I had Andy do my nails. He was wonderful! He gave me the best pedicure and a incredible dip manicure with designs. I showed him a picture of something I wanted to try off Instagram and he matched it perfectly! The salon was very clean and beautiful. The staff was kind and attentive. I’d recommend to anyone looking for great service and attention to detail with a welcoming atmosphere!!

Gel mani and regular pedi. End of appointment I noticed gel was dull and a crack was forming. I asked and they said it was just the lotion they used but it would be fine. Over next few days gel cracking more and more. Gel was still dull. I never had this happen before. I always get this color so it wasn’t that. Went to ask them to fix it and they said they would only fix a couple nails because it was my “fault” it looked cracked and dull. They said it was because I used my nails incorrectly and must have put lotion on them (which I never did). They then asked why I didn’t come back earlier (this was friday after the manicure was done weekend before). I had called earlier in the week and said I couldn’t come until later because I work long hours. The man working there (I think the owner) was incredibly rude to me. I told him he was treating me poorly as a customer who spent a hundred dollars on mani/pedi by repeatedly telling me it was my “fault” for the poor quality. I went to get polish removed elsewhere and it wouldn’t come off despite soaking for 30 min.I will never return. When I told my friends about this they said they never go here because the gel polish won’t come off and destroyed their nails. Wish I had known.

I visited this nail salon over this past weekend looking for silk wrap nails. I saw they had the service listed on their website, so I decided to check them out. Turns out they do not do silk wrap nails. The manager went to check with the nail techs to see if someone was available for the service I originally stopped in for, and I was told they “couldn’t do it today”. No big deal since I was a walk in. I decided to get a gel manicure with designs. Andy did a great job! He took his time and the design he painted was perfect. Exactly like the photo I showed him. If you have been to a few nail salons, then you know how they typically operate. Inspire is not much different, but they are very clean, have upgraded technology, lots of color options, and from what I can tell so far (just observing while I was there) everyone can perform the service you want. I plan to go back to Andy and have him do my birthday nails later this month. This may be my go-to place from now on.

I went in to get a full set. The nail tech Crystal was very rough taking my previous set off. Then she applied a primer that started to burn one of my nails. After that she started to apply the acrylic and I had to tell her to put a tip on one of my nails because the nail bed was torn. After she finished one of my hands I had to point out to her the the nails were not the same length , she then proceeded to blame my nail beds not being even as the reason that my nails were not even. The final result that I received is so bad that I do not think that I will be going back unless Andy is there. All of my nails are different shapes and still uneven. Not worth it.

Danny did an excellent job on my dip powder manicure! Would definitely go back. The salon is clean and everyone is very friendly.

They were very forceful. As if i was wasting their time. I dont mind paying for quality work. Just do quality work. I feel like they want a certain client base there, so they dont care how they treat some people. They just prob hope they dont come back. Overall, the place is beautiful. They need to work on their customer service and not judge people based on skin color

I went to get a full set of acrylic nails and a pedicure with gel polish! I was seen immediately even though I didn’t have an appointment. The salon was clean and adhered to social distancing regulations. I was surprised with how much attention my nail tech gave my feet and legs during the pedicure! The massage he gave my legs and feet was perfect and the steamy towels felt amazing! He also pointed out how light the shade of polish I picked out was, did a test swipe on my toe, and let me pick a new one to make sure I was satisfied. I had a different nail tech when I got my manicure and she was amazing! So sweet and gentle, and gave me exactly the style I asked for! She checked in with me periodically to make sure that I was still happy with everything and she was very meticulous to make sure each nail was perfectly even. I mean it - this was the most positive experience I’ve ever had at a salon and I will definitely be back!!

