It is rare, almost impossible, to find an individual that is an expert, passionate, professional, and organized in their field of work. Robert Miles is the best professional I’ve ever hired. Zero stress. Prompt and organized. I value most his professionalism, high-quality service, expert knowledge about taxes, and trustworthiness. I would feel comfortable giving him access to my bank account and not worrying about a dime being missing. Of course that’s not necessary but it is so hard to describe in words how good Miles Tax Advisory is. Excellence is most fitting to describe Robert Miles. I stumbled upon Miles Tax Advisory after going to about 8-10 “tax experts” from commercial companies that had no clue how to fix my elderly mom’s taxes when she had been threatened and alarmed by IRS that her taxes had been improperly filed when she filed my father’s estate taxes. These commercial “tax experts” did not even understand what IRS was talking about much less able to help us. Robert Miles was like Superman. I dumped it all on him and he handled it and spoke to IRS for us! We got a letter that all was resolved. Priceless.

Miles is great! He helped me file my taxes in a way that suited my rather complicated needs (multi-state and all that), which I wouldnt have been able to do on my own. He also remembered my situation for the following year, and did it all at for less than a place like H&R Block might have charged. Totally personalized and worth it.
