Worst company ever, I receieved an email stating my package was delivered. I live on the 3rd floor in an apartment building. I immediately checked my door, package not the, I checked all 12 units in ny buiding, nothing. I checked the lobby door, package wasnt there either. I dont believe it was ever delivered, LaserShip should be investigated ASAP

If I could give 0 stars, I would!!LaserShip is by far the WORST carrier service!! If I order online and the carrier is LaserShip I will NOT place an order. I think the delivery personnel are lazy and dont even attempt to try to get into my apartment complex. There have been times where all they had to do was request to be buzzed in by the leasing office and that was never done. I have had two packages stolen because the delivery person just left my package in the lobby. Just yesterday I stayed home ALL DAY to receive a package and they claimed that they were unable to deliver. There was another attempt today and Ive been home all day. I was guaranteed my package would be delivered today! Whats the point of providing delivery instructions and having my cell mumber if youre not going follow instructions or call if problems are encountered when trying to redeliver?? LaserShip should just shut its doors and leave the deliveries to the professionals.

Worst package delivery service ever. Even worse than FedEx. Website tracking is not up-to-date. One delivery came after 10 PM. The next day the package was delivered, but no knock or ring the bell. How was I to know it was there even though I had asked for text updates. I will not purchase from a vendor who uses LaserShip. No stars in my book.

Wow. I have never seen such poor service from a delivery company for a food service. The promise is that the food will be delivered by 8pm on the promised day. Habitually the food is late or delivered the next day and when it does arrive, the box is beat up and the containers inside are broken. Horrible service! I wish the company would stop using Lasership. Veho has been much better in my experience for food delivery services.

They delivered my package to the wrong address, and told me to wait a couple days to see if it would turn up. Then, when I contacted them to find out who delivered it so I could go get it, they were completely unwilling to help me. Customer Service for this company is nonexistent.

Terrible delivery service. Never on time or your items are never delivered at the time it shows delivered. Packages are always lost and stolen consistently. One way they do this is by scanning your items to the wrong facility then theyll tell you your items are being rerouted to your local facility but that never happens and they never update. Eventually they tell you your items were lost when really employees steal the items.

I just want to give a huge thanks to Mr. Miller and his team. Mr. Miller personally delivered my package to my job after 2 failed attempts at my home. Mr. Miller provided such over the top customer service skills by personally delivering a package, which was a gift for Mother’s Day. Big Big thanks to you Mr. Miller, thank you sooo so much! I have contacted customer service to found out the status of my package. It shows delivered but clearly this photo is not one of my house. I never received a follow up for the “inquiry”This company is a complete joke!! They Said my package was delivered at 12:50 PM I went outside and there was no package. I called customer service and a woman told me to walk across the street to see if my package was there knowing good and well that Baltimore city is not a safe place to just be walking on peoples property.The package was not there, then they proceeded to tell me that they sent my package to the wrong address and there was nothing that they could do. If you live in the Baltimore area please pay extra for shipping so you don’t end up like me.

My package was marked as damaged and supposedly returned back to sender. Of course the sender never received it and when they contacted this lousy delivery service they said my package was lost … thievery at its best… It took over two months to get my money back… never never never use this company….

This is the worst shipping service Ive ever dealt with. My package was delivered outside of a secured apartment building. I specifically left directions saying I wanted to pick up my package myself and they still delivered it and of course it turned up stolen. Now the company will not close my case and list it as stolen so that the company I purchased from can refund me my money. The merchant says they cant do anything if the status for my package says delivered regardless of me filing a claim with lasership. I dont understand how my package was delivered if it didnt make it to my complete address.

Worst package delivery service Ive ever dealt with. They always say delivery was attempted when Im home and they never notify me when they are on the way. After I give them delivery instructions they still dont follow them and end up sending my items back to the buyer. I really wish companies would stop using them because they have never delivered any of my packages and I have to jump through hoops to get ahold of costumer service and they still fail to do anything to fix the problem. I will never order from a company again if I know they use Lasership.

