I took my portable dvd player there too be fix and they couldnt fix it

I was looking for a place to fix my TV. The discount part of his companys name is what attracted me to look at his. I would like to thank Samantha Bose for her review. Based on what she said and the owners arrogant response, Im not taking mine there. I believe every bit of what she said to be true. Im sure her complaint was an average one that happens every week to a business. Businesses need to do what they say. He took the money and said it was fix and gave it back. Under his word, as a verbal contract, that voids any negative action on the customers part, if there was any at all. I would warn people to stay away from businesses that do this and didnt even try to correct the situation.

Fixed my broken flat screen tv, saving me hundreds of dollars! Great service. Highly recommend.

No stars , I felt he got my deposit and didnt even look at my TV and hes hard to catch not open much.

I took tv that did not have picture but did have sound.I took it in paid 45 deposit for him to look at it. He called later that day saying it would cost 228 minus the 45 leaving me with a balance of 183. He called a few days later saying it was fixed. I came in to pick up tv. He didnt offer to show me it worked I figured he has been in business for so long took my tv home ( if I just would have plugged the tv in whole I was there ) . so I get it home the tv did the same thing . I took the tv back the next day he waited about a week and called me and said he would give me 100 back because he cant fix the tv. When I arrived he was rude, loud and advised me to take him to court for the rest of my money. So believe nothing his website says customer service was non existent and 90 warranty was a complete joke. Enter at you own risk
