Flight was only 2/3 full but they were still unable to check everyone in on time. Mind you people were lined up 6 hours prior to take off. Only two agents for the first couple of hours checking people in. And due to the glacial pace of check in, baggage loading wasnt complete until 2 hours after scheduled take off.

AMC Baltimore has two sides, people who are rude and wont help on the phone, and people who are super helpful and willing to work with you. I am grateful for the folks that helped us out with getting our tickets and loading the plane, just wish that the three phone calls I had were not rude individuals who gave me an attitude and told me i was wrong and misinformed.

Worst flight ever. I had to wait for 3 hours after we were suppose to board and then another 2 hours on the plane because they messed up the paperwork.

Horrible. Just horrible.

Wait time was ridiculous. I was in like for over 3 hours just to check bags and get a ticket. For the first 2 hours there was only one attendant.
