Laura took on promoting my resume as if it was her own. Laura was transparent in communicating information updates professionally. Laura coordinated everything so fast! My experience was smooth, organized, and very professional. Thank you Laura I appreciate all your help and thank you to the Abacus team for all that y’all do.

Work there almost 5 years from 9/19/2016, love work for Abacus have good people and special in the office, most all of them always trying to help me anytime l need them.

Im currently still working for this company as a Security Guard unfortunately and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone! There are so many problems I could list but Ill address the current one Im dealing with. This company sometimes does not ensure that youre paid on time or even the right amount; not to mention them not paying you for overtime and holidays. I dealt with numerous times when on payday my check wasnt deposited into my account on time or even worst when my check was short. Prime example, today is Friday 12/25/20 which means its payday for us but unfortunately even after 1:35pm (current time) I still havent received my check. Now I understand delays for deliverys during holidays, but a delay for anyones earned money is beyond unacceptable. There should at least be some type of reimbursement for the employee because this fault caused by the company can cause mishaps which it has for me. Therefore thats my main reason for rating this company as below poor and like I said before there are many other problems I could have listed.0/5 stars | Do Not Work Here!!!! (unless youre not worried about being paid in full on time)

Apparently no one knows how to use their phones. I am being sent to full mailboxes and your call cannot be completed as dialed.

Unprofessional. Make sure you have a guarantee to get paid. The company will let you work and never be concerned with you getting paid. Stay away from this company.

The worst place you can work not only are they unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, cant properly do there job correctly. Do not care about there employees. I would never and I mean never ever refer anyone to them not only did I not get paid for the time I worked there they tell me we cannot find am the paper u signed in on i said well thats funny because I know I signed in so now I have to do it the legal way and file a complaint her inreagrs to unpaid wages yes I have looked into it explain to the clerk what was go in on and she told me file abcomplint against them they can not just not pay you. That working for free and nobody works or free so it has been three weeks and no results at all so its time I hope no one else has to go thru this it has been a disaster in regards to not receiving my funds as angry as I was because that money was going to bills I said nope I will stay calm n do it the right way and I have found a few more people that they have done this to so I asked them to file a complaint I can help them. That way everyone can get paid for the days u worked. Please stay away from this company espically the one in phoenix arizona they are unprofessional over staff at PepsiCo very rude like this is the only job avaiable.

My first experience with a staffing agency - not professional at all. Interviewed and was hired and then no communication for three weeks. Attempts to contact them were unsuccessful and I finally had to call corporate to cut ties with them. Would not recommend them.

I got let go due to not able to get to work one time because of being stranded with a flat tire, and accusations of late back from breaks (i was never late). I never got a pay check for the days i worked either

Hate abacus security company with a passion. The security supervisor for Kennedy Krieger is unprofessional af and train the other security officers at the last minute. Wouldnt recommend working with this stupid company.

Got hired by there place in Texas then the place decides to drop the job after a week. I got left with no job an I never got paid but yet they sent me a w2 stating I did.

Latrice did not seem interested in helping me. Others were but not Latrice and it seemed to be her job to do so. Smdh.

Went there to check up on hiring process for being placed through agency. While I was waiting in front room, a man by the name of Mike came up to me and started yelling at me for no reason. I believe he was drunk or on drugs because he had big pupils and reeked of BO and pizza. They told me that he was mentally unstable, thank god I dodged that bullet.

Totally unprofessional, led me to believe I was getting paid 14 an hour, on pay day I found out I was getting 8.... PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SKIP THIS AGENCY, Go to staffmark instead lol
