I see why they have terrible ratings.DO NOT WORK FOR ROBERT HALF, ESPECIALLY THIS DIVISION. KAITLYN OR WHATEVER HER NAME IS had me working for a company filled with rude staff, out of date working techniques, and just overall a terrible company by the name of METROPOLITAN MANAGEMENT. I ended up leaving the assignment due to not feeling well as well as not being treated correctly and proceeded to let Kaitlyn know. I was just told today that even after letting her know she still proceeded write derogatory notes on my profile. Who wants to be treated unfairly? I’m sure Kaitlyn wouldn’t wait her. I’ve been reapplying with them for months and they chose not to call me back. I then called again today and Kaitlyn was beating around the bush trying to say I never reported anything to them then said I did at a later time. Why do you have people recruiting for you all that are inhumane and they lie? Disgusted and I will be contacting cooperate soon. Im eagerly looking for a new position and they haven’t called back or let me know I couldn’t reapply with them even with how I was treated.They treated me like I was nothing because I was a temp and that’s disgusting.

There is a good reason why so many of the reviews are 1-star. In the weeks that I reached out to them, they offered me one position--part-time, not nearby, with paid parking sans voucher, and for little more than minimum wage. Applying with them was a waste of time for me, as it seems to have been for many others.

I would say my experience with Robert Half has been great! I liked that, when something didn’t work out for me, they didn’t penalize me. They actually worked with me, gave different suggestions and when it still didn’t work, they communicated with the company and worked with me on finding another placement! Only give 4 stars because their pay is about a $2/3 difference from other agencies. Otherwise, great company to work with.

Within a week, I was asked to start immediately at a TREMENDOUS company in downtown Baltimore and within a month they offered a fulltime position with excellent benefits. Ive worked with agencies in the past and certainly didnt expect such great results. Thank you again, ladies!!! Thanks to you, Im downtown enjoying the view and free espresso!!

After a couple months of applying to several different openings they had listed I finally heard back from someone who asked if I was interested in setting up a phone interview. I say yes and we set it up for August 26th at 1PM. At this point I had seen the other reviews but remained hopeful even though after I sent an email to confirm the date and time I had heard nothing back. August 26th at 1PM came and went with no phone call, as did the 27th, 28th, etc. On August 31st I had sent an email asking if there was a reason no one had called me or contacted me to let me know I would no longer have a call. As of September 1st I have not heard anything back.This is completely unprofessional and honestly rude. They knew I was contacting them because I was looking to gain experience in my field as it is hard to get a full time job in my field without experience. Many people are in a similar situation as me and need a job and dont have time to waste on a company like this that cant give them the common courtesy to email them back. If you are seriously looking for a job, dont waste your time on them.

Don’t bother with them. This company is completely 100% unprofessional.Six months ago, I applied for a family law paralegal position. I have over 7 years of experience. Claire, informed me that she could not recommend me for this position because my experience was in anther state and therefore I would have to start at the bottom. Instead she pushed another position. However, she was unable to give me any information about the position. All I was told was that it was a legal position, working for an attorney in Baltimore. Oh, and parking was only $300 per month (I have never paid for parking, so I was taken a back). Since, she was unable to provide me with any information I told that I was not interested.The next morning, I got a text with a link to a law firm’s website. Thirty seconds later, Claire calls. She tells me that I got the job, and I need to be there the next morning. Again, I told her that I was not interested as it was not even close to what I wanted. She then began to berate me. She told me that I had to take what she gave me or I would not be able to work. She told me that my degree and experience was worthless, and she was giving me a chance. She ended the call by stating “when you are desperate enough to take what I give you, call back.”I then called and tried to get a hold of her boss. Instead, I got hung up on. I sent a message to the company, and Gretel M. responded. She asked if I would like to speak to a supervisor, and I stated “yes.” No one called, emailed or texted me for six months.Yesterday, I got an email from Claire asking if I was looking for a job as she might have something for me.... Sorry Claire.

I worked with Brenna and Cody and couldn’t be more pleased. I found a full-time, permanent position within a matter of weeks. They were both extremely professional and kind. Would recommend to anyone looking to transition to a new position like I was.

I’ve never encountered someone who didn’t want to do their job and help with my job search. When I originally contacted this company, Amanda Snider was very helpful. Once I found and was hired at a job that I found during my own job search, she seemed happy for me and asked me to keep in touch should I need any further help in the future. I contacted her a month ago needing further assistance and she’s nowhere to be found. I emailed her and she emailed me saying we would talk the following day at a time she suggested. To this day, I have received no callbacks or return emails. I keep getting promises from her colleagues that she will contact me after she gets out of her meeting. I guess she’s been in a meeting for over a month now. Just terrible! This has been a discouraging experience for me and no one should work for a company that has a sole purpose of assisting people with job placement if they don’t want to help. If the ZERO option was available, I would choose that because this has been such a negative experience to say the least.

