I appreciate working for FST because the values of the company are similar to my own... helping to take care of others. As office coordinator I see first hand where we are doing things that benefit our employees, our clients and our community. It may be providing a meal to a family in their time of bereavement; supporting local causes by sponsoring golf games and trivia nights; or providing lunch to some of our clients during National Public Safety Telecommunicators Week as a thank you for their service. Its not always about making the dollar. (But making the dollar is good too!)

As an employee in the Chicago office, I see first-hand how FST always goes above and beyond to help our clients. No problem is too big, and we will work until your issues are resolved. We realize that not all of our clients are the same, so we work to do what’s best for you, rather than other MSP’s that always push the same product/configuration. So almost a year and a half ago I was hired on here. It was a small team at the time, so it was very easy and quick to get to know with people. Ive expanded my knowledge of IT infrastructures ten-fold since starting and learned several things that I did not, particularly in just what all goes into actually managing an IT infrastructure to begin. We have a long list of clients that we service and its always a new learning experience each day.Out of any job Ive had thus far, this is easily my favorite and I am glad I can continue to be here. The small, close-knit feeling with my coworkers is different than some huge corporate business, and its a great place to utilize your skillset and potential to the maximum. I *cannot* recommend this place enough to anybody looking for an IT firm to help optimize and scale their IT infrastructure OR for someone looking for a company that will help them grow and give them the resources needed to be successful.

Went here for an interview. Their office looks cool, but their people look miserable. It took forever for anyone to interview me and once I saw the way their people were treated, I got out of there quick. I cant speak for what they do, but I can say their people look like they hate their job. The office was DEAD SILENT, and with at least 12 people (I counted) that shouldnt be that way. It was like they were afraid to make eye contact. Im glad I didnt follow up that interview! EEK. I hope someone reads this and fixes the culture in that office.