Like most of these customers online . I can agree with them . I ordered stuff from fable tics and to my surprise they shipped the items through lasership. Never heard of that co. I was told that they attempted delivery even though I was home no one knocked or called. The co told me to call laser ship about my order which i did . There was a long wait time so I went on the website put my tracking info and was told they would get back to me in two business day. Nothing, until I call back fable tics and was told my order was sent back and I couldnt re order because the items were all of stock. Plz dont use this co.

I order my stuff from nordstorm. I always get my stuff from the store delivered never ever i had a problem. My pacage said delivered with a picture yet no packagw to be found. Checked my camara and the delivery man was taking the package with him.. now i called and called no answer nor they know what happened.

LaserShip attempted to deliver a package in an unmarked blue minivan with dark tinted windows. The driver beeped his horn at me and yelled about the dogs on the property. I didn’t know who he was or why he was here so I was being cautious. The delivery vehicles need to be marked somehow with the company logo. I had no way of knowing why this random man in a random car was visiting the property. The package was not delivered because he was scared of the dogs and would not talk with me about finding a solution to the issue. He called his supervisor and recounted the situation with flawed “facts.” I was not going to approach a random van alone.

If I could give you guys 0 stars I would. I don’t know why this company is even still in business. The three times you guys had my packages I had nothing but issues. Y’all will mark items as delivered knowing you never even came to my location. Y’all will also make it seem like you guys have a warehouse in people’s neighborhood and that the package was dropped off 45 minutes later knowing you guys warehouse is miles away. I received an email stating that my package had been delivered. I was home all day and did not get my package. I went on the website that the package came from to let them know my package was not here. I then went on lasership website and did the same thing. I then found a number for lasership and called. The young lady asked me to confirm my door mat. What door mat? I dont have one. After a brief hold and a call to the driver, she said that he delivered the package to the wrong address and Was NOT coming back to the area to retrieve the package. He would come the next morning. I told her that was unacceptable and by that time my package would be gone. I call the next day to speak to a manager who of course let the call go to voice mail. I called the customer service number and was given a case number and was told that this was taken care of and that I would receive a refund by the website that I purchase from. Lies. I called back to customer service and was told that an investigation has to be started. Was not told that earlier in the day. I just want a refund from this company.

The day I was supposed to receive my package they said the package shipping date had changed and would be updated, then two days later they said they delivered it on the original date. I have a camera in front of my house that records everything and there is no video of them coming to my door that day at the time they stated.

LaserShip should receive zero Stars. Their website indicates my package has been delivered. I have been home all day and my package is not here. This is the most disreputable company I have ever encountered. I encourage anyone shopping online to pay the extra shipping to use a more reputable company (US Postal Service/UPS/FedEx).

I have had the same issue with false delivered notice and not receiving my package either. I have never heard of the vendor until now and they need to close. My package arrived in MD 2 June no update so called the vendor for an update as was suppose to receive 7 June. On 10 June, Lasership updates claiming package was delivered 5 June at 9:00pm at night. Not possible as the delivery notes are unrealistic you load and say delivered all within minutes. Then when I call and wait 30 minutes only to hear say they delivered it or may have gone to a wrong address; you need to contact the vendor for replacement. I contacted the vendor and were able to FEDEX portion of my $80.00 order as other items were no longer available. You are the worst vendor and hope no one uses you again. Hope your karma comes quick.

Said tried to deliver package three times. No note or anything. Finally got call saying was going to be returned. Called and was told would be delivered over the weekend. No one came and when I called back was told was marked to go back to sender.Made arrangements for delivery today and package never showed up. Stay far away from this sham of a company if you can.

