Micah handled my computer super fast. I took it up in the morning and by the end of the day it was good to go. The tech package that was put is amazing and is well worth the money. Go here and you won’t regret it.

So happy I connected with them. They supervised a Spectrum visit and made sure that 1) my entire cable and modem were replaced, and 2) I was not billed by Spectrum fir the work. My internet is reliable now and their fee was more than worth it ti get to this point for peace of mind. We make 100% of our income on online meetings, so big thumbs up!

Bottom line, I had a major issue where I need to recover data from a fried computer, replace and update 3 computers and keep my business running. I was told I had to ship my computer off to recover the data so i started looking for other options. I found Best PC Monday around noon and was back up and running Tuesday by noon. Hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. We paid $500 to have a MacBook screen replaced, they replaced it with the wrong color, it was given back to us cracked, the laptop was not reassembled correctly and now the back panel is bowing out. On top of that, we were told on not one, not two, not three, but on four different occasions to either pick up or drop off the device, and nobody was at the shop when we arrived. After two weeks of dealing with these people we finally got it back today, still broken, still not put back together properly. Unbelievable. Please take your business elsewhere.