If I could give less than one star I would. I been going here for weeks and never had any issues. Shows the little respect they have for loyal customers. The techs are always professional and great at their job. I made an appointment for 8/19 and got a mani/pedi like I always do. My tech was Joe this day and from the start I could already tell it was going to be a bad experience he was throwing my hands and feet around while doing my mani/pedi he kept sucking his teeth whenever HE messed up and had to correct the polish. When I left my mani and pedi was intact. The next morning I woke up and all my fingernails were cracked. I called to make an appointment to fix my nails and they told me that I had to have done something to them and thats why they are cracked and they could only fix the cracked ones which was literally every single nail. When I told then it was all of them he said he could not re-do the whole manicure even after i showed him each crack. I said i just wanted to re-do the polish when he proceeded to say he wouldnt fix it for me if it was all of them. I told him it was probably the color and he proceeded to say no. I will never give them my service again, mind you this was a $100 job...i work hard for my money as Im sure they do as well. I will never waste another penny on this business and you shouldn’t either

This has been the worst experience at a nail salon! I went in for a gel set and when I walked in I did not feel welcomed. Jade was my nail tech and had little remorse when taking off my old set and was very rough with the overall care of my nails. To address my nail beds, she used a spinning tool close to my skin which caused me great pain. I told her it was hurting and she continued to use the machine to work on my nail bed. After a few seconds, I noticed my fingers started to bleed. There was no safety aspect when I showed her the blood and continued to use tools and objects to work on my nail. Ironically the last time I went there, I got ringworm from a pedicure. I thought giving them a second chance wouldn’t hurt, but it literally made me bleed. I told the manager KIM and he offered a $15 credit to come back. I DO NOT recommend going to this nail salon, especially if you’re Black. I did not feel cared for from the minute I walked in. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!! $80 wasted.

Horrible job doing an acrylic refill. Ken was very rough buffing my nails and would grab my hands without any care. kept answering calls every 5 minutes, without the slightest “excuse me” or “sorry i have to take this”. couldn’t even shape my nails properly but still decided to charge me for “coffin”.

It’s been about 1.5 weeks and my mani and pedi still look great.They are WONDERFUL. Plus they give you a drink of choice (I had the mimosa and it was a very nice touch).Clean bathroom. Clean space. Good vibes and great service.

Calvin did a great job on my gel pedicure. I got seen fairly quickly after walking in without an appointment. However, getting a sea breeze exfoliation with a gel pedicure was $60 which is much more expensive than Im used to getting for the same service with gel in the county. I was a little shocked at the final price. Again, he did a great job and they have an excellent range of colors to choose from for gel. Too pricey for me to go regularly with gel.

I do not recommend spending your money here. I had a 6:30 appointment and was not seated until close to 7:15. I was seated for my pedicure at a chair that had dirty cups from the previous group but since they were rushing to get me seated no one cleaned up. When I got my gel manicure, they were so rough cleaning my cuticles I had to ask them to be more gentle because 3 of my fingers were bleeding at this point. Halfway through the manicure they switched people and I finally was done at 8:30. Three days later every nail on my right hand had chipped as if I didn’t have a fresh manicure. This place is not worth it, not for what they charge.

On May 29, 2021 I walked into Inspire Nails looking for a fill in appointment as I had come to the salon before and had a great service. I tried to be understanding as it was a Saturday afternoon and I was a walk-in. The staff saw me standing there but no one acknowledged me for several minutes. Finally I had to go past the partition just for someone to even ask me what service I needed. I was told they werent open until 4pm and then he rushed off before I could even make an appointment.After finally getting him to answer my follow up questions I was told hed make the appointments for Noon on Memorial day. I arrive today to be told no appointment was made and furthermore theres a 45 minute wait. The manager had a take it or leave it attitude, didnt acknowledge their rude treatment the day before, and provided horrible customer service all around.Mind you in both occasions the staff bent over backwards for the Caucasian patrons. Smiling, were attentive, and even apologetic as they kept interrupting me to service them. When it came to me they were dismissuve had no care or bedside manner and were flat out rude.Even though the spa is well maintained I will NEVER suggest anyone frequent them (especially Black Women) and I will not be back. Overall horrible experience not one but two days in a row. Unacceptable.

