Moved into the unit this weekend and I’m so happy and excited. The rooms are good size fur the furniture and I was very pleased with Tiffany who was the leasing consultant. Tiffany was very informative and helpful during the application process and the day of move in. My unit is awesome and the building is quiet. The location is convenient to stores and Gm highways as well. My overall experience has been awesome.

Wish I can give them a zero star.They did me dirty. I WAITED 2 MONTHS, TERMINATED MY LEASE TO FIND FIND THE APPROVED ME AND TOOK A HOLDING DEE BUT NOT APARTMENT FOR ME...Tiffany and Lynette not trustworthy .They took application fee and holding deposit and never gave me an apartment all they gave me is stories.I just need my application fee and holding fee BACK

So this apartments are well located especially for those who don’t have cars you have train stations nearby, you have a shopping center at some few minutes. I’ve been here for the past years and trust all complains are handled as addressed.

I’ve been living here for almost three years now. It’s a nice place however nothing has been done about the noise of screaming children in the halls. My neighbors below me sound like they are above me, constantly slamming doors. Never can find a parking spot. Took them 7 months to even get a new dishwasher when i had first moved in. Never can get incontact with anyone at the office because they are away from there desks and because of this I haven’t been able to notify anyone about renewing the lease or moving to a new building.

I recently visited Milbrook Park Apartments and I would like to thank Stephanie for her sincere caring professionalism. Stephanie actually listened to what I was looking for in a place to call home. Ive been other places and they just want to sign you up. I highly recommend seeing Stephanie Brown when visiting Milbrook Park Apartments. Millbrook Apartments, I can definitely say really work with their clients to ensure their needs and comfort. No longer feel safe. When I first moved in I wrote a good review how helpful the staff was. While there good and bad everywhere. I am so tired of arguing with teenages hanging and smoking in the hallway and they dont even live in the building.. The front doors doesnt lock and the storage rooms are another hangout for them. I dont even allow my daughters to go out the front because of them. Mgmt has done nothing and it was told there is nothing that can be done. It is, just put a lock on the building door. problem solved.

I have a very large apartment and its comfortable for me and my family, The staff in the office and maintenance crew is very attentive to my needs . My experience started out not so pleasant and almost didnt move there, but due to Ms. Brandy Leeper tireless effort to get all my concerns resolved. I finally moved in and I am happy with the unit. I haven’t moved in yet but I went on a tour with Khadeja and she was amazing she was very mannered and friendly! I am a first time mover with a one year old daughter so I had so many questions and concerns, through out this whole process I had to switch my move in date and unites and khadeja was very patient and understanding with me. I was looking for a friendly quiet place to live, I was really clear about that with them, I asked are the neighbors quiet and respectful? They said we are a family quiet oriented apartment complex, I took that word really seriously, they did good with the leasing contract, since the first night I had a bad experience, the neighbor next door is so loud!! Music extremely load, the cigarette and marijuana smell that is coming out from the apartment is almost unreal, the whole floor smells like that, even my own apartment smells like that, people coming in and out, arguments, slamming doors every night, I sent the first email since day one about it, I had the answer of we are sorry for the inconvenience we are going to take care of the issues, let us know if this happens again.. Went to look at the property and no one was available at the office. No sign was up or anything. This was around 11:30 so I assumed someone had an early lunch and left. I came back at 1:45 and still no one was available. This was on a Saturday. Unprofessional.

The area is not horrible although it has a very bad reputation. I lived there for a year (2011-2012) and have no complaints about the community. However, the appliances are too old and the condition of the apartment overall is too far from good. I did not have any maintenance requests because I fixed things on my own since I heard that they did not respond promptly.

