I have visited a lot of your stores this week I must say your staff are amazing the lady in downtown Baltimore was so great to my dad he has trouble hearing and he can’t really see and I was parking the car she was so patient and she filled out his paper work and never complained she had him take a seat while she conducted his business kudos to her thank you Mrs k for a amazing visit you have a customers for life

Yes I understand there can be rude people that come into an establishment but every isnt like that. The majority of the individuals that Ace hires feels like they have to be stern, sterile, and down right nasty and rude and you shouldnt let others harden you.

The lady that was waiting on me seamed uneventful and not in gauged on helping me solve my issues,instead of showing unprofessionalism and doing anything she could to brush me off instead of helping me,I wish you the management would make better decisions on hiring more quality workers instead of people who are there to just pick up a pay check and try to look cute witch she definitely wasnt, I give her two thumbs down and four thumbs down if I had four hands.....

It’s about how one is treated. The lady at the front desk was willing to go above and beyond to help me get this transaction completed. She was working by herself, had 7 people behind me, and managed to get to me and address everyone else In line, and while she was on hold with collections trying to get my debt paid, off so I could cash my check and get home to Denver. Lovely woman, give her a raise, she doesn’t need another helper. She’s golden!

I went to this location to pay bills for my elderly grandmother. The lady at the counter told me her name was Lady. She was very professional and pleasant. I will return to this location again.

I had some troubles cashing my check I went to 3 ace check cashing... the first 2 couldnt cash my check and they wouldnt tell me why. I didnt give up so I tried the one downtown and Ms Lady was so helpful, and she actually took the time to explain to me why I was having trouble cashing my check at other stores. I just had to leave a review because I was stressing out about cashing my check Thank you Lady I wish I could give you 99 stars

I always use the ACE Cash Express on Baltimore St. In Baltimore, MD and the employees there is always very respectful and pleasant to deal with. I always get what i need done and it doesnt take all day like some other locations.

I ripped my money oreder by mistake and had no idea of what to do! I called the closest ACE and the lady on the phone stated it all depended on how I had ripped it. I literally held my breath until I pulled up. I went to Ms. Terri and all she did was look at it, taped it and took care of the reprocessing. I promise you I thought I was out $500 bucks and was on the verge of tears but she helped me out in a way that I dont think she realizes! Ms. Terri you are AMAZING and I cannot thank you enough!!!!Xoxo!!

Ms. Terri (Baltimore Street Location) and the other young lady are always extremely professional and courteous.

ALWAYS understaffed no matter what time of day it is, even of its tax season and the 1st is 2 days away, always expect to spend AT LEAST 30 minutes at this location JUST WAITING IN LINE!!! Especially due to POOR customer service and SLOW customer service. they always have the same old lady BY HERSELF who moves at the pace of a snail !!!

If you have a personal business check the business phone number can not be a cell phone. They say they cash difficult checks but dont give any indication of what qualifies as difficult. If I would have known this prior to trying to cash this check, I wouldnt of bothered. Ace wasted my time by not providing details on the Website.

HORRIBLE...wanted to charge me $7 to cash a $30 money order AND wanted my SS # no thanks....to sketch. Lady was rude as you know what...just get a bank account
