This is my first time here but I love it!!! The salon is super clean and relaxing. I love how the people are very friendly and professional. Leanna did a great job on my nails. I would definitely recommend to anyone and will indeed come back here for my pedicures!!!

My experience at Polished was great! It is nice and clean and they even provide wine! I had to wait a while for my mani/pedi, but that’s to be expected for a walk-in on a busy Thursday evening. I don’t get mani/pedis often but I can say for sure this was the most thorough one I’ve had. Na was so sweet and did a fantastic job. She was fun to talk to and made me laugh! I will definitely be a returning customer.

Great experience at Polished. Laura gave me a gel manicure and the milk & honey pedicure. She was so attentive to detail and took her time. The facility is great too. Very clean and many colours to choose from. Would definitely recommend this place.

I’ve given this salon 2 chances. Once when they opened, once today. This place is perpetually terrible. Their employees are rude and abusive. They cut your skin and don’t care. They squeeze and slam down your feet when you don’t know what to do (mainly because they just don’t say anything and expect you to read their minds). They severely overcharge, I was charged $85 for a gel pedicure. I honestly don’t think they are very sanitary either. It looked like the tools they used on me were being used all day. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice that until half way through. Do yourself a favor and just don’t even give this place a chance, you’ll regret it.

I just had an incredible experience here for a facial in their spa area! I will definitely come back. The massage room was very comfortable with relaxing music playing. I feel so much better after such a wonderful experience.

I got a underarm, eyebrow, bikini, half leg wax, and a pedi! Saying Miss Kathy did a great job is a bit of a understatement! The place was very clean and the staff were so welcoming! Would rate it a 5 star but its my 1st time getting anything waxed besides my eyebrows and have nothing to compare it to. She was very precise and attentive to what was being done. Will highly recommend. From what I could see of other customers, with other staff, everyone was very happy with whatever they had going on!

This is my third time going and once again my expectations have been exceeded. The place is always very clean, covid compliant (they supply hand sanitizers, masks are required, temp checks on entry), and has a wide selection of colors. Leanna is my favorite and has done a fantastic job each time. She is always able to do exactly what I ask for and my gel manicure stays on for at least 4 weeks!

Wonderful friendly people excellent work and very gentle with nails. Always totally pleased with nails and pedicures. Wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend them.

First time here have been looking for a salon in the city. This place was calming, clean, and staff was great! Kelly did an awesome job just what I was hoping for. Also enjoy that they have Venmo for tips as cash isn’t always handy.

I had a great experience. I got a classic manicure and pedicure while I was here and I felt safe and well taken care of. The spa is also very spacious and Leanna was wonderful. 10/10 would recommend. I also got my brows waxed which was very quick and they look lovely. Totally worth it!

Really great experience! We went in for pedicures, the milk and honey and the paraffin wax ones. Hannal was my tech and she did an awesome job and was efficient yet gentle. Will absolutely be coming back!

This was my first time getting my nails done since the pandemic so cleanliness was a huge factor for me and this place definitely made me feel safe!! Not to mention, my nails turned out exactly how I wanted them- I love this super light pink dip color! I 100% will be returning, the location is perfect as well!

This is my go to place. They are nice and do wonderful work!

I came in when they were very busy. I was perfectly fine with waiting and ended up waiting over an hour. When I was finally given a seat the nail tech was extremely rough with my nails. She rushed through the application process and did not give the full manicure service. My gel nails ended up being very thick. After waiting for so long I did not appreciate to be rushed out of there.

This is the manicure and pedicure I’ve been looking for my whole life. I feel like to get a natural looking acrylic/gel look requires a really skilled nail tech and Leanna is THE BEST. I am the kind of girl who will drive 30 minutes + to get a quality manicure, so the fact that this salon is conveniently down the street is amazing and will also save me so much time. Really impressed, also the interior is beautiful.

Stay away... the worst place. Evil management. Asked for design.. they don’t do ANY. Asked for pedicure with no cuttings.. told NO. Lots of EMPTY SEATS... speaks for itself. You have been warned

The Ladies here are nice and welcoming. They do a great job with shellac Manicure and they are proud of it. Overall it is a beautiful and great place and they do a wonderful job with great service.

Very clean nice facility. I got a regular manicure for $20 the technician was done in about 10 minutes. It was more like a polish change I don’t think it could be considered a manicure! I will not be spending my $ there again - much better places in the area with better prices.

Wonderful location, the staff is incredibly nice and really took their time to do a great job. Tony did such a great job on my nails. It has been a week and they still look flawless! The salon is very clean and they were great about social distancing customers, I highly recommend!!

Why are nail salons always a disappointment? I was so excited to find this salon and Leanna. Unfortunately the past 3 times they double booked my appointment. I just had to walk out and will now need a new salon.

This is a new salon in Baltimore, very elegant and clean. They are organic and natural, so the salon does not have an odor as some nail salons do. The salon is very clean and bright with windows on two sides. Sunny, my nail tech, did an excellent job on my mani pedi and I received 20% off since the salon is new. I will be back!!
