This company came to my area after the storm and presented their card, said they’d give a good deal. It was absolutely a good deal. They came through wasted no time prepping the trees and taking them down. They cleaned up well and all was well but I was especially impressed by the price and professionalism! I’m going to refer this company to everyone. Thank you for an outstanding job.

This is a terrible company to deal with. They gave me a quote without adding my discount. When I called the company to inquire and request a new invoice with the discount; I was told sorry and Victor would call me to make it right. He never called. After several calls and waiting over a week, I texted the company. I got the nastiest response. It was so bad that after the interaction I blocked the number. Please read the reviews and do not ever give your business to this company. They are unprofessional, rude, and simply lie to customers. I would never trust them with any project. Please read the reviews on Yelp first.

The men came out and were very professional. They took down a large tree, removed the debris and cleaned the yard. A few hours later they were back with the equipment to grind the stump. Very light damage to the grass but that will repair itself in an month or two.Overall, very good and I will recommend them to friends and family.

I just watched a neighbor’s rather large tree get taken down by this company. I must say, I am impressed just by watching how they all work together. They are very thorough and will definitely be calling them up if I need some future tree service!

Absolutely amazing professionals from Timber Pros Tree Care. Victor and his crew amazing and I could not believe how they climbed high trees simply by using a rope to cut branches from the top of super tall trees. They took down 7 gigantic trees in our back yard in less than a day without damaging anything around. Fast, professional, friendly service. They gave us a very reasonable price for their work. They also cleaned after themselves and left their work site in a pristine condition. A++ Highly recommended!

The company came to my property soon after I called and they gave me a very timely estimate. They were able to schedule my tree removal quickly. They were very professional and cleaned up everything from my property. Excellent price.The only negative was that after the company gave me the estimate and scheduled my tree removal, they did not return my call or email where I had follow up questions. But they did arrive on the date originally scheduled and earlier than they anticipated.I would schedule them again.

Had 4 bids to do a rather big job of cutting and removing 4 big trees. Timber Pros was very reasonable. In some cases by a long shot. Said they would arrive by 7;30. By 7:15 seven workers were on site setting up the equipment needed to do the job. This included a big chipper, 2 dump trucks, a stump grinder and a front end loader used to remove heavy logs. By 11;30 the job was completed as expected.The equipment needed to drive on the yard so some tire tracts were made as expected. No big thing. While here the neighbours were impressed and they contracted with Timber Pros to do some work.5 stars!!

Timber Pros did an amazing job removing a huge tree in my backyard. The tree was rotting and hanging over two other properties. The technicians safely removed the tree without damaging my property, my neighbors property, or the power lines. All debris was removed and all work areas thoroughly cleaned before departure.

I used Timber Pros 3 times. Victor and his crews are very professional. They removed very large trees leaning over the house and it was impressive how they lowered the branches without causing any damage. Bessy part is that the whole area is cleaned afterwards, it was cleaner than when they got there. You really cant beat them on price or service. Ive used others before but are my go to crew now.

Save your time don’t hire this company. They stood me up on an estimate and had me waiting all day for someone to show up. Must be nice that business is so good that you can’t even call to tell me you are not coming or worse yet lie to me and tell me that someone is coming they are just running late. There are plenty of other companies that honor their commitment. Please do yourself a favor and hire them

I had a few other companies come by to give me estimates timber pros was by far the most reasonable price company easy to work with great crew and perfect customer service every time I had any concerns. I highly recommend this company everyone if you have any arborist needs will definitely use them again in the future.

The lady that answered the phone was very professional and fast on getting my tree looked at. Estimator was fast coming out. Great crew and cleaned up after very well.
