I had 3 different quotes, and the 2 other companies suggested that the dying maple tree in front of my house be pruned only. Im glad I didnt go with that option, because the tree started to decline rather quickly. Baltimore tree experts assessed and suggested that the tree be removed, so that is the decision that I ultimately went with. The cost for removal was half the price of other companies. They came out promptly and provided clear instruction to prepare for the removal of the tree.The only suggestion that I have is, it should be thoroughly explained that stump grinding will leave a HUGE mess, and if there is an option for removal of grindings, that should be noted on the invoice. It took me days to shovel the grindings and I hurt my back in the process.

Baltimore Tree Experts are the best ! They were professional and explained what needed to be done and why. They removed the large broken limb and cleaned everything in a jiff. It was like nothing ever happened. I recommend them 100% . A great professional tree service !

1. We did not work with this company but heard good about it. We made a wrong post at the beginning because of very similarity of the the tree companies names. Would like to to take our comments back. We had a negative experience with maryland tree experts. Sorry for the confusion

They did a great job; arrived when scheduled & performed quality work. They cleaned up after the job which does not always occur with other companies. Would use them again

Yes I am still bitter about this company damaging my car during a snow storm and refusing to fix it. They also damaged the apartment property and didnt even care. The owner was very rude and did not try to work towards a positive solution.

I had a tree fall over on my house. I called them and they came out the same day. They removed the tree from my house, but in doing so, they damaged my neighbors property (crushed the well cap with the truck). They damaged the property on June 9th, 2016 and it took them until August 4th, 2016 to fix it. I called almost every week during the time frame and heard every single excuse possible. I was happy with how the job was run, but not happy with their customer service.