They were very kind! and Andy worked very quickly! My nails were done in less than 2 hours :) It is a bit pricey for acrylics with design ($85) but I think it was worth it.

I am not from Baltimore, but it if I was, I would be here regularly. It was extremely clean, modern, and my pedicure station was sterile and set up before I sat down. My Nail Technician was very professional, and gave me one of the best pedicures I have ever had. Nails cut, cuticles trimmed, calluses removed, salt rub, and lotion applied...the boss even came by with a glass of wine and checked the techs work. The $40.00 was worth it the price.

I have come to Inspire ever since COVID started because I was looking for a clean salon. Inspire goes above and beyond to maintain cleanliness and make sure each client feels safe. Today I worked with Katryna and she did an amazing job at my Christmas nails! She was very polite and gave a great pedicure and dip manicure.

Second visit here for a gel pedicure, today Jade was my artist and she was friendly and did a great job on my nails! Last pedicure lasted weeks and looked perfect! Glossy to the end! Highly recommend this place :)

It was very relaxing, they provide you drinks and many color options. The people are also very kind. The wait was long (it was busy). Although they are a little harsh. But my feet look nice and I loved the warm towel and massage (it cost $34 for a warm towel, massage, and paint) so overall good experience. And they’re COVID safe 😁

I recently took my 3 adult daughters for a Mani/Pedi together for part of my birthday celebration and we had a 5-star experience. Not only is Inspire a beautiful establishment with excellent service but a week later my daughters are still telling me how happy they are with their nails. Me too!

On two different times I had an appointment. The first time I waited 20 minutes before they took me back and another 20 minutes with my feet in the water, it was cold before someone came to do my pedicure. The next time I had an appointment I waited one half hour and the manager kept telling me just a few more minutes.In the meantime they were taking walk ins. I left and I will not go back.I had been going there ever since they opened and I don’t know what happened.They don’t know how to schedule.

Well the place in general is very nice location is nice too. But service and talent there is very much mediocre. I went to get a full set on my birthday & when i got there i was greeted at the door by the manager I’m guessing. Anyway he was doing my set at first & then another guy came over to finish which they didn’t communicate to me they just switched. i wasn’t impressed with my nails, i could’ve went to my regular place which is way better. But i was trying something new anyway it was ok nothing special.

This is a beautiful salon and the owner is quite friendly. I had Andrew as my tech and while I found him just a bit on the slow side he did a wonderful job on my dip powder. I have to deduct a star for the pedicure because it has visible brush strokes on some nails and a bit of polish on skin. Would still give it a B+ but for the price expect really clean work. I’d add half a star back if I could because they have an unparalleled selection of dip colors and they’re organized so that for a large selection you can automatically get the coordinating toe polish. High marks for that. All in all a really pleasant vibe with champagne or tea flowing depending on your schedule. Would recommend and suggest you make an appointment as they were slammed and turning ppl away on the Friday.

Please do not come to this place. This is the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. Location is great. One of the male nail tech who did my nails today did horrible. He was very rude. I picked a color and told me they dont have it but the lady said they do. He was pressing my nails very hard, had to repeat the process over and over again, yanked my fingers, and was just rude over all. I told him to fix my nails and just continued to rush the process.

I’ve been here before and had great service; but today’s experience made it uncomfortable to go back.I arrived for my appointment and was seated immediately. I expected to receive service before my 3p meeting. I was left to soak for 25 min before I asked for a towel to dry off and leave. The manager and tech tried to justify the wait, saying that they had to service their walk-in customers first, which negates the purpose of appointments. They then tried to pressure me to stay and accept a service that I didnt want. I had to assert that I just wanted a towel so I can dry my feet and leave. I finally got a towel and they both just stood over me before the manager walked away. Extremely uncomfortable situation.

