Great nail bar and service, no doubt. The guy who did mine was great, but the only complaint I have is that I was charged an extra $30 because he said it would take 30 minutes extra for the design when it took 10 minutes to do, totaling $70 for a very simple dip + design. It’s not exactly what I asked for and it is definitely NOT a $70 service whatsoever. I almost want to go back and get more for what I was charged. Disappointed about it because I was recommended here simply for designs and let down with what I received for the price I paid.

The experience felt very worth it! On the outside it looks like just another nail salon but the inside is absolutely stunning!

Had a little bit of a wait but I didnt make an appointment so expected that to happen. Regardless, they got me in quickly despite the crowd. I love the way my gel nails turned out and it didnt take very long either! The inside is gorgeous and very welcoming. I plan on going here from now on for my gel manicures, but will make an appointment online before coming in :)

Updating my review based on the horrible experience I just had. I decided to give them another try based on the first time I came there. The first time was great, but the second time they charged me the same price for a fill in that I was charged the first time for a full set (I keep receipts).Made an appointment and got there on time just to be told that they would not take my business because I was unhappy with the price.So my question is - instead of trying to fix any issues I may have had with the price before, you block my service when I was still willing to spend money?Oh - and the last time I was there I left my boots since I got a pedicure and when I called they said they didn’t have them - so I’m pretty sure they stole my property as well.For anyone leaving negative reviews - just know they won’t fix any issues you’ve posted, they’ll just put it on your profile and block your service so they don’t mess up their reputation.

This the best nail shop in West County. I have been to so many nails shops, all up and down Olive and even some on Manchester. When I found XO Nails Bar I was so excited! The decor in the shop is beautiful! And it DOESNT have that chemical smell like some other shops have. I have been coming here for a year now and will never go to another nail shop!!This is a family run business and each of their employees are so sweet and amazing at their job. If I have a design I want they match it perfect. They understand my weird request of having medium short nails, or wanting a coffin nail that its to coffin like. They never give me any attitude about the shape of length of my nails.Each and every one of the nail techs are amazing! You cant go wrong with any nail tech! The best part is, when you schedule your appointment you actually get in at your scheduled time! If they are running a couple minutes behind they let you know, and dont just leave you sitting there.My nails make me feel pretty. If I have amazing looking nails, I feel amazing. And thanks to XO I always leave feeling amazing.

I have never been so excited to go to a nail appointment. I’ve gone 4/5 times now and each time I’m blown away. I’ve been to so many nail salons in the area and have always been left disappointed. But XO has really outdone themselvesThey’re professional. The salon is modern and cute. They help each other out when needed. The work they do is outstanding. I love setting up my appointments and going to them!

I normally don’t write reviews but this place is AWESOME. I asked for a pretty complicated design and they did it effortlessly with no hesitation. it was such a long process for all the designs but it turned out even better than I expected! i’m totally gonna recommend this place to all my friends!

First time customer at XO Nails. This place is a hidden gem in Ballwin on Manchester. I have patronized many nail places in SoCo and this is by far the nicest and cleanest place. We had an appointment and were well taken care of. There were at least 8 people to service you. It is a family run business that I will surely visit again. Thank you Jackie for a job well done!

After being recommended here over and over I finally tried it- and they did NOT disappoint. I had acrylic on and after seeing how thick and heavy they were, it was suggested I take them off and just do dip. This took longer, but the guy doing my nails took his time and did a perfect job! My nails feel SO much better and lighter. I had a nail art pic that he also nailed. Such a great experience and the place is beautiful and super clean!

Tony did my nail art perfectly during both my visits. The second time I requested something more complicated but she delivered with no complaints. Everything was reasonably priced and quick. Everyone is very nice as well.

Love my mini and pedicure I received from Lynn and Chong. The place is beautiful and the folks are so kind. The only problem I had was my manicure was chipping in a day! Ugh!