Ive been living in Milbrook for more than 10 years. At some point there was a management change and things were pretty much the same. I never interacted with them beyond paying my monthly rent and renewing the lease.Fast-forward to a few months ago. There was a major flood that destroyed my apartment. The walls, floors, ceilings, everything was destroyed. I was really upset that I would lose my home.Instead, when I talked with the manager, Lisa, she said Milbrook will be able to do all necessary repairs. So, they came in, stripped all the wet old drywall, removed the ceiling, and put brand new walls, ceilings, and rehabbed the floors. The kitchen was remodeled.There were a few hick-ups along the way... but they were resolved very quickly. Lisa and Milbrook team went to great lengths to get my apartment back into livable shape and very good condition.Also, I read the other reviews. I dont know where all of those people live, but I have never had a bug infestation or anything remotely close. That said, the ceilings/floors are a little on the thin side, so if you have neighbors upstairs that like to walk or play music at 2am, youll be annoyed.Overall, Im happy with Milbrook and the way they fixed the damage.

Bardy here at Millbrook apartments have made my move in and all other thing so easy and great so she is one of the best works that Ive had the pleasure to meet in help me doing my time of moving in Millbrook cause i had a fire that Ive lost everything but she made it seem like everything was going to be ok thanks young lady.

I live in the neighborhood, but not in the apartments, so I am concerned when I hear this. Blue Ocean, Im wondering why wont you do anything about all of these complaints? Not all of these people can be wrong.

I forgot his name, he speaks with a Jamaican accent. I am so, so grateful. I know that I bug them when I have problems and they help out. Hats of guys.

My mother lives in Milbrook Park Apartments for over 20 years. The new management is very good, responsive, even over the weekends. My Mothers AC broke on Sunday, the maintenance emergency calling services responded right away and her AC was fixed the same day. Great service!

Banton Toporovsky lives in Milbrook Park appartments 1 Amleht Ct Apt 1D for 28 years. He called to the management office couple weeks ago about problems He had with kitchen appliances. Darryl Diffenbaugh immedietely came to check it and did the excellent job to fix everything as soon as possible. We really appreciate how well and fast he did the maintenance in the kitchen and fix all problems with appliances. He called in advance about day and time when technicians will come to work, came to check how it was going on during the work and followed up after the work was finished. He is very professional and caring about people living in appartments. Darryl is excellent! We also would like to thank all people who worked in his appartmen. They all worked very well and very professional. Thank you very much for a great work

For 13 years me and my family have been living here and it is the worst place to live on all the earth. There is a lack of security, and people smoke, and dump there trash in the halls. To add to that no one person in the staff care about the people in the buildings. The playground is dilapidated. The appliances are old and break down to fast. If you need a repair be prepared to wait up to 1 year before any one sees you. There are rats all over the place. and crime is almost all the time around you. I would not recommend this place to anyone but jail convicts. the only good thing about this place is that it is close to the local school. there is also a local police station nea but that is it.r

I feel very unsafe here. I have been here for over a year now and I constantly see cops here, helicopters etc. Also the people in my building are very inconsiderate - loud music very early or late. I see different people going in and out of the buildings. When I first moved here I thought I would really enjoy living here. Now I just cant wait to get out of here.

I lived here for a while and so far so good management has been helpful no complaints so far.

I havent lived there since before the 80s. .I havent even seen the place in years. There is a huge swimming pool. Like scary big, The kiddie pool is gone. The playground is not like it used to be. BUT....These apartments are really nice inside, like a house.I miss all the nice Russian kids I played with and traded stickers with in the 70s. One kids Mom always gave us huge plates of stew with cabbage.There was a nice area to have cookouts, next to Cobblestone Court. There was a row of wild berry bushes that had delicious berries and lots of thorns.We used to go to these warehouse places and find cool stuff that they put out by the dumpster. Like boxes of rusty nails and huge cardboard cutouts of liquor bottles.There was an old lady who lived in the terrace apartment. I spent many sleepless nights as a child terrified that Mrs. Meyers was going to blow the place up, or burn it down. That is why I took off one star.

