Its what youd expect from a good dollar general. I found everything that I needed to so 5 stars.

Great customer service. The cashier Tammy is kind,honest, knowledgeable, respectful and goes above and beyond. Ask for tammy when you visit the dollar general and let her know she is doing a great job ( everyone needs a pat on the back once and a while). She will not hesitate to help you in any way she can. I hope dollar general knows what a great employee they have working for them.

The Lady stocking shelves was very helpful. Asked me if I needed help made my trip easy. She should be considered for a raise.

Its an ok dollar store. Its clean for the most part. Selections are good. Stocked items are if-y, depending on the day of the week. My only issue is that every time I go in there, theres ALWAYS at least 1 or 2 UNATTENDED kids that are running around screaming. Or isles are blocked by a group of people talking and theres no way around them. When you politely say excuse me, they dont respond. The last time I was in there, there was a group of people that I could not get around and 4 of the people had their masks pulled down. With whats going on in the world right now, nobody can afford to take that risk of not utilizing their mask correctly. ESPECIALLY in a closed structure!

Love this store ever since they got rid of that assistant manager back in November! The store is a lot calmer and clean every time I go in. Lupe is an amazing store manager and goes above and beyond to help her customers!

Dollar General is my favorite store I love that store I always get what I need and its convenient to me

The cashiers greet the customers when entering, their respectful, theyre helpful, and they always thank the customer when leaving the store & they keep it clean..

Dollar General normally has good stuff if they have it stocked but everybody that works there at the one on Eastern Avenue in Highlandtown is lazy lazy lazy rude rude rude

The price is right. An the customer service is great. Great place to get snacks and color books. Etc

I actually like this dollar store .......its neat and clean.......and they put your things behind the counter.........where no one else can get your stuff..........but theres one thing I have to say about that is.........they need to put numbers on your bag and give the person of who the stuff belongs to a cloths pen or something ......with the same number on it.......so they it dont have to be stolen.......but the only thing I have to say about it

The manager Lupe is very helpful and active around the store!! The last assistant manager was unprofessional and always drunk or high, luckily they fired her around November and since than it’s been just amazing.

Cheap, convenient alot of stuff I need...or just want. Easy, quick.....girl at the register was nice too.

Impossible to shop for more then what you can carry in your arms or basket because they only have 2 shopping carts in the whole store. I usually shop here once per week and spend $100 per week but have been doing my shopping at walmart. Im saving money and at least I dont have to carry my purchases in my arms.

Prices are great. You can find just about anything there. Also they are very organized and clean. The people that work there are very nice and helpful.

Inexpensive store carrying a variety of household items. Merchendise can be difficult to find but the staff is always helpful and can point you to the correct aisle.

Always clean fast cashiers the lines move fast and the people seem friendly

I went there just to see what the had and boy I came out with a whole bunch of stuff from their summer clearance frm garden decorations everything was 90% off I was paying almost nothing for things. I cant wait for spring of 2019 for my new bird houses and garden decor.

When you cant get to Walmart. This is the place to go. Prices are good but not as cheap as Walmart.

Every time I went to their store I was always respect and was help at everything.Its a great store to shop at.

They had really good soy candles for $2 & $3 that smelled AMAZING!

A decently stocked dollar store. Lots of the typical products stocked.The only complaint is a lack of staff to help customers. One person working a register while a line is forming, with the second staff member know where in sight to help run a second register.Even as the main register lady was hollering for help. Looks unprofessional.

Employee are friendly But the store is a mess all the time . nothing in order . boxes in the way of trying to shop .I dont like to shop in Store that are messed up . Maybe they need more employees . Or better help .

I really dont like going in this one particular store. Every time I come to Baltimore to take my mom here this store is always in shambles and congested with boxes in all isles. Then you have this long line with 1 cashier working. While other employees are standing around or either outside of the store.

Again depends on which one you go to mine of choice is Highlandtown Eastern Avenue just opened up a couple months ago good service good selection

I went in this store. On October 26, 2018 and bought a moneypak for $130 and when i went to download it to my prepaid debit card it got intercepted and download to a horse racing game on line. Now i dont know if it was the store or the company but something aint right. Dont purchase any money items from this store!!!