First time to be with service of this company and its a really disappointing experience. I dont even know why Nordstrom broke down my 1order to Fedex and Lasership. I got partial of my order from Fedex super quick like days ago while the remaining with Lasership seems never to come. It has the gift i bought for my husbands bday. I gave it enough days to come but today is the time and Im not expecting it to arrive. This review is for LaserShip driver, Marcus Cunningham! He went above and beyond today and I am so thankful for it. Id give him 10 stars if I could.Background: I am heavily pregnant and in the middle of a kitchen remodel and we were relying on our Freshly order to get us through dinner all week. The package was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but due to snow it was postponed. I called the facility to let them know the package was time sensitive and would be trash if it didnt arrive today. The warehouse manager told me they would mark it as damaged and I would get my money back because it didnt look like it would make it today. I was really disappointed because I didnt care about the money, I needed the meals. It took me 2.5 weeks just to get this delivery date and I didnt want to go another week of eating out.Marcus was my driver and personally called my cell to let me know where he was at. He let me know the weather was bad and wasnt sure if he would make it but he would try his best. Then he proceeded to make our delivery his next priority. He was at my house in a matter of 20 minutes and risked his life in the snow to make sure the package got to me.When he arrived, I didnt realize that these drivers use their personal vehicles. I thought they would be in trucks so I can imagine why he was so concerned about driving in the snow. I cant tell you how much I appreciate the customer service that he provided and his commitment to getting my package to me in a timely manner. Honestly, he deserves a raise! LaserShip needs more drivers like Marcus (especially after reading some of the reviews on here).I was actually impressed with the warehouse manager as well, he called me back like he promised to make sure I got my package.Thank you, Marcus! I have a package it says it’s out for delivery for the last four days how long does it take to deliver a package that’s in the same county and state that I live in. This is starting to get ridiculous good luckily it isn’t perishable but it is right I might not have anything to give everybody for Easter. Wish I could give zero stars.

How my package arrived in Baltimore at 10:47 AM and it’s only 6:52 AM?

Called into customer service because they requested a gate code for my package--I do not have a gate code. My address was incorrect on the package and I changed it to the correct one. Still never received my package. Somehow the mistook apt D for apt S. Definitely dont know how that happened. Now my package is in lala land. Poor choice of shipping service!!

If I could give them 0/5, I would. They said they delivered my package to my apartment but I did not receive it. I called them to figure out what happened and they said they would investigate and someone would get back to me within two days. After two days went by and I didn’t hear from them, I called them. They then told me that they dropped it off at the leasing office OR the apartment complex next to mine after they were so sure it was delivered to my apartment. My package wasn’t at either of these locations and then I was told to just “figure it out”.

Last night at 9:15pm a man came to my apartment building and rang my bell and shouted my name over and over again from the street. I had just been to court yesterday, so my first thought was that my crazy ex was considering violating the restraining order. This went on for maybe 5 minutes, then the person left. I did consider the possibility that there had been a very unusual delivery, but when I checked out front, there was nothing. I was jittery all night and had terrible dreams. This morning I found my package had been thrown from the street onto my second storey balcony. Fortunately, it did not break. I didnt get a choice as to whether LaserShip would bring my package, but you might have a choice as to whether you use them. Dont.

They leave packages out on the front steps of a 3rd floor building, rather than walk it to the front door of each condo. There is no access issue. I’ve lost 2 packages in the past month from them leaving it outside instead of reaching my door. Reply horrible. UPS, FedEx, DHL even the USPS deliver to our doors!!

Ok so first of all I work for Lasership Baltimore. Yes people packages are being stolen by drivers and managers within the warehouse EVEN MINE. I called the vendor and requested that they shipped my stuff with another shipping company and it was already sent out. It’s not even in the computer as being sent to the warehouse but the vendor was able to give me a tracking number for items and it’s still not showing as being sent but the company has it as being delivered. They are also stealing hours from employees. And when you go to higher up management all they do is make excuses for why your paycheck is messed up. I take pictures and record everything when it comes to my money. I even sent in videos to corporate and when they contacted me back all they did was fixed the hours that was took from me.

