I made a mistake and went to the wrong location to pick up my rental (theres three Enterprise locations on Manchester in close proximity). The two guys working there were courteous, and helped me make it down to the other location to get my rental before they closed. Very nice of them to help me out after I made the error.

Great experience at this Enterprise location- will definitely be going to this location for when I need a rental car for my work or vacation. Andrew Davi was the person I spoke with and handled my reservation on both pick up and return. The car was in excellent condition and was ready right when I got to their store. I cant recommend them enough!

Awesome Customer Service. The engine in my car blew up on Christmas Eve 2020 no surprise there right. It was 2:30 PM on Christmas Eve check the website realize they were closing at 3 o’clock called to book a reservation figuring I was going to be left stranded high and dry. The man on the phone was able to make and confirm my reservation while I was running on foot to get there before they closed For the holiday. Arrived at the enterprise location in Manchester at 2:58 the The young lady working was so nice it was about 20° that day needless to say I was a little cold after my jog after not taking time to put on a coat before I ran out the door. When I walked through the door are you OK. I explain to her the situation she checked her computer my reservation was there she confirm my reservation got me my car and was so nice fast and very professional this delightful young woman and the nice man who booked my reservation together saved my Christmas Eve for me and insured that I did not have a problem getting to work the next day because I am a dining service manager for a senior living facility and many seniors depend on me more so now in 2020 than ever to be at work. enterprise not only save my Christmas Eve but insured my ability to properly care for the residence at my work. A big thank you to the nice man who help me book my reservation for the delightful young woman who took care of me that day at this location and a thank you to enterprise my hats off to these two people who actually do a credit to the word Customer Service awesome job

Unprofessional, disrespectful, dishonest and in need of new management and supervision. Reserved 2 weeks in advance. They got the day wrong. Then day of, told me to come in and they had a car waiting...only for me to show up and they then said they rented my car out as I drove over to them. Then they processed my payment after rushing through everything and with no car. Next, they called around to multiple locations to try finding a car for me...since they took my money already. Nothing. Finally, they contacted the shop servicing their vehicles and brought back a large van, that gets lousy mileage...when my reservation was for a fuel efficient car. The van was prepped and they pushed me out the door with empty promises of switching it out before I left town...never happened. I spent twice the money on fuel I budgeted and no apologies. I contacted corporate, to have a one name person call me that suspiciously sounded like a teenager...gave me a number that went to an undesignated voice-mail with no company or other name. I used to rent cars from Enterprise all the time. Now, I will probably never use them again. Trust them at your own risk. Or, Hertz is right nearby.

I have always rented from enterprise. I normally love them. But recently I came to this hole in the wall and Laura was rude. Made me wait a long time and then walked up to me and just looked at me like what ? I left immediately. Would never go to this location again.

Let me first start off that Khayla Spraggins is the best. She made sure that my car had a scraper, but when I told her I was going north where there was a lot of snow, she went back into the office and brought me out a bigger scraper with a longer handle. She is very nice and always welcomes me in with a smile. I have been going there this past 4 times, in the last 2 months. I wont go anywhere else.

I recently rented a Full Size SUV for my trip to South Dakota, I was actually disappointed with the car they provided us with no other option. However, we went ahead with our trip. And the car totally nailed it, was very comfortable, smooth on wheels and the average was good as well. The overall experience with the car was awesome.I will definitely recommend them and will definitely trust their choice of vehicle.

I received a newer van which worked well as we had been thinking about the usefulness of such a vehicle. This opportunity to use this vehicle while our car was in for service was perfect. Staff member who picked me up from the dealership was courteous and friendly and staff at Enterprise office was also friendly and helpful. Our 2009 Camry was purchased from an Enterprise location in Southern Wisconsin...........very satisfied with the car. Enterprise is another location to consider when looking for a vehicle to purchase!

Fantastic experience, price and customer service. I think the customer service was stellar, so deserving of 5 starts. My only Teeny complaint was that there was only 1 person working and I had to wait a bit during pick up and drop off. Totally reasonable though. Its the ONLY think I could say that was negative.

Rude, Rude, Rude. Weve rented from Enterprise for 20years. My car broke down out of state. 500 miles from home. They didnt care. I had the money to rent on a debit card. And cash. They refused us. Were members of enterprise too. No way rent from them jerks No customer service skills either. We went to Hertz better service and people. Go somewhere else period.

They tried putting me in a full-sized car after I had said, almost literally first thing after walking through the door, that I wanted the smallest, cheapest thing on the lot. I had to be assertive. Once that was done, everything was fine.

I had a reservation and called the morning of my trip asking for a pickup. I was informed at that time that they could not pick me up since I lived 6 miles from their location.Was told to call another location. 2nd location I called had a car available (at a higher rate) but needed two hours to pick me up. At this point I didn’t have two hours. They transferred me to the escalation team. The agent set up a reservation at a 3rd location and told me an employee from that location would pick me up.When no one was there 10 min after my scheduled pick up time, I called location #3. I was told that they have no record of a scheduled pick up for me nor would they pick me up nor do they even have a car for me.I called the escalation team again and explained everything again (they do not document when you call in). This agent told me that the best advise he could give me was that I should call location #2 back and wait the two hours to be picked up. At this point it was 10. I had wanted to originally be picked up at 9. Now he is telling me that I can get picked up at noon. I asked if they could send an uber to take me. He said no. I asked if he could reduce my rate since now my trip would be delayed 3 hours and I had spent almost an hour on the phone just trying to figure it out- he said no.I got off the phone, called another car rental agency (right across the street from location #1), rented a car, they were at my house in 20 min and I was on my way.The Enterprise escalation team is useless. Not sure why they even exist. All I hear is how enterprise will pick you up. I guess that is only if they feel like it. I literally live about the same distance from all three of these locations. They are all in my “neighborhood”. Everyone passed the buck to the next location. It’s crazy that the escalation team has zero authority to do anything.I have learned my lesson and will never use them again. When I have needed a rental through my insurance company they have often sent me to Enterprise. If that happens again, I will even request to use a different rental company. This has been a nightmare. And nobody there cared.

Do not rent here, they do not do maintenance on their vehicles, they put me in a shoddy vehicle, I get that it is a rental company so the vehicles might get abused.The vehicle they put me in while waiting on my car to get fixed is junk.

Watch out this location. Extra milage charges wont disclose during car pickup. Sneak in extra millage fee without your disclosing you. During the car reservation online system confirmed that mileage included and no extra charges. However when you pick up the car, they sneak in extra milage fee and wont disclose that. Will tell you that you will receive an email with details on renal agreement. If you dont ask the details they wont tell you about the extra milage fee and will surprise you with fat bill at the end when you return the car. I wont go back to them again!

They lost my reservation for a pickup and then when I called they said that they had no cars available for several hours even though they did have my reservation for my car. They said that they do take reservation even when they may not actually have cars available for a customer. The manager was extremely unhelpful and I was very late to work

I was leased a car with a damaged touch screen, drove away thinking nothing of it as I just needed a car asap. On returning it, they informed me I would have to pay the bill to repair it!! Way to cover up for your employees mistakes / lack of care and attention to the cars you have. Never going back to this place.
