The outcome of our countertop install could not be better! We love how this has updated our kitchen. The drop covering the front panel at the sink fits perfectly. Thanks to the K&D rep Brian R. for the great suggestions (saved us money) and to the technician who was meticulous with the measurements (came back a second time to be sure the panel at the sink fit) and to the install crew who was very competent and polite.

We worked with Brian at the K&D in Ballwin and it was a amazing experience from start to finish! We visited the store to look at samples and were allowed to take home samples to view with our new cabinets. Once we choose the countertop K&D scheduled someone to come measure our kitchen. Someone showed up to measure - took about 45 minutes, they were very nice and wore a mask during the entire process. Our countertops took about 3-4 weeks to process and arrive at our house. The installation team installed the counters fast and efficiently, didnt leave a mess, and stuck around to answer any questions we had about maintenance with the counters. Every step of the way Brian checked in to answer any questions we had. We loved working with K&D during each phase of purchasing our countertops. Very grateful to the whole K&D team to for providing phenomenal customer service, beautiful product, and perfect installation. Highly recommend!

After an exhaustive search for just the right countertop pattern, we found the Armitage pattern at K&D. The entire process was great from scheduling, to measuring, to installation. The installers were prompt, tidy, cordial, and did any extras needed. I had a hard time finding the seam even though I knew where it was. I highly recommend this company!

K&D met all our expectations and more!

Exceeded expectations! Would have had a one-week turnaround from measurement to installation except we werent quite ready. My contractor says thats very unusual. Installation was seamless. Even carrying in and installing an 800 lb piece of quartz.

We recently completed a kitchen remodel using Steve and K&D, and they were fantastic. No matter what questions I had, big or small, Steve was there (very quick too!) and always willing to help. We got a few bids, and K&D was right in line with the other companies, but it was Steves service that made us decide to go with K&D. We love our new kitchen!!

I loved the selection of Cambria countertops at K&D. I looked at many other retailers in the area and was very discouraged by their selection. We had shopped around at various locations in St. Louis looking at quartz slabs for our kitchen countertops. The process was overwhelming until we stumbled across (literally) K&D Countertops in Ballwin. From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were being catered to. Steve at K&D was amazing to work with. He talked us through the process, gave us ideas on colors, patiently helped us look at sample after sample. He explained the various front edge finishes and available sinks and faucets and he never stopped smiling. Being able to actually see the slabs as they would look on a countertop made all the difference in arriving at a final decision. And being able to actually take numerous quartz samples home was awesome! The installers were also great as well. The two young men, friendly and neat, arrived at our home on time and worked meticulously to get the job done. Ive not seen things done with such precision and caulking done that well in a long time. Kudos to K&D in Ballwin, Steve and the installers for making our countertop selection experience wonderful!