The only reason they are getting one star is because I had to type this message. They are trash!!

Im not much of a review writer, but I was a service professional for many years and I think its important to highlight good experiences.I live in an older house with an mechanical doorbell attached to front door. But I also have a half-metal storm door. In 25 years, Ive never had a delivery driver open the storm door and ring the bell. In fact, both UPS and Fed Ex have cracked the glass in a small window panel beside the door with their one quick rap.I know theyre all on a schedule so I really dont expect the effort of the doorbell. But it sure would be nice if they could take one beat to knock for real. :-/This evening, the LaserShip driver actually took the time to ring the bell. I was able to grab my package right away and wave back to her. It was getting dark and looking like rain so I was grateful. And it was nice to see a friendly face during lockdown.It sounds like LaserShip has upped its game and I hope its employees are incentivized for good performance. People who take pride in their jobs truly make the world a better place.

A couple of years ago, I had terrible problems with LaserShip but they have really stepped up their game for my deliveries in Baltimore City. The drivers check the vestibule door to slip in the package and then ring the bell so I know its arrived (so important in the city). When I see the drivers they are always friendly and professional. I now like them better than FedEx who has really fallen off lately. I know deliveries have been extra busy lately but they have been doing a great job.

Hi I would like to say first that I had NO choice in choosing Lasership as my shipping company. However, my package was said to be delivered at about 10:30am and no more than 5-6 minutes later my sister and I search for my package and it is gone. That FAST. I got the delivery email from Fashion nova and checked immediately, IT WAS GONE. They provided a blurry photo of my very big FASHION NOVA (over $100 worth of Christmas gifts for my family) package outside on the ground downstairs. After walking around my entire complex searching each apartment building (over 30 buildings) on FOOT and checking with neighbors for 4hours, the package is no where to be found. I called my leasing office and they said they didnt receive any packages this day. I searched for answers. I looked at the photo and noticed specific yellow and black stains on the pavement and looked at all 20-30 apartment buildings AGAIN, ON FOOT! and when I finally came back to my building I realized it was the same markings but still there was no package! I have horrible anxiety and these types of situations tigger them so horribly, I have panic attacks. At that point I’m thinking someone stole it from my complex but that’s not usual in my community at all. My neighbors never take my packages, ever. Even if they are sent to their door by accident, they always return them. In my heart, I know my fellow neighbors did not take it and I did not receive it. I was confused until I read the reviews of the Lasership Shipping company that was located and used for my package in Baltimore, Maryland 21223. Multiple people have had this happen to them in the Baltimore area and it is so unacceptable. The reviews stated how packages were labeled delivered but never showed and how this specific Lasership 21223 has been having problems with their drivers stealing FASHION NOVA packages. I spent my hard earned money, money that isn’t easy to make during a pandemic and they are just stealing my stuff. As if this is some game. I spent my hard earned money for that and they can just scan and take my purchased items away and get away with it? That’s disgusting and wrong. They actually brought it to my building, sat it down to take a picture and put it back in their vehicle. Disgusting. It is that easy for them to take customers hard earned money and get away with it. You allow this! I know you won’t respond because you don’t care about us but this is just disgusting to do to innocent people. I just wanted to give my family a nice holiday but I have to deal with Lasership letting drivers steal things I picked out for my loved ones. I know this will be ignored but please find it in you to help me solve this. All I want is my package back from the driver from the Baltimore 21223 Lasership that was in Owings Mills, Maryland at 10AM-11AM. I want their name and license plate number. I want them to be fired and held accountable for stealing mine and many others packages. Regardless, I will have my lawyers and law enforcement involved, as well as social media coverage telling the horrific truth about Lasership because this is so hazardous and dangerous to the people and families who will be Christmas shopping from home. It could be their last penny and you are allowing people to steal it and get away. Terrible... terrible... terrible. They said they tried to deliver my package on 11/30 but no one was home (we were home) so my package has been sitting in a warehouse in Baltimore since 12/1. I called them yesterday and they said they would put a rush on my delivery and I would get an email. No email as of today so I called them and they tell me the package has been lost. I don’t know why companies use them the ship anything.

