falling out.I was not a happy camper. Ive gotten my lashes done plenty of times at different places so I know the regimen of taking care of them and stuff.For $175 those things should have lasted me two weeks at least before starting to fall out,,not two days!!

I really wanted to like it, but as someone who has gotten lash extensions for the last three years, I was disappointed. The only person who does volume is extremely rude, and both times I was left with minimal lashes that looked awful and sparse after 2 weeks. Every place Ive been to has fills at least 1 hour versus the loft, which is 45 minutes and at least $20 more. Id try it for skin, but never again for lashes!

When I made appointment for my lash lift with them I told them that my hair is really stubborn , so clearly first attempt of procedure failed and when I told them they reschedule and they promised that it will last 6 months 😠 but after 3 weeks lift was gone and when I told them they didn’t respond or called back.
