I was hired through SI STAFFING for Mayflower Textiles and they refuse to pay me for the hours that I worked because Mayflower didnt make note of the days and times that I worked. I even clocked in and out on the app that SI STAFFING told me to and they are STILL are confused about my pay. They never answer their phones to resolve any issues but if you dont answer their phone call it is a problem. I reported both companies to BBB and US Department of Labor ASAP. Do not come here unless you want to be underpaid and worked like a slave.

Awesome staffing agency. Hired on the spot, and I was sent to a job site with good pay and full time hours plus over time. The general manager is also professional and resolved any issues and concern that have came about. I enjoy working with this agency and highly recommend to anybody who is wanting to work.

The office environment is good. You have business owners involved in their business and making sure everything runs soothly. The staff tries to help job seekers find jobs. No job is perfect but it’s amazing to see how people can work in a quick paced environment and to see the effort that is placed truly incredible.

They were all very polite and responsive helping me finding a position the first day i came in.

Great company to work for!SI Staffing LLC was blessed to do not get closed while the first months of the heavy pandemic.- We were able to work fully remotely- After the closure of Maryland state, all employees were immediately advised by our management to take everything we need from the office. The list of things that we could take varied from staples, pens, notebooks, sanitizing products to its computers along with other electronic devices if someone did not have it at home.- During the most difficult times, when the company experienced a huge drop in revenue, we still were able to work part-time. Moreover, SI Staffing terminated NONE of our internal employees even if the company faced massive workflow reduction- Within the first couple of months of COVID19 closure, our company provided verbal support for its employees by having an online facetime meeting every morning to discuss all our worries and difficulties of being isolated from the World- For the Customer Service, the company provided gloves and face masks (even if the protective gear was purchased by our employees, money was reimbursed)- We were able to get the company updates and be in touch with our management within 24/7.- After MD state was on the first stage of its reopening process, we still had a choice from where to work whether it was from the office or from home.With all the listed above and much more, the company successfully delivered and still providing our employees with 1. Care, 2. Constant Support, 3. Valuable experience 4. Career growth 5. Opportunity to share thoughts, express concerns, ask questions and get advice.Thank you for all you do for US!

Its was friendly and pleasant atmosphere

Didnt like my experience. I needed a job closer to home and I was told by another employee of a closer location. They wanted to know the name of the employee who told me just so they could tell them about informing me of something more convenient. Their return call service sucks. I just dont like them.

Great company to work for ..... for the most part I actually like the job they provided and it was a plus they gave transportation!! Buuuuuttt on the other side i just wished it was a weekly paying job.. The staff I encountered were cool people ... anytime i had questions literally at anytime of day or night somebody would answer or call bck ! Lol EXCEPT my worker NO SHADE.. ijs ( GOOD REPORTS FOR S.I.S ) i cant say enough I literally recommend this place to all who need work . HINT im going bck asap!! 4 star Quality