My experience with LaserShip was great! I ordered a supplement from a site called iHerb & used the free expedited option at checkout. That was like 7pm on 2/17. It’s 9am on 2/19 & I’m reading an email that my package was delivered at 6am. So I go look out front & there it was. I was shocked. I couldn’t believe how fast they shipped that package. Anyway I definitely suggest them. That’s awesome!

My order from Nordstrom was to be delivered by Lasership facility in Baltimore. This service has had my package since 11/16 (today is 11/21). I called Lasership and person who answered, transferred me to voicemail. I called back and no one answered. I called Nordstrom, insisted my ordered be replaced and expressed mailed to me. I was told that I should get it on 11/24. If I don’t get it on Tuesday, I’ll be visiting Nordstrom in Columbia Mall, with order number in hand, and demanding merchandise. Lasership Facility is trash and whoever answered on 11/21 around 415p is trash too.

I ordered from bath and body works I received an email saying that my package was delivered THAT WAS FALSE. I called speak with someone that was very rude I was told that I will receive a call from a supervisor never received a call. The delivered guys need to paid more attention to whats going when delivered package. This company is NOT GOOD👎👊

I recently placed an order with a vendor who used lasership as their delivery service provider, however, I would encourage companies to NOT use them, as they are highly unprofessional. I received my delivery at about 9pm, when my entire household heard a loud noise that sounded like someone was kicking my front door down. I have a video recording from my ring doorbell, of a young man, probably a teenager walking through my grass up to my front door, to then walk back to the street the throw my package at my front door. I placed a complaint with the company about a week ago and no one has gotten back to me about this poor experience. I also promised legal action for the damages, which I will be consulting for immediately. DO NOT UTILIZE THIS COMPANY AS YOUR DSP!!!!

The package was delivered at the door of leasing office and it was left unattended. The package should have been delivered to correct apartment number . Luckily I got my package around evening after I noticed the email from Walmart mentioning package was delivered in the morning.

I purchased a product from Urban Outfitters, who contracts with LaserShip. I personally had a great experience. My package arrived on time and was brought into my apartment building, instead of left on the front door for someone to potentially steal.

Horrible!! They lost my package! And I bet one of the driver took it! Truly disgusting!!!! I would leave no stars if they let me! This place sucks!

Dumb deliverer delivered my package to the wrong location now customer service is stalling. I wish I had a choice to the type of delivery company when I make a purchase. Due to the many negative reviews you guys should go out of business.

Terrible customer service!! My package was supposed to arrive on Wednesday (10/16).The package never came on (10/16) (I checked in my mailbox, the front desk and at the door) and the tracking information did not update until Monday (10/21). I messaged Lasership to ask them to look into this Thursday (10/17) and then Monday (10/21). In both cases LaserShip said that they had created a ticket and they would get back to me. No one ever gave me a real update. On Monday (10/21) all of a sudden the tracking info updated saying that the package had been delivered on Wednesday (10/16). This cannot have happened because I live in a apartment building with a person that works the front desk. If the package had been delivered inside of the building correctly then I would have gotten the package on Wednesday. I even looked around at the different entrances to see if it was delivered somewhere weird and I could not find it. I am so unhappy! Do not EVER use Lasership.

I havent had too many problems until recently. This place delivers in the middle of the night, like 2 am. They will throw your package and not ring the doorbell. Its happened multiple times.Im not bothered by that, but recently shipping is delayed. I ordered something 11/28 for 2 day shipping. It said it would deliver 11/30. Then it changed to 12/3. Now it says 12/5. They keep delaying it. I am going to call if they delay it one more time. 2 day shipping doesnt exist anymore...

