If you are traveling from BWI to Frankfurt, this is what you need to know.Overall experience was good, I would consider it positive, specially after reading so many bad reviews on this airlines. below some facts, regardless good or bad.1- You get what you pay for, dont expect with less money you will have the same service everywhere.2- The Airplane was A330, seats and leg spacing were normal.3- There was about 45 min delay on both flights, but the pilot can still make it arrive on time during the 8 hours trip.4- Crew was nice, friendly, helpful, of course one member can screw up your journey, but this could happen anywhere, but Condor crew was good.5- Airplane doesnt have A.C (fan) hole per passenger, so there is nothing to open or close if you feel cold or hot, you just need to adapt and manage.6- The multimedia screen is fixed, means if the angle is not good, you need to adjust your self but not the screen.7- If you dont have your own headset, then you need to buy one, they dont provide free headsets.8- You can watch only two Movies and two TV series for free, you want more, you pay.9- It was very noisy at the back of the airplane, we couldnt hear and understand the pilot announcements, so try to avoid back seats if you can10- You dont have any choice regarding the meal they provide, there is one type, if you dont like it, either you stay hungry or you can buy something else.

Flight from BWI to Frankfurt cancelled without notice or reason 🤷‍♂️ or refund - the toll free customer care number is useless they said it was cancelled youll have to find another flight the airport ticket agents couldnt do much as they do not have access to issue refunds or code share (book with another airline) I called corporate (Thomas Cook Airlines based in UK) they couldnt help sir the flight was not to the UK call Condor EU regulation requires refund of booking if flight cancelled

Initially excited about Condor opening a route from Baltimore to Frankfurt this summer. Difficult to book online though. Wont take AMEX. Need to phone your bank to authorize Visa card charge because the charge is made by Condor in Germany instead of a US-based subsidiary. You dont know what seats are available until you pay. So you have to phone them again to make sure they have four close together (because of 2 small children) before you go back online to pay. You cannot book business class seats online so you need to phone them again.Three weeks after booking I get an email informing me that the flight times have completely changed. In a small foot note I am informed that Condor will not be flying the route themselves after all, but has decided that the flight will be operated by Omni. Omni is a small charter airline with 11 planes. If you phone Omni customer service on a Wednesday at 10am to find out what type of plane will be flying the route and what seats are available the receptionist will tell you that everybody is in a meeting. When you then decide to phone Condor to cancel the flight (these are $9000 business class tickets) you are informed that they are not refundable.I have since booked Lufthansa flights in economy class from Dulles to Frankfurt (as I have done many times in the past). You can do all your booking online, select your seats online before you pay, and use your AMEX card without having to phone your bank. You also wont have your flight times or carrier randomly changed. Or worse. Who knows want is going to happen on the Condor Baltimore - Frankfurt route over the next few months? Could they cancel your flight altogether and leave you stuck just before your vacation is supposed to start? It wouldnt surprise me.Dont get sucked in by the seemingly good value (they are cheaper than Lufthansa). Condor in the US is not ready for prime time.