Worst place to live in! I am currently looking for a new home. Moved in here November 2018 when I became a teacher and the only positive I have to say about this place is Brandy. She has been a phenomenal service rep. But everything else from maintenance to their project manager has been terrible.1. My shower wouldn’t stop running hot water I called them they never showed up so when I came back from work my entire apartment was steamed. All that was replaced was my tv. Their emergency number (on call) really don’t work because they don’t show up.2. AC has been broken about 3-4 times this summer. It takes them a while to catch up with requests. So I have to live with the consequences of paying a high bill for nothing and stay in a hot apartment.3. Maintenance takes time to actually come fix your stuff because way too many residents (which I understand). But if they know there are too many residents that means that they’re getting money therefore wouldn’t it be smart to hire more people?4. There is no real accountability. No corporate office number to reach out to, to make any complaints.Again, the service ladies at the office are great. So kuddo to them for actually upholding customer service. But that’s as good as it’s going to get. Not even the project manager is good. (Left her two voicemail over two weeks now with no response.

Well I just complain for the first time about the noise and the fighting that I been hearing. Last night I had enough. With the smell of marijuana the drinking plus the partying in build. I’ve been living here for a very long time just as well. The people who lives here make it a bad place to live.

I lived milbrook apartment until june 21st 2018 and i had to call baltmore county housing authority cause they took a month fix my celling they didnt fix it until they evcticted me and they took all my belongs and my sons belongs ssn cards birth certificates clothes everything i had plus they my cloths was destroyed by there wash machine and they had mice in the walls the neighbors dog barked all night and they took a whole month to fix my bedroom window along with my whole celing fell down and took them two month to fix that and i end up in the hospital cause of the mode in the ceiling i lived 6934 apartment 1d they first day i moved in the screen door was broke the maitnace stayed by the leaseing office all the time staff was very nasty and rude and told me when you get evicted everything belong to them tore up a court paper and the prices of the apartment dont have a professional price it changes every month the dont take care of the building at all the maitnace broke my door handle and wanted me i had to pay 200 dollars to for them breaking my door just

This is the worse place I ever lived. There are roaches in the building. The walls and floors are paper thin. The carpet is thin and there are holes in the floors under the carpet. I’ve been booked several times for the exterminator and they never showed up. The hallway has white patches and has never been repainted (since I moved in back in March). I’ve caught the upstairs neighbor sitting on his balcony in the nude. They move the dumpster for hours and trash builds up in the parking lots. As soon as my lease is up, I’m moving!!!Update:: I moved out January of 2018, due to issues mentioned and a homeless guy sleeping and lighting fires in the storage area (which was right next to my apartment). The leasing office knew about the guy and said he was in the week before. I had to call the fire department, I notified the security officer and he never showed up. No one was sensitive about the issue. I didn’t feel valued as a tenant. They said it was basically the residents fault because the storage unit wasn’t locked. I would never recommend anyone to move there.

I have been living here for 4 years. I have changed my apartment into 2 bedrooms, last summer. Different building, near to metro road it is bad I always get frustrated noise which makes children near my apartments. I dont live near playground at all, and we have asked very nicely kids to not make noise because our 10 months old baby was taking a nap in daytime it got worth. It is not worth living here, is you have money to pay dont make decision because its cheap. Believe me you dont want that kind a saving, on weekends its disaster, kids are out everywhere, loud music in every corner. You cant put your toddler for day nap, there is legally you cant do anything except move out. Last summer I made promise to myself to move out, and Im going to.The management have changed and they are increasing rent amount for 7%, this year they have increased our rent to $55.

Office and maintenance doesnt work on Saturdays - this outrageous!!! My AC heater broked on Friday . I told to the maintenance in the morning, maintenance guy came in the evening, couldnt fix it and say he will come on Monday. Two day we are supposed to live in cold apartments this fall when outside it was 36 degrees at night! According their own website they should work on Saturdays!!! Apartment owner Blue Ocean company misleading potential customers! After all of this they are offer rent increase because of increasing service costs! What are you talking about if you are even not working on Saturdays?!