This company is the absolute WORST! I recently had several packages delivered late and even lost through this company! #Zara should not use them to send goods to their customers- its a bad look. I believe that my package was stolen internally by a lasership employee. Looking forward to having my package found and delivered!

I know people have expressed having terrible experiences with LaserShip, which is why I was very hesitant to call them yesterday when I wanted to re-route a package. The package was supposed to be sent to my work address, but when the package still hadnt been delivered after 5pm, I was needing to go home plus the office closed for package delivery, and the package had time-sensitive material (I really needed it that day). I called LaserShip around 5:15 to ask if the package could be re-routed. I got home around 5:30, and literally at 5:32, the LaserShip package was at my doorstep. I was blown away with how quick it was delivered, especially when I definitely didnt expect it to actually properly be re-routed. I was incredibly impressed and very appreciative. Thank you!

I’m so, so sick and tired of you, LaserShip. My first delivery was a terrible experience, to the point that my items were replaced by the company I ordered from before LS did a darn thing. However, this last experience (and, I still haven’t received my package) has left me pretty bitter. On 2/6, there was an apparent delivery attempt while I was at work. I called the number on the notice that was left, and they stated that I could have the packages delivered after 5:00 pm, to ensure that someone would be home to receive it. Of course, I thought this was great news, and I had them notate my account. Since then, THREE apparent attempts have been made (although I never received the notice at my door, I just tracked the package on the website) in the early afternoon. I, of course, called LS to let them know that there isn’t anyone home at the time, and she stated that she did see the notation in my account, as that the package was supposedly on a evening route scheduled for yesterday. Not surprisingly, the package wasn’t delivered...nor was it even attempted! I just went to track the package, yet again, and now it’s stating that it’s being held at he facility. Can a girl get her supplements?!?🙄

If I could give 0 stars I would, delivery said it was made and left at my front door. I have someone home all day with the quarantine and I have ring never made delivery!!

Absolute trash of a company. Lost or damaged my first package and sent it back to the manufacturer without notifying either party. Attempted to redeliver the new item from the manufacturer, says delivered but no product at my door. Even Fedex isnt this bad...

Package was scheduled for delivery an never arrived. You cannot call them as they don’t have a number listed so must make contact via email. Package was again scheduled for delivery! After not receiving the package and waiting all day and night, system was updated to state package delivered and left on steps! Family home all day and no package was ever delivered! Package was stolen and delivery was never attempted!

This company is absolutely horrible. Stay far away from ANY company that uses them to ship... I ordered an item on December 6th and paid for expedited shipping which was supposed to have it here on the 11th. It is now the 21st and they have no idea when it will be shipped to me. It is sitting in their terminal.

I had my package delivered to my job so that I wouldn’t have to worry about it getting stolen if I’m not home. My job is only open M-F during the day. Other companies trying to deliver during off hours update the status as a delivery attempt and come back earlier the next day. Well not these people!! Delivered the package at 8pm on a Saturday night to an obviously closed business and left it out in the open in the beginning of a long corridor leading to the front door. Apparently driver was too lazy to even walk and leave it by front door and make some attempt to hide the package! I had to get up Sunday morning and drive to work so it wouldn’t get stolen. Unbelievable!!

They do not load their truck and leave to start deliveries until 3pm! If you mark your address as a business they will not show up during business hours because they do not deliver until late in the afternoon. I even called to give them the business hours and they said they put it in their system. Then they said the driver would call - no one called. I called their Windsor Mill location and they couldnt reach the driver and said they would call back - they did not call back. I tried submitting a request online. My package is now missing.