I was with Robert Half on and of for roughly 2 years. At the beginning you do have to be more proactive calling the office to inform them that you are available and that was a bit taxing. However, once the ball was rolling it went well! I used them while I was pregnant because I was having trouble finding something stable. There was a dry spell for me around March but it didnt bother me because it was getting close to my due date (although I planned to work until he came I needed the rest. They even sent me a card congratulating me and I got a few texts about my son). I also had scheduling limitations (so it was hard to get placed but that was on me) and at a point in time I didnt have a vehicle and they were great about finding me something close to public transit. Amy, Brianna, Alex, and Paige were great! They are very personable and make it easy when issues arise. Any problem I ever had they fixed and were always understanding. I was placed at some GREAT companies and had the chance to really network. Amy was great when I told her a friend may needed employment and told me to send them her way. I had a great experience and am only no longer with them because I was able to secure a position for myself in my career field. YOU GUYS ARE AMAZING!!

WONDERFUL! Job placement. Recently, I had retired from my city job after 37 years. I was interviewed at Office Team Headquarters and placed within a few days. They have an excellent team willing to assist you.

Unprofessional! I had an interview with an organization and office team failed to call me back to advise on the outcome. I figured after some time that the organization wasn’t interested however as a staffing agency, I’d expect that to be communicated. Furthermore, I’d expect the “recruiters” to do their due diligence and provide feedback on how a candidate should move forward for another opportunity. Instead, they just stopped communication all together. I’ve had a much better and professional experience with Ajilon.

An incredibly unpleasant experience. Not what I expected on my first call with them. I have at least two years experience in accounting as well as a bachelors in accounting. They asked me what specific functions I learned in excel. On the spot. You do things in excel, you dont think Oh Im doing VLookUP you just do it. This is very frustrating. Do not bother with these people. I had other experience than just accounting that had excel work that I could have brought up but I only included my accounting work experience because I thought that would be enough. And they appear not to understand the concept that people can learn things other than what they already know. Im constantly learning new things, but they just wanted to place me in a temp position in something I had already done. Theres always going to be something someone doesnt know. The workforce is constantly changing. I would have preferred if she had given me a list of questions to consider beforehand so I could think about my answers. I thought the phone interview was going to be a casual conversation of what are you looking for? Not THIS IS AN INTERROGATION. Absolutely dreadful. They reached out to me with a position for a law firm for a full charge bookkeeper. Likely it wasnt even a real position and just a way to see if you would respond so they could contact you and harass you. She treated me like an imbecile. In addition to work experience with excel Ive also taken online courses recently relearning the material to make sure I keep it fresh. I just...goodness..do not deal with these people. They just want to waste your time.

I got Excellent placements quickly. Almost too quickly because at one point the on boarding process wasnt complete and it turned into an awkward position when I was already working my they literally only had my resume and none of my other information. Raquel Flores is great.

They are eager to help you out, however the job they first placed me at was not even close to what the description was or what they told be it was going to be. I was told it was an administrative assistant job however it was really college dorm security. At first they told me parking would be paid for by the company but once I got there they said they wouldnt pay for it and it would be $20 a day...

I have used Office Team/Account temps several times and have always had a great experience. They are way more responsive than other agencies and I was placed within a few weeks of registering this go round.

Horrible experience with them. Their recruiters are unprofessional and are concerned only with filling quotas. They don’t listen to your preferences and offer you whatever lands in front of them, regardless of your education/commuting needs/pay expectations. One recruiter even became confrontational with me when I refused to accept a week-long job. They did not help me find a position, and they don’t care about you as a person - it’s all about money to them!

This Agency was not very helpful you can stay in contact with them and all they can tell you is that we will let them know that you are available to work who are they talking about. and why have i not gotten a call back yet

Horrible experience. They didnt try to help me out. I asked the manager what if I never worked, she told me well I worked somewhere. I think they cater to who they want to and pass out jobs to who they want to. I was with them in AUGUST 2018 and never got a call for a job but called everyday to be put on the list. I also filled out apps through there website and still never got a call. Until now MARCH 2019 I have to reregister and go through everything again. How frustrating is that when your tryna to find work especially after the government shutdown. I will always let ppl know that Officeteam does not work like a team and does not care about the employees only the clients! Ps. If I dont have a reference that shouldnt stop me from getting a job or them being my resource.

I interviewed with one of the recruiters and she seemed very uninterested and unenthusiastic about placing me in a position. If I work with a recruiter I want someone who has energy and a go getter attitude . She I wont say names was very dry and didnt seem like she cared . People that go to a job agency is looking for work , we dont have time to hound down a recruiter . Such a waste of time and a bad experience . I dont know what they do but their not placing anyone in jobs . The companies need to hire new recruiters who actually care and gonna place people in positions and have a upbeat attitude.

Waste of time. Interviewed in person and Its been a month but they have yet to place me in any positions. I have delt with staff agencies before who have placed me same day, so for Robert Half to wait an entire month is an absolute joke.

I registered at the office team for three months now and it poor experience they say they can get you a job with in days and its been months not only that I always call nobody answer the phone but the assistant but they want you to check every week to let them know you still available how can I tell ya and ya dont answer the phone then I call them about a job I seen on the web site I never heard any thing about that I never gotten skill point information they just terrible.