I don’t even want to write this review because I’m afraid everyone will want to go....Exceptionally clean facility, nail techs went above and beyond. Best mani/pedi. Most PERFECT gel mani I’ve ever had. Extra massage. Super chic inside.New favorite nail salon! ALL the colors.

My experience with Inspire is during the pandemic and the salon was very clean, modern, and spacious with a relaxing atmosphere. They do have a bar to provide free drinks during services rendered but are not incorporating this feature during the pandemic. Lee has done a phenomenal job with my manicures & pedicures. They are experienced and up-to-date in manicure styles. Lee took the time to listen and understand what I wanted to ensure that I had a great experience. If you value quality/experience/atmosphere over price then this is the place to go to.

I have always gone to a salon that had great cleaning practices but now its super important so rather than going to some place like Slap & Paint ( making that up), I chose an area that I know is more expensive & able to provide the clean environment because customers pay more. I got a pedicure from Kelly which felt great & looks great. In fact a friend was in town staying at a hotel for the weekend & through my suggestion, went to her that same day for a mani-pedi. Dont think twice. Just go! I will say the parking requires you go onto an app but its really inexpensive.

Pedicures were good. However, stayed here over 4 hours for mediocre nails. The man doing my nails ran the front desk too I suppose and was leaving every 2 seconds to do something else. After first misunderstanding what I wanted he took foreverrr to do the shape and length of my nails and they weren’t even. Charged extra for a design that was just ok executed. Overall if you’re doing acrylics go somewhere else !!! Service was not it.

Andy is my go to guy! He never fails me and always takes his time while doing my nails. He listens to my wants and makes suggestions when I can’t choose a color or shape! The location is beautiful and clean. Great place to get your nails looking luxurious!

My experience here was AWESOME. Beautiful, clean space and every single person on the staff was accommodating and friendly. I was serviced by a sweet young lady by the name of Bella. Bella greeted me and continued to provide stellar service as she gave me a much needed pedi and gel mani, in addition I added the quick facial. It was my first facial, and Bella definitely made me feel like a superstar. I forgot to mention, I called at 3:30pm to make a same day 5pm appointment (no problem). I can only say I will certainly be returning and trying out their other services as well. P.S. I was offered beverages when I was seated.

The employee who did my nails and my toes wasn’t professional and he have an attitude, i used yo love the place and I love the service and the staff, but yesterday I really hate the service and the results. He was a man but I don’t know his name.

Tiffany always does a fantastic, meticulous job on my nails! And my nails are so healthy! I don’t love a drill on my natural nail, and she is always happy to take her time with the file instead. I would highly recommend Tiffany and Inspire Nail Bar!!!

I was excited to go to this salon to celebrate my 1st Mothers day. Boy was I disappointed!! First,the workmanship was absolutely horrible !! I decided to upgrade to a full set instead of a basic manicure and that was a big mistake. The tech Mina had to be told several times to.correct lumpy nails and had the audacity to become upset when I broight it to her attention. The last straw was she had the nerve to blame me because I wanted long nails and charged me wait for it....$75 !!! The manager was terrible as well. Do yourself a favor and skip this place !!!!

Second time coming here and have nothing but great things to say. Very clean and professional. My nail tech made sure I was happy with my nails. They offer a selection of drinks and several color choices for pedis! Will be returning🤗

I only come her for Sonny. At first I was hesitant, because I do not like trying new nail techs without knowing their quality of work but once Sonny started working on my nails, I knew that he would give me exactly what I asked for. Good conversation and he also showed me his portfolio. I can’t wait to try out all the different designs and styles with him!

Unfortunately there were a few different groups with reservations that had to wait ~1 hour for service and there was little to no communication about this, even though we all had appointments. Ended up with my nails soaking for 40+ minutes and had to take my previous nails off myself.

Jade is amazing. The best nail technician hands down. Always over exceeding my expectations! As picky as I am, this says a lot!! Thank you Inspire Nails and most importantly, thank you for enforcing a strict COVID-19 policy.

