Most apathetic employees ever...Im surprised they could lift their chins up out of their hands long enough to work the register. Ive never wanted to have a party less lol. They are always out of the really big Mylar balloons on display that I want.

Ordered curbside which was ready at a reasonable time. But when I came to pick it up...i waited 15 minutes, no clerk came out so I called inside. They acted like they didnt even know I checked in via the link THEY SENT! Finally I had to go in and as I was stepping on the curb my merchandise came out. Now Ive been there to 19 minutes! I asked for the manager, he said he was the manager. I asked why my curbside pickup took me calling in there. He said HE was the manager and he didnt have his iPhone on him and didnt see the notification he proceeded to say that no one charged the iPhone the previous night Last time using this location! I hate poor customer service.

Went to get 90th Birthday balloons. Just 3, but will make mom happy. Upon getting into the car though, one was losing air. Went back in and they were very nice and understanding. Replaced it and fixed it on a weight for us. Staff made it a lot more pleasurable to shop.

The courtesy that came from the staff was superb and they were actually amazing and very helpful

We were looking for a few things for an outdoor Christmas gathering. Nice table decorations and inexpensive elf/santa hats. We also bought small gift bags and felt stockings to stuff with candy as favors. And we found a few flashing light up necklaces.

We were delighted to get the quote for our 24 balloons! We got 30 of them for about $120. Party City let us pay in advance for them so when we arrived to pick them up a few weeks later they were already blown up and ready for us to take. The staff was so nice & accommodating and they were perfect for our wedding.

On June 21, 2020, I bought balloons that I purchased from another store, to the party city located at 7929 Eastern Ave, Baltimore, MD 21224. I was told by the associate that the store does not blow up balloons that was from the outside. After visiting your website today, I read that Party City does indeed blow up outside balloons. It also states, to call ahead to ensure the store has enough helium. Has there been a change in store policy that was not been updated on the website? If there hasnt been a change, I would like to know why I was denied to have my balloons inflated?

They did not have things in the store that said they did online. I do believe it is partly due to stealing but it should be more organized then it is.

Placed an order for curbside pickup today. Used link texted to me to inform them when I was a whole hour and 10 minutes away then used it again when I arrived. Waited 15 minutes with no response then called and wisted another 15 minutes just to have a used and opened item given to me. I called back and waited on hold then got hung up on. The total curbside pick up took 45 minutes. I could not go in because I have an infant who cant wear a mask during the coronavirus. She screamed and cried the whole time waiting. This is the worst experience.

Regina one of the stores associates went above and upon to help me find exactly what I needed. She was very pleasant and friendly. As a customer I would definitely give her a 5 star!!!

Great Place , But The Prices Are Extremely High.

This is a nice location. The staff was very helpful, and assisted us with getting pinatas off the upper shelves. The selection of party items was good, and we found everything we needed for a kids birthday party. The prices were moderately high, but that was expected for themed party supplies. There was no wait at the register, and plenty of convenient parking out front. I will be returning to this location again.

Mackenzies service was great. Came in with deflated balloons from a other location,but ended up here because it was closer and my time was slim. She redid them for me with no problem,even tho they were closing. I sensed no irritation in her tone,and that was very much appreciated! Thank you😉

Get all balloons for family members birthdays and other celebrations. They are hardly ever missing anything Im looking for. No long lines, so Im not ever waiting forever to get my needs met.

Very disorganized store, dont have what online said they have in stock. A staff member was suppose to call another store for the items I requested but never did. As I waited for about 20 min I see him going on about his work day. Never got back to me at all. No carts were available bcuz they had mixed up store products in them all around the store.. I wont be visiting again.

This store doesnt have helium anymore for balloon orders, so when you place an order online and you pay for it later on they cancel it and tell you that its first come first serve for balloons, this is absurd and Ive never heard of a party City doing this before. Not happy at all.

I went hear to order balloons for my daughters baby shower. I put the order in to pick up next day. The balloons were ready when i got there. The lady hands me my balloons and i ask about weights so they wouldnt fly away. She informed me that they are an extra .15 each. No problem but i was told Id have to wait in a long register line to pay for them . Hey youre already waiting on me so why should i have to wait in another long line when my balloons were paid for. Bad customer service. Wont do that again.

Place needs a overhaul. But its still the same since my childhood. Lots of treasures and goodies. And per usual always have the hard to find party supplies.

This location is okay ~they seem to be out of a lot of more popular items ..such as 50th b-day decor..paw patrol.. so if your looking for something specific (theme wise) be sure to check well in advanced if they have what you want. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are a bit pricey compared to other places, BUT their balloon selection is AMAZING !

Had everything I was looking for but the wait to check out was long. 1 cashier and 1 or 2 people blowing up balloons. This was on a weekday with no one waiting for balloons.

Great customer service here....picked up last minute graduation party balloons yesterday....even though they were slammed, they had a nice bouquet done for me in about an hour....very friendly staff....

The place was a little hectic but thats to be expected during last minute Halloween shopping. The staff was somewhat helpful. Some more than others. Overall it was an ok experience.

They have everything. One of the few Halloween stores in Dundalk MD.

The store was very well stocked but if you are looking to get in and out quickly, do not go here.

The cashier was a little confused when we asked about where we could find a guest book. To be fair we were looking for one for a memorial. But we were directed to the wedding isle and found it after a couple minutes of looking. That isle had so much stuff that the guest books got lost in it. But the cashier was friendly while we were checking out.

The Staff here is HORRIBLE! Through all the staff their was only 3 who did their Jobs! The other staff are either Looking on social media or talking To other staff, I don’t even wanna talk about their language! It took my and my sister about 2 minutes to get a response, he was not helping other people he was on his phone, This Does not even Deserve a 1 Star it’s worth 0.
