Great service, took me as a walk in and gave me exactly what I wanted. Pricing was great, gel mani&pedi with color French tip and crystals for 80$. Tech took her time and made sure I was happy with the final. Pedicure was luxury for the basic, will be back soonUpdate: been back twice now still great service and another great set!! They do prefer appointments though

I gave the nail tech a cash tip and then she rung me up so I didnt tip in my credit card because I already tipped her cash so she runs to the owner about me not tipping on the receipt, trying to double dip

Ive been looking for a good place to get my acrylics done and I FINALLY did!!! I went to Nail Expo for the first time today and I am so happy with the outcome. They look so natural and thin, very well done.

I have been a customer for more than a year.My eyebrows are ALWAYS perfect!I receive a lot of compliments on my nails.The owner definitely employees the best nail techs.I travel 30 minutes to this location because they are consistent with providing excellent customer service, nails and eyebrows.I suggest making an appointment because they are busy.

What can I say about this business? I personally think it is the best nail salon in the city.The nail artist is quick and her work is flawless. I think shes at her best when you tell her to make up a design! The pedicure is relaxing and detailed. You will leave feeling like royalty!

By far the best nail salon I have been to in Baltimore. My daughter and i love our nails, and the pedicure was amazing. The owner and the employees, are very friendly, and gentle. I was skeptical about trying a new salon, but this one is for sure mine and my daughters new favorite. Plus the prices are better than alot of other places in town.

My first experience here was nice! I used to come here about 8 years ago before they changed management and Im so glad to be back. I arrived at 6 they close at 7 and although we didnt finish until 8 my nail tech took her time and did a great job, they didnt rush or anything. i wished I could have tipped her more!

Service is good, just don’t like anyone else doing my nails other than the owner. she’s very good and does great coffin style nails and rarely makes any mistakes. just wish the other workers did the same but her other workers just aren’t as good, one of them messed my nail shape multiple times and the painting. i’d much rather stick with the owner than the others, since she also tries to keep a conversation going while doing nails but her other workers don’t even greet you. 😬.

Every since new management took over. Its been horrible. I go there when I come in to town. Never again yesterday was the last straw. I will spend my money else where. They are very rude, disrespectful, and have poor customer service. They come across slightly racist. NEVER AGAIN... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. GHETTO SMH do better smh
