We were on a call only basis for medical waste pickup. We have a small injection container (2 gallon) and were able to call when it was filled and they would charge us a flat fee of 49.00.First they started charging this per month for many months before we noticed it was coming out automatically. Then the gave us partial credit back of 100.00 (we have only had 2 pickups in 3 years).We called for a pickup today and now it is 200.00. Customer service is poor, definitely would not recommend.

Absolutely terrible experience. I have medical waste piling up in boxes because I cannot get anyone to show up and pick it up when they say they will.Avoid at all costs.

Great company, easy to deal with. If you have a problem it is probably because they are union labor. They are not a scam and they deal with money fairly and dont steel.

The driver has hit the cone and broke it twice. Contacted a manager & sent pictures of course no response. Now for the second time. If you see these drivers be careful

Your phone does not work and answering machine is full!!! no one answers , we have tried on many days ! This is a scam, you keep sending us more bills!!! What type of a company is this that has no one to answer the phone and send these bills. I have also sent an email too!

Havent had any issues until recently when they automatically enrolled the agency in a Compliance Plus program. I have placed 3 voice messages and 2 emails to opt out of the unneeded program (I agree with other reviews, it is not possible to reach customer service). I received an invoice today with the billing for the very program I have been attempting to opt out of.01/15/2019 Following up on my previous review: To date, Curtis Bay continues to bill us for services I have attempted to opt out of via phone and emails!! Tried calling again today and needed to leave a message, but was unable to. STOP BILLING ME FOR SERVICES I HAVE DECLINED

*Warning: Curtis Bay is last company you want to deal with regarding disposal of waste. Any other waste company in America is better than this outfit. I used them for about 2 years and they continually overcharge and there staff is very rude.

Never signed up for an account but they sent a bill... for doing nothing for us. All phone numbers are busy or voicemail is full. What kind of scam is this?

A long hours little pay2 men on dock maybe 1man running dock impossible but its done overwork employee out 20000lb by 1personvery unfair need union more. Money for all the work people quiting everyday

I didnt want to leave even 1 star, but I cant leave a review without it. Curtis Bay Medical Waste has unbelievably inept customer service. They continue to bill after cancellation for services that were never ordered. Phones are always busy, no voice mail, emails go unanswered. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
