Arrived at 1230 for a 1300 appointment, I was in a door by 1255. Loaded with paperwork by 1630. I appreciate you this shipper having overnight parking; ESPECIALLY in a busy congested area like Baltimore. It makes my day SO much easier and less stressful. There is a restroom (a tad bit dirty), vending machines and he staff is incredibly kind. I would be willing to return to MTC.Also, they have WiFi. So that’s a plus.

My company with has stored at MTC for over a decade. Ernie Ferguson the VP of Operations is one of the best warehouse operations people Ive worked with. He runs a tight operation and woks tirelessly to ensure excellent customer service.

I have been here for almost 24 hours waiting to get loaded, when i was loaded and was told to go get my bills i was told my order was incorrect and had to return to the dock. please don’t come here if you don’t have too. if you do come here don’t plan for the next load til your out of here

Gentleman at the front desk was super friendly amazing service. They were a little behind but I needed a 10 hour anyways. A few overnight parking spaces. They call you once your bills are ready and the shipping and receiving door is located by dock 19.

I personally had a great experience here. The Receiver was very professional and very personable. There is nothing to complain about. I got a door right after checking in. Very easy to maneuver. The lot was very clean. They have designated pet and smoking areas. You CAN park overnight. They even have guest wifi for drivers if they need it. Vending machines and facilities for drivers also. This place is great for picking up and delivering. They get me in and out and the service is good. Every once in a while theyre short staffed but outside of that they allowed me to stay for hours for free even after I got loaded so I could get some sleep. The staff are a lot friendlier than most places too.

They have ovnp will put you in a door at appt time but bring lunch in the dock for over 4 hrs load is off but waiting on paperwork can be awhile

Nothing happens quickly here. Its the nature of the product to a certain extent but on more than one occasion Ive arrived early for my appointment and will still be sitting for hours for a door. Ive been there 6+ hours multiple times and 9+ twice. Things have improved recently, staffing changes maybe? But the staff is friendly and easy to deal with. Indoor bathroom and vending is a bonus.

Really convenient to I95. If youre coming from the south, its best to go through the tunnel and pay the toll. Its the very next exit. They have some overnight parking.

Super nice ppl working here. Came 22:00. My appointment 10:00 am next day. Got door at 1:00 am loaded at 3:40 am.They let me in and stay overnight.Quiet and big enough to back in without any problems.

Slow is an understatement. Regular, recurring and planned/confirmed appointments and yet we are left to wait HOURS for a relatively small pre-planned orders to be loaded on our trucks. Week after week. Zero accountability in disregarding appointment times and no concern for a carriers other obligations.Novel idea, why not get the pre-planned orders together BEFORE the appointment time? Wow, that might help...This place is desperately in need of new leadership.Avoid at all costs if you can.If you cant, bring snacks and drinks, you are going to be there for what feels like forever. For no reason.

This is another place that is struggling with getting drivers in and out in a timely manner. Simply put, arrived at 6:30am on 9/21/2020 for a 10:00am appointment and was assigned a door at 10:30am. Receptionist was super friendly, but that’s where the story goes south. It is 7:00pm and trailer still has not been loaded. Loading process hasn’t even begun. Delivery appointments are blown now, but the excuses for delays are readily available. I’ve been told that the dock workers have went to lunch, they’ve called out of work and are short-staffed. At this point, I’ve been here for 12.5 hours and counting. I will likely be spending the night here tonight. This is another place to AVOID COMING TO AT ALL COST.

I am only giving 2 stars because of access to parking. Other than that, this is a totally BS customer. I have seen reviews by other drivers and the response of the company rep. Sadly, the same issues pointed out by many drivers seem to keep happening, which means there is no hope that our reviews would change anything except awareness by other drivers. At least people would know what to expect.As I type this comment, it has been 2 hours 40 minutes since they put me in a door. They havent started loading me. God knows how long it is gonna be. Lady at shipping says they r picking up the products...

If you could get service like you do here life would be a lot easier as a truck driver I checked in and I was leaving within the hour very satisfied unlock some places the lady stays in the office when you get loaded or unloaded you do not have to wait for 30 minutes for somebody to come back to their desk that lady does not leave her desk again very satisfied

I am due to pick up a load out of here, in 2 days. If they depend on containers from over seas, to load trucks, then they should be prepared to cut product from a load, and not hold up a driver. I will be picking up for Aldis, going to Springfield,Ohio.I will give them 3hrs, after that they can remove whatever product they did load and I will leave. I dont play around with these whse, theyre too many places to get a load from, that we dont have to put up with this. I will give an update, on the day of p/u.

I have been here a time or 3 or 4. Never been this bad. Arrived 9/10 at 1700 for a 2300 load time. This load is due in Florence SC 9/11 at 1130. Its now 0330 and I still havent been touched. Absolutely horrible service today.

The place is ok quick unloading well for Me that day there werent that many trucks there that day also over there you back in with the trailer door shut.

