First I will say the pedicure was fine but everything they do in a normal price at other places they charge a extra $5. Girl was doing me her appointment arrives a hour later and she stops doing my nails and tend to her. Poor business practice. So I paid for my feet and left. Not recommending

First I want to say the Hispanic girl that did my nails was a sweetheart . I got my nails done a week ago , next day my rhinestone fell off . I was supposed to get a 3D nail art but the technician failed to check her products before starting my nails . She forgot the products that was to be used for my nails at home . So we went with just the rhinestones and I was scheduled to come back for the nail art . When I came back Sonny (owner) told me I had to pay $25 to get my fixed . I paid extra for coffin and this is what I got ( this is not coffin shape). Sonny needs to work on his customer service and business integrity.

This is THE worst place for a pedicure! I was in and out in 30 minutes. And that includes polish and designs. Any other place I have been has always been at least 45 minutes. The nail tech was digging in my toes excessively! I just had a pedicure 2 weeks prior so I know my feet arent that bad!No offer to dry the polish and even left the toe divider things on my feet! WTH!She was HORRIBLE! never again!

Sonny and Kim are wonderful at applying and filling acrylic nails, and painting with gel. There are always appointment times available and the customer service is awesome! I wouldnt let anyone else touch my nails!

They soaked off and overlaid my nails. They look so natural Im beyond impressed. I would recommend!!

Kim is very meticulous...you leave her throughly satisfied...she takes her time and the results of her doing that shows on your hands and feet...they look so professional. She is the best ✋ down !

It took me approximately 7 appointments before I would be made to wait more than an hour. That being said I continue to go there because the staff is always so attentive never, cheat me out of a good appointment and provide good conversation. I really like coming here because the guests are quiet and dont have unscrupulous conversations for everyone to hear while youre trying to relax.

This used to be my favorite place until today. The girl had my toe and finger bleeding, burnt me with hot water during my pedicure too. Then for basic gel manicure and pedicure I was charged $80. I usually get gel french manicure and pedicure and only paid $75 . When I asked the owner if the prices went up, he gave me a very confusing answer. Next time I will go somewhere else. Im very disappointed with the owners response to a regular customer.

Sonny nails is my favorite nail spot!! I never stuck to any certain nail salon until I went to Sonny at Sonny Nails. He really takes his time and gets every nail smooth and perfectly shaped, ever single time. He is by far my favorite nail tech there, but all of the girls give good pedicures. Ive never had anything to complain about during any of my visits there.

Nice clean nail salon. Treated with professional care. Feet and hands felt so much better after spa session.

My wife loves it never no complaints and I get pedicures everytime were ready to go on vacation and be in and out highly satisfied.

Great pedicure

There not bad tbh but my daughter got her nails done and the guy said she couldnt get them as long as she wanted and they wasnt that long they was only like 2 or 3 inches and they glued her nails to her skin and not her nail. Never going here again.

They went up on the prices and its not worth it for the nail part but they do give the best pedi.....I would recommend the pedi go somewhere else for your nails

I went to get my nails done for my vacation. I wanted claws and thats what I received. Clean establishment. They have a TV for the wait. I will return.

Customer service was horrific. When my friend and I arrived, we were asked what kind of service we wanted then we were told to have a seat and wait. At that point there were 3 clients ahead of us(the wait didnt seem too long at that point). While waiting, we noticed a few people come in and get serviced ( before us)😒 no one said anything. There were 3 techs in the entire shop, one was doing pedicures and one was in the front, another tech stayed in the back area until someone asked for her specifically. Our turn finally arrived and we were told that we had to wait longer due to a regular clients need😡. No one mentioned to us that wed have a longer wait time for a random Walk- in that had been there before... The shop itself was dirty. Very unkept, outdated, with unprofessional service... Please keep in mind that your experience may not be the same as mine was when I visited, but If you prefer quality, go elsewhere.

They dont care much about new customers. They will take their favorite customers ahead of you even if you have waited long before their favorites arrive. The old lady and old man in the front are not friendly.

They charge way to much does not make no sense i use to come here a lot i will never go to them again the wait was tooooo long then when it was my turn i ask for a nails to b done wit no tips all she did was paint my nails n charge me $15 i could of dod that myself jst my regual nails smdh thats not all after i paid the $15 a different lady took me in the bac n the my brows n lashs she charge me $33 smh so all together i paid $48 i should of got fake nails for all that smh n my toes .Done like if i gp to a different spot it would of been 50 for nails brows lashes n toes .I am very disappoint wit sonny they always trying to get over on ppl like we r dumb

Both times i went i waited 2+ hrs to be serviced... they are slow and the receptionist hung up on me when i called complaining about them taking other customers b4 me that came in after me

Not very clean. But what was even worse was that the guy at the front desk told me one price at the beginning and when I paid the rude woman that now was at the front desk charged me 5 dollars more. I complained and explained but she just said that he didnt know the prices. I ended paying much more than expected. Will never go back

Horrible horrible horrible. Wanted mani and pedi, started with pedicure. Sat next to another woman, already getting her feet and I get done before her. The woman doing my pedi comments on the callus on my feet but doesnt bother to scrub off like she suppose to. I honestly couldve did a better job painting my own nails. I was soo disappointed I didnt even get my full set. Ill go to my normal shop for now on.

I usually come here to get my nails done, but not anymore. The last time I was there I was getting my nails done by one of the nail technitians, her name tag read Khang. She kept cuttin the sides of my skin with the nail filer. I told her to stop it hurt bad and was bleeding! She replied oh the skin on your fingers are too thin. I let her know that the other nail salons I go to dont cut my skin! The she said well maybe you should go there next time She is the rudest staff member there. Ive never had a problem with any other worker there but HER. Its too bad they are not too far from my house, but the rudenesd of this lady has made them lose a customer!
