Very professional atmosphere and customer service. The employees were able to take of my car in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Quick service and all questions were answered in a way that I understood. Will definitely be coming back soon and making this my go to Jiffy Lube service station.

I went in for a simple oil change I thought everything was smooth. When they pulled the car out and turned it off.. somehow the battery was dead. NOTE. I just bought the battery last year and was not experiencing any problems before I took it to this place. I believe they cause a short in it. It’s very easy to do. And then didn’t say it was their fault but just suggested to buy a battery from them. I said no and had them jump start my car. Don’t waste your time with this place

Honest and reliable. Jiffy lube helps to warm you of upcoming problems with your breaks tires, leaks that need to be fixed before a break down. As a woman I think all women need jiffy lube and Tripple A towing for safety. With jiffy checking your oil checking fluids even the pressure in your tires. Personally I cant drive without them. Thank you jiffy lube! Jiffy lube even vacuums your car when you get an oil change. Hey oh to jiffy lube they care.

This facility is phenomenal!!! I wasnt sure if they were open and I guess I looked confused, the tech walked up to my car to ask me what I needed. His customer service was awesome. I explained what was happening as I was on my way to work and my car started giving me problems. They took me right in, told me what was wrong and had me out in less than an hour. I wasnt too late for work. Everyone was nice and courteous they even walk you to your car when you are finish. I will definitely use them again.

I tried to get clarification of a price because one employee told me military discount was 15% whereas a different employee told me military discount was $10. The employee that told me the military discount was 15% proceeded to say that he never said that even though he most certainly did because how else would I have said an arbitrary number like 15%. They came off extremely rude when all I did was ask a question. The manager tried to shoe me away by saying he had a headache from someone else and didnt need one from me as if I was a nuisance. Then another employee made it seem like I didnt have a legitimate complaint. Would not recommend to anyone !!!

Got an a/c condenser put in by the mechanic. Same day, a/c cuts off engine. Mechanic FRANK went ghost on me. Came back for him to look at it, him and the manager said they dont do a/c work

I have been going to this Jiffy lube location since my first car. That was 18 yrs ago. I have no problems. And I always get a smile a prompt service from anyone thats there. I live out in the county by liberty road, but I always go back to this jiffy lube no matter where Ive lived. And I will continue as long as I keep getting the service that I have.

I consistently go to Jiffy Lube/Wilkens Ave for my oil change and have done so for one year. Time after time, the work is always top notch. I was in and out in less than an hour. Greeted upon arrival and the guy explained everything in detail. They usually vacuum and wash the windows as a courtesy but they only vacuumed this time. I would come back again.

There was very little wait time and the associates was very friendly. They found that l need some other wok do that l couldnt get done right then and there but assured me that my car would be ok for the couple of weeks that I needed in order to get the money together. Like how honest they were with me.

I was greeted and walked into the facility. Everyone was courteous and explained everything to me. The facility was clean, welcoming and had ample space.I had been using Valvoline and Pep Boys however theres nothing like Jiffy Lube! Their service is first class.

For the first time using them to get my car brakes done ✔ the shop said about 45 minutes and it was great great price, ps no appointment needed!

I went in for an oil change. It turns out they topped off my brake fluid with something other than brake fluid causing over $1200 worth of damage to my cars brake system.

I used to live locally, I now drive 20 minutes (passing other jiffy lubes), just to get my own changed here.The customer service by Mack is outstanding. They are always quick and efficient.Also, they only recommend things that are truly necessary, which is a HUGE plus!!

Guys and gal did a great job. Didn’t push me to get extra work done coming in with a groupon. Purchased the wrong Groupon but the gentleman worked with me and got a discount on a new cabin filter because mine was horrible. Thank you guys great job !!

Just got an oil change on Friday, today is Wednesday and my car is low on oil and engine starting to make noises. Engine could have went up on me. Had to go buy a 4 quart bottle of oil, and car took the entire bottle to fill up. No leaks and not losing oil. Jiffy lube is a scam and this is not the first time I heard of something like this from them. NEVER AGAIN..