The slowest place ever. Appt at 23:00. Got here and in a door by 22:10. It’s 02:15 am and have not even started loading me. Will have no hours left to drive and will be late to deliver. Why make appointment times if you can’t keep them?

Decent company

Giving a second star because of the friendliness of the employees, otherwise would only be one. They do have overnight parking, not a bunch, but a decent number of spots. Backing into doors a little tight, but been to much worse. Loading time, some of the worst I’ve experienced. Arrived early, 5:40pm, appt. time 11pm, finally in a door at 4am next morning, loading finally started at 8:30am and out the gate by 9:10am. Watched many trucks come in after me and leave before me, even after already in a door. Make sure you bring some food with you, bathroom available.

Overnight parking, decent folks. This is a crossdock for ocean containers so your load time can be delayed if a can doesnt make it on time.

They will let you to check in early but you have to wait till your appointment. Overnight parking is great option for that area. The only thing I didn’t like.... women are not polite in the shipping/receiving office

I ran into snow storn and lost engine brake through mountains and had to slow down and was 3 hours late and they had me unloaded in one hour,and very nice people

Came in at 2am and checked in for 8am appt, got a door 5h after my appointment time ( after going in 4 times and arguing with them) . Its been and hour now since they started unloading and I havent felt them going into the trailer for a 40 minutes now... people are rude and trashy af. I wish I could give them 2 stars for overnight parking but they are so terrible that 1 star is too much . Dont waste your time coming here!

Horrible understaffed overbooked

Loading was okay. But hear me out, this lady at the receiving desk named Jenn had nasty attitude, I walk in and saying GOOD MORNING and she had the audacity to throw the clipboard to me and saying ‘SIGN THERE’ not even a please or whatever. The only reason I’m giving even a three star review is because of this other lady name BRITTNAY-she was way to nice and professional and respectful.

My appointment was for 2230. I arrived at 2155. I was supposed to be picking up 7 pallets weighing 18,600 pounds. I parked off to the side like I was told to. Then I went to check in. The woman behind the glass was rude in my opinion. She acted like she was doing me a favor to talk to me. That however didnt stop her from chatting it up with the other female that was in there. Apparently their personal conversations are more important than the job theyre supposed to be doing. After that, it was pretty much hurry up and wait. I got a phone call close to midnight telling me to back in door 22. My next phone call was just after 0600, telling me to come in and get my paperwork. Once again, the person behind the glass was very rude. They took over 8 hours to load 7 pallets! I wont be returning here anytime soon! 😡😡🤬🤬

This has to be the worst place to pick up at i have.no idea how they stay in business other drivers at my company refuse loads picking up here been here over 6 hrs ran out of hrs lady says cant park here but reading responses from management here blaming it on covid seems like to me they take breaks come outside to be smoking every 15 minutes i know people could care less about us drivers but this country stops without us plz dont just respond that its covid fix it

Checked in at 11:30, and its now 2:45. Went and checked to see whats going on and all I could see was people sitting around chit chatting in the office. Avoid this place by all means.

If we keep coming to company like this we aren’t going to survive at all with all the new laws & ELD , they actually take 10-12 hrs to load/ unload & charge u late fee if u late then they don’t care when u arrive at window take there time to serve u. Please it’s a humble request to drivers avoid avoid & don’t look at gud review it’s might be paid.

Now he is waiting 12 hours and still didnt get a door while reefer is keep running at -10F to keep reefer preecooled. Freaking jerks...

Missed 330am apt.no confirmation number. Waited until dispatch and broker come in. Finally got correct number. They told me Im a work in and they will call. I check back around 1415.then they give me a door. $320 for lumper. $228 for overtime fee aka late fee. Also @ pu lumper was $319. Depart 1700. 1st and last time here.

A disaster. My appointment was at 10 am, they give me a door at 12 and started to load the truck at 4pm, I finally leave the place at 5:30pm. 7 hours waiting !!!

Slow at giving a door most of the time and very slow loading. Lady at desk makes you stand in front of her for about 5 minutes before aknowledging you, while she talks to coworkers about anything other then work.

Terrible place to load took all day to get loaded appt@0500 got to a door @830 didnt get a red light til 1230pm didnt get green til 4pm I will give a star for having available overnight parking

Must have a 5 digit entry number, Q12345 which is also a Pick Up number or PO. Number.Must show CDL when leaving to get bills, they copy info into a computer base.They had no idea what a TWIC was and would not accept it as an ID.The CDL is part of there protocol I was told....all though...they handed me the seal and told me to seal trailer...no supervision..and bills had no trailer number on it. Some security protocol, how did they know I even put seal on trailer !

Got here early. Sat in dock over an hour before even locked in. Took another hour to load 8 pallets. Turned green over an hour ago and still waiting on paperwork. ONLY 3 trucks back here on freezer side. 1st and hopefully last time here.