I used to live on this apartment 5 years ago and left because of bedbugs but, I missed the comunity. After 2 years I came back again because the building is renovated and have new management OMG I never seen bad management like this. ...hot weather more than 100 f°and no air conditioning for 20 days. They dont have maintenance at all.I dont recommended to move in. I cant wait until by lease will over.

I wish all of the management to live in the horrible conditions that they let their tenants live in! Broken air conditioners, infested with cockroaches, bedbugs and mice, no updates for over 20 years, disgusting customer service, upper management never responded to any complaints, stay away from there!

My review about these apartments is a story. First I will give these apartments a three because theyre not that bad but not good at all. Ive been living here for 13 years and there been a major difference over the years. Before blue ocean moved in to control the apartments the apartments were fine. Ever since blue ocean the service is TRASH, the old security guy was ANNOYING and he almost kicked me and my friends for playing POKEMON in the laundry room. Now we have a new security guy that only comes out in night time. Sorry Blue Ocean but your service is trash and I see their workers outside just talking and Im seeing so many complaint from everyone. In my apartment there is a problem with the laundry machines which the machines rips clothes. I had this problem for months and never came by to fix it. Last year there been crimes of robberies and disgusting stuff in the storage room like people sleeping in there and bad stuffs recently just happened. FYI there are gangs that like to do chaos and steal bikes. Im scared going to one of the places filled with evil people. OMG dont get me started of all this chaos NOW. To be honest I will TELL what is bad about these apartments. There is a teen gang that will assault you, rob from you and verbally assault you. 2 of the members from the gang decided to assault a elderly person by throwing ROCKS at the poor guy. These guy do live here and terrorize the apartments. The pool is fine but the lifeguards are the problem. They let anyone in the pool now. Some people dont even live here and they still let them in. Since what happened about the pool pass thing. First of all the lifeguards are not even strict enough and they are too kind. You know what happens when you are too kind, people take advantage of that. I love a kind lifeguard but when they are not strict enough of who is entering the pool. They also dont care about the rules nor the safety of others. They let people use the emergency floaties and dont say anything. Its the lifeguard job to tell about the emergency float purpose and when there is actually an emergency, where are the floats to save them. Also they just let in people drinking and smoking. For safety of others if these guy get drunk and drown someone guess who is getting blamed for it. These guys are good people but they are NOT STRICT ENOUGH. Yall Blue Ocean need to kick people out that terrorize the apartments. A few years from now it would be chaos to the MAX. Blue Ocean for the sake of god please change this place like pronto. Like to save BLue Ocean and change it before its too late

Blue Ocean is the worst in apartment management!!! Robberies, roaches,rodents, rapes in the laundry room area. Tha hallways are filled with thugs smoking marijuana and who knows what else. They will tell you that you will live at one address and when its time to move in, the place isnt ready and you are almost forced to take what they have. Dont move into 6932 thru 6936 Milbrook Park Dr. The tenants are worst than the terrible management co (Blue Ocean) SLUMLORDS. The customer service is horrid. Complain and they will tell you if you dont like it MOVE! MAINTENANCE pull their trucks up on the grass leaving tracks, there use to be beautiful Cherry Blossom trees. Last year kids were taking tree limbs beating the trees down. Its a very diverse community and 9/10ths of the tenants are on some type of rental assistance and they just dont care what it looks like. I could go on forever, fortunately I got out. Reality is the place isnt what they say. Although anyone can get a place here. So if youre desperate apply. Youll get it!

I dont hate it, but I dont love it like I use to either. Milbrook was great when we moved in seven years ago management was for the most part on top of maintance problems, they at least would knock on everyones door in the affected apartments when they were going to shut the water off. Now they take forever for any and everything and theyre constantly changing more rent, cosmetic repairs, roachs, mice, bedbugs and spiders is just a few of the problems we tenants face since Blue Ocean took over. So please please if you can afford to keep looking hell what am I saying you cant afford to stop looking because if you move in Milbrook I promise you this time next year youll be dishing out security, first month rent, and money for a Uhaul. All I can say is dont do it.