I didn’t think i was asking for much when i asked the lady doing my nails to wipe off the design (that took about 30 seconds to do on each nail) from two nails i did not like the look of. I asked very hesitantly and politely because i didn’t want to inconvenience her or be one of “those” customers, yet she decided to get annoyed with me and call over another employee and talk bad about me right in front of me. very unprofessional. I was honestly really uncomfortable during the rest of my stay because they were very unfriendly and rude after that. she then overcharged me for the nails, last time i came a design was 8 dollars yet she made me pay an extra 25. The woman at the desk ringing me up even looked confused as to why I would be paying that much. overall terrible experience, don’t go here if you want any input into the design you want to get. pedicure was great though- would’ve tipped the woman who did that for me if the manicure lady hadn’t overcharged me that much and left me so dissatisfied.

I have tried SOOO many different nails salons, and I didnt like any of them. This is the only place I will go now. Very clean, modern, lots of options, great service, very friendly.

I don’t even know where to start when bragging on this nail salon! They are always so friendly, and always make sure to get me in and out in an incredible time frame (I usually get my nails done on my lunch break, and they are ALWAYS more than accommodating.) I suggest this nail salon to everyone who asks me since everyone who is there is just so kind, and amazing at what they do! Wish I could rate more than 5 stars!!

Where do I even begin. This nail salon is so amazing - there is not a single bad vibe in that store. The nail techs are not only EXTREMELY talented, but incredibly kind and sweet. They will make sure that your service is exactly what you wanted and if not they will fix it for you! I highly recommend this place!! They are so so so good

My girl and her friends went for a night out and came back disappointed. The pedicure was fine but the nail techs did not even consider what they wanted on their hands. Quality was subpar for the price. Do not come here unless you want a photo op in front of the flower wall. Very unprofessional. She is booking at a different nail salon now to fix what they did.

Went here for the first time today and loved it! Its gorgeous inside And the staff is so nice! They even helped me wrestle my one year old while finishing up my nails and my nails still look AMAZING. I 100% recommend trying this place out.

Three times I told her #681 color. Pink sparkly,She still didn’t get it right!68 minutes just to change toe color. $25.00!!I have gel on my toe nails , she wrapped my toes with ACETONE.. took away most of my gel by then filing even more. .. said my polish was too hard to get off.ITS GEL NAILS and POLISH !Outrageously stupid!Went home, then noticed the WRONG color...A muted pukey coral no sparkles.Oh sure “we fix it for you”. half price!Don’t go there!

My coworkers come here a lot and their nails always look amazing. My friend and I decided to give it a shot and its wonderful! Great designs, friendly staff, and the place is very clean. I absolutely love it and I will be coming back in the future.

Been getting my nails done every month for over 2 years. I’ve tried some of the other shops in the area but this is by far the nicest for the price. Always get a dip manicure and won’t spend more than $35 (before tip) as a good middle ground. This place has the feel of a salon you’d spend $50+ but still within my max. Only complaint is that a few nails weren’t shaped to a flat tip, it’s more of a slight angle.

They did the worst manicure I’ve ever had. It was obvious that the guy working on my nails was very inexperienced. I expressed my disappointment from the service , but the owner ignored my complaint. Very bad experience!

This is an amazing place for all your nail needs. The service is awesome. The most friendly people I ever met. You will feel relaxed, rejuvenated. I cant find a perfect word for this place as this is just extraordinary salon. Everything is spot on in the salon its clean, love the furniture so comfortable, just wanted to sleep while do they do my nails and price is incredibly worth it. Love this place. Came in today and they have wine, refreshments, fruits, cupcakes, cookies and snack for everybody.

Couldnt be happier with my mani/pedi I got today. Staff was friendly, lots of options for color & design. My technician really gave a great massage & the upgraded pedi package was very affordable. I spent $70 with tip & had the best pedi & manicure yet. I felt very safe, the establishment was clean & precautions were followed for covid. No wonder my sister raves about this place, I will absolutely be back.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I changed over about 4 months ago from a nail salon down the street. They were extremely kind and welcoming to my girls and I. I visit there 1 a month with my girls. This time, the woman a poor job and my nails were chipping and falling off with less than 2 weeks when they normally last over a month. 6 of the 10 nails looked horrible. They were going to charge me full price to fix them and were rude about it. I will never go back even if someone paid for me to go.