I first came here for a dip french manicure and regular pedicure (w Jade) for my friends wedding. The nails were spectacular and they lasted 3 weeks without a single chip. I had to take them off only because they were too grown out. Since then, Ive come twice more.The place has a modern look with dazzling bright lights. Everything is always sparkling clean and they have excellent COVID precautions. All tools for manicure/pedicure are single-use and come in individually packaged bags that are open in front of the customer.I love this place! Its now my go-to nail salon.

Love this nail bar. Super friendly staff and probably the cleanest nail salon I’ve ever been in. Very COVID safe - plexiglass at eat station between the client and the techs, spaced out seating. Nice that they always offer champagne and wine too!

I wouldn’t ask for Calvin. He was very impatient and (honestly) aggressive. He didn’t take the time to understand what I was asking for. He was forcing a nail color I didn’t want. He also grabbed my hand very tightly when I told him I didn’t like how he was filing my nails (rightfully, it was ok for me to tell him that especially I wanted to walk out of there with my nails done how I wanted them done as a paying customer).

Sonny gave me a awesome service! A manicure and pedicure with care! If your staying at the hilton homewood suites its about a 6min walk..ask for sonny ,he will treat you like a queen...

Stopped in this morning for a gel fix on one nail for a manicure I got last Thursday that just peeled off. The price for one fix was $5 which seemed a little higher than normal but Andy did a nice job. $10 card minimum but accept Venmo which was fine.

Tiffany is a amazing. My nails are healthy, long, and strong because of her. She is very precise and detail oriented. I would recommend her.

This is the best best best nail salon in Baltimore. Kimmie does incredible nails, they are perfect EVERY time. She was able to spot that I was a runner and relieved pressure in my big toe (and explained how she did it!).Kimmie has also been rehabilitating my nails and they are growing super healthy and look great. Can’t speak enough about how much I recommend her & Inspire.The salon itself is absolutely gorgeous, SUPER clean, spotless and shiny and they have tons of colors to choose from. Like, tons.I have to have neutral nails for nursing school and they have endless neutrals to choose from. Kimmie can even do Ombré Gel nails in neutral colors 🙂 so my nails are still fun even when neutral.

I love this place! My nail tech Kimmie works here now and she is amazing. She is so nice and personable and always does a perfect job with gels, dips, eyebrows. Such an eye for small details and great taste. She is such a hard worker! The new salon is so nice (the nicest in Baltimore!!!) with complimentary amazing mimosas and high quality supplies. It is super clean too! Im so happy that this is my new nail salon! You wont regret coming here it is the best in Canton/Fells!

Inspire Nail Bar is my new go-to nail salon. It is sparkling clean and stunning on the inside! Upon walking-in, I was immediately offered a glass of wine and seated with a nail technician (Bella). Bella did an amazing job on my gel manicure, and they have held up better than any other salon I have been too. I highly recommend Inspire!

I’ve always been loyal to inspire but i’m very impressed with all of the precautions they have been taking with COVID. They take your temp at the door, ensure every customer washes their hands after entering, and they have plexiglass up everywhere, so there’s really no face-to-face contact at all (this in addition to everyone wearing masks). So nice to feel comfortable and be able to give my nails the love they have been desperately needing during this pandemic!

Made an appointment with Tiffany, but she was running a bit behind on another client when I arrived, so they offered to have Kelly take care of me. Kelly was amazing! She was gentle and thorough and did a beautiful stripe design for me when I requested an accent nail. Had a great mani/pedi. She asked whether I wanted my brows done, too (they could def use some cleaning up, so I said sure) and honestly, she made me look amazing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Tom did an excellent job with the manicure and pedicure. The ambience was very relaxing. Very professional staff. Champagne and cold drinks are complimentary

It last only for one week and i came for removal today with Caythe she wasn’t professional and she didn’t remove all the polishwhen I told the manger that I’m not satisfied with the service he didn’t even try to solve the issueI’ll never come to this place again
