The main office guy is very unpatient and disrespectful if I was you I would not go

3 weeks to repair and worse than ever! 10x less clean than when picked up and 10x worse problem now!!! Can clearly see difference of before and after TV was “repaired”. Unfortunately the pictures of the TV after the repair are the filthy ones with the TV not repaired and in fact much worse than it was when picked up. TV had minor lighting issue to begin with and end up with 3 dark lines across entire screen! Obvious no attention was paid at any point including powering on tv once supposed repair was completed to clearly see issue wasn’t fixed and got worse! Courtesy of Advance Video Inc of Ft Myers, FLAbsolutely the most worthless company I’ve ever had the pleasure dealing with. No company vehicle, minivan used wasn’t even marked with any company info. The repair guy couldnt speak english and when called the main office he was short with me and had a attitude.

My TV went on the blink and since it was under an extended warranty agreement, I contacted the warranty company in Texas. They assigned the repair to Advance Video, and to say the least I was a little skeptical since I never heard of them. They contacted me a short time after I put in the claim and I could not be more pleased. They picked the TV up and dropped it off exactly when they said they would. The repair was excellent, done within 2 days and all issues have been resolved.They could not have been more polite, congenial and professional. Excellent service that is truly appreciated.

The man who answered the phone was very short patient and rude. I couldn’t get pass that so I didn’t even want the service from them anymore !

I called Advance Video to set up an in-home TV repair appointment; the gentlemen I spoke with asked me to describe the problem and actually walked me through the adjustment while on the phone - eliminating the need for a service call. Its nice to know that there are still individuals who are happy to help at no charge.