Ive lived in my apartment for 4 years, I cant even estimate how many packages Ive had delivered to me but not ONCE have I ever had anything stolen. I received a shipping notification from the seller that my package would be coming per LaserShip which I had never even heard of before, I had a feeling then this would lead to some nonsense. Sure enough, my package was delivered the next day 30 mins after I left my house for work. Of course at that time I wasnt worried as I knew for sure my package would be there when I got home. 6 pm comes and I walk up to my front and NOPE no package! SMH. The next morning I call and state my problem to the gentleman who stated that either the driver delivered to the wrong door or that it was stolen, WELL DUH. He states hes going to open a case and contact the driver to see whats what and that I would receive an update through email or phone. About an hour later I get a call from a young lady whom shouldnt be working in customer service at all stating that she received a picture from the driver showing the package sitting in front of my door. She then begins describing the picture. I ask for the photo to be emailed to me, she states that she doesnt have access to send the picture nor could the driver send it to me as they couldnt send emails from the system that they use. I said Its strange how the holiday season JUST passed where I ordered tons of things and even had a delivery this week from amazon but yet I received those items with no issue. At this point Im shooting verbal daggers at her and decide that its best to end this foolishness and contact the shipper. I knew it would be BS from the beginning. After calling the shipper I DEMANDED that they do not use this janky ass company, luckily enough my replacement shipment via a legitimate shipping company. If I ever see Lasership as shipper for anything else I will call and raise hell, this place is unprofessional, grimey and should be shut down PERIOD

They lost my package and directed me to a customer service phone line. Which never actually answered the phone. Couldnt have possibly had a worse experience with this company. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Worst company ever! Have literally seen them throw two packages from their moving vehicle out into my front yard. How can they keep getting away with this?

6 days this facility held on to my package, I live a 5 minuter drive from the facility. Horrible.I would give them a zero rating. LaserShip on Rolling Rd, is a 5 minuter drive from my home, it is right behind 7Eleven on Rolling Rd. Next to Lumber Liquidator. They held on to my package for 6 days in there ware house. I had to call Amazon 4 times, and finally someone with sense at Amazon called their headquarters and even the people at headquarters could not get into contact with them with the facility on Rolling Road in Windsor Mill.When the package was delivered 6 days of holding on to my package. No one knocked on the door. It sound as it the threw the package was thrown against the door, and that was the only way I knew it that my package was outside. I looked around outside, and didnt see a vehicle or anyone.

I have had two packages lost/stolen after being in the possession of LaserShip. What is unfortunate is that the location of where the items(s) are being shipped depends on the carrier you may get for delivery of the item(s); the customer has no say regarding delivery; if so I would decline to use LaserShip each time!!!. I wouldnt care if they were the last company on Earth I would opt for it to be delivered by an eagle or stork or just avoid online shopping.

I ordered a shirt that I bought specifically to wear to a sporting event. I made sure by PAYING EXTRA for expedited shipping, that the shirt would arrive the day before the event. I live in a city so to prevent theft of the package, I had it shipped to my work instead of my house. The tracking of the package said It was delivered at 8pm on the day it was supposed to be delivered. No worries, Ill just get it the next day, the day of the event, when I go into work. IT WASNT THERE. The tracking said left at front door but it wasnt at the front desk nor was it in the mail room. When I called the local office to inquire, I found out that IT WAS AT THE FACILITY. Even though I paid extra for the shipping I still had to DRIVE 30 min to get my package If I wanted it that day. So Mad!!!.

Beware! Unbelievable experience with this company. I generally give light weight to reviews because its generally people totally satisfied or people totally angry, but these seem to be accurate. Package was supposed to be delivered but the tracking new showed a failed delivery attempt. I submitted my info to the company via the contact section of my tracking page, as well as over the phone. Go there the next day, they said theyre closed. Next business day, I call this location directly. A rep sees via the tracking that the package should be in the warehouse, but she cant find it. She proceeds to give me the 1-800# and says to me so matter-of-factly that somebody could have STOLEN it and that the main customer line can start an investigation. Thats it? Customer service sees that the package made it into a vehicle but then is marked lost...and then directs me to call the company to get a refund. Im still in awe of the unprofessionalism and lack of concern. Clearly employees stealing packages is common enough to be an explanation given to me as to where the package that theyd only had for 2 days might have gone.
