These people never answer the phone and they advertise stuff that they don’t follow by if ur looking for a house these people are not dependable at all

Every time I called there was no one to answer, and they didnt respond to a single voicemail. Very unprofessional staff. When I finally managed to schedule a tour the leasing agent, Angie, wouldnt pick up the phone or answer my text. Twenty minutes later she said she was already at another property and hung up when I tried to reschedule. She still hasnt responded to my attempts to schedule a tour and the company will not answer their phone. Do not trust this agency, theyll make you pay for an application then give you the run around or ignore you.

I’m grateful for him he was super nice, responded almost immediately one I saw the listing on Facebook and when my first option got filled before I got a chance to get it. He found me another place that was just as good and sent me a video same day and a showing the day after... If you’re looking for some professionalism great customer service and a great rental !!! stop here and give them a call^_^

Did not do follow ups. When I told my agent how much trouble I was having not receiving codes for half if the app. She stopped calling. I reached out to the office manager. He simply said (YOU CAN LOOK FOR ANOTHER PROPERTY. THE original one you looked at is gone. So unprofessional. If I could have given 0 I would have.

The only reason I give it 3 stars because the second rental agent was very helpful and showed us 4 of the houses that was not even hers. But the first person never followed up and the second one either. Yall lack customer service .

Let me start by saying this company lacks professionalism in every facet. I called inquiring about a home for rent the first day it listed. Met with the owner of the company who began discriminating against so called black people. He was very unprofessional. I liked the house so I reluctantly put in an application. It took him about two weeks to answer my call. When I spoke to the owner he began immediately asking me questions I believe were prejudicial. So once again I reluctantly decided to stick with going through with application just for me to look online to see he had already rented the home out. My point is these people come into predominantly black communities and began to buy up houses in our neighborhoods. Just to jack up to charge phenomenonal rent back to the people in the community and then began to prejudge you. I called at least 8 times to no prevail. Left a message with the receptionist who was just as rude. Would not let me ask or get out any words. The owner never returned my call. People dont rent from these people. There are plenty of other companies out there. Get yourself a realtor. They dont charge you any money to represent you.

I have been a tenant for 3 years. Ive been treat like gold from the day I moved in. Sholom is wonderful but I dare not forget Max! This rental company gives me full attention as if I were there only tenant. They were a God send for me and Im so grateful! Highly RECOMMENDED this rental company!

They were very eager to find us a home that met our needs and were open to negotiation when it was an option. I didnt have high expectations, but it ended up better than expected. They remained very available over the course of our search and, though I would understand if they were, were not annoyed by changes in our search. Because of how open they were to the changes we experienced while searching for a home to rent, we were more likely to choose an option that they were showing.

Whoever has responsibility and accountability for staffing definitely should check in and possibly make necessary adjustments to the staff. Three different occasions I scheduled to simply view a property- and EACH time it was cancelled.

Someone called me for a job interview, he sounded like Tony Soprano. I was thinking am I going to be leasing apartments or moving packages? Shady fast talk, rough and aggressive.

I had an appointment to see a property for almost one week, at 6 am on the morning of the appointment I received a text that the landlord wanted a section 8 voucher holder. Not a dealbreaker, my husband scheduled an appointment to see a different property, nobody came to show the property, he went to the office, nobody was there either. The next day, he received an email to reschedule which he did, and again nobody arrived to show the property.

I dont recommend this agency, I was done a disservice and Im currently pursing legal action to have $2100 refunded which I paid for first month rent and security deposit in a home that has an evident rodent infestation. 2507 Ridgely Street is the address and Erin Bauer is the landlord. Please avoid this property!!! On the day I was due to move in I noticed rodent feces and open spaces in the property along the walls which are likely due to the rodents. I never moved in I immediately contacted the agent and landlord and was avoided for weeks before finding out they both did me a disservice and were aware of underlying issues in the home.

I wouldnt recommend this property rental company. I signed a 12 month lease for a renovated apartment that was faulty. I dealt with leaks from the ceiling for majority of my time there and it was the most unpleasant experience.

Set up a meeting with the company to look at a property days in advance, come to find out they sold the property and didnt even inform us. Drove A LONG way for nothing. Unreliable and crooked

Don’t work or rent a property through these people. Worked here for 2 weeks . They fired me because “I don’t work well when the bosses are not in the office” every person I set an appointment for knows that “Darren” was the best help that company had in awhile . Came into a broken company with HUNDREDS OF FOLLOW UPS. They gather people’s info, take deposits, and don’t even follow up the tenants.. sound like someone you want to rent through? Lol. Had a client call for 9 days straight out the 14 I was there and they still never gave her a answer about the inspection on her property... instead of answering calls when people call in what do they do? They reject the calls and make up excuses about being busy. But in reality the all just sit around the office doing nothing. For future employees... STAY FAR AWAY lol. As a college student I ask question before I make a decision on tenants and they clearly didn’t like when I would do that either 😂😂😂🤦🏽‍♂️ A real janky situation everyone should Avoid! The only positive review they have is from one of the brothers in the company 😂😂😂 avoid at all cost!

They took my security deposit & I signed the lease, they told me everything was set for my move in date, then they wait til the week of me to move to tell me the leasing company moved someone else in ! How inconvenient & inconsiderate!!!! Now Im stuck making new arrangements and canceling furniture I ordered. Then they had the nerve to ask me of I wanted to move to another house on Divisoon St??? HELL NO! I want the house, I signed the lease for!! But anyway I want my money & they will b hearing from my lawyer !!!

Basement has mold, all my things are damage, theyre not trying to replace my things, when my lease is up Im moving the hell out, unless they turn my basement into a finish basement, its a beautiful house, i would stay for years only if I had a finished basement
