Rented a van for a family trip to OC MD. Van drove great to and from, no issues what so ever. 30 days later i stopped by and recieved my deposit. Couldnt ask for more. Did i mention CASH rental?

These people gave me a nasty 🤢 dirty car that me and my mom had to clean out and it had no gas it had a dead battery and had dents and crack in the mirrors. It had now been 5 mouths and they still hadn’t give me my deposit back every time I call it outer no answer or they close. The website says they close at 7 but they like to close when they want to.

My car broke down and I had no problem getting a rental car from these wonderful people. They Got good money from me to drive and make sure I could get to work. Excellent people.

Worst cars to rent! They are dirty! They are dangerous! Faulty brakes & tires! They will give you a car to find out later it is uninsured & you are st risk! Drove a car from them & brakes went up & when I told them, it took them 5 days afterwards to fix it. Then didn’t have a replacement car worthy to give me to drive. Wind up driving a car that had a rope holding the trunk together because it couldn’t lock.

This car rental place is unprofessional and is a disgrace to all businesses they are renting these calls out to people and they arent even cleaning them the car was a filthy dirty mess they was absolutely no gas in the car when I got it I have to mediately go across the street to the gas sation because it was no gas the light was on in the needle was below the gas line the frist car I only kept for a few because it started smoking I had to take it back because I had my kids in the car and I could not drive around like that the second car check engine light was on as well as the first car when I went to return the car the man told me to make sure my kids pick up any trash the drop on the ground I was appalled and shocked my kids didnt drop anything on the ground I did when I was trying to clean the car out but he didnt take the time to find that out and the fact that he would even say that shows how much she is concerned about his customers I asked him why cant they invest in car seat covers they dont wash the cars out and tons of germs from anybody getting in the car leaving there their germs behind for whoever comes next to rent the car is absolutely disgusting this is a truly the place you go when you are desperate and need to get around I didnt even want to give them a store but he wanted to post my review I had to give them a least one star

Car was making noise whole time like wheel was going call off.dodge magnum grey.we survive .should be able to test drive before paying.i did receive my deposit after 30 days .dated from the time I dropped my rental off.
