I had 2 services done: (1) unclog the drain where the air conditioner drains; (2) install a bathroom faucet. The work was done quickly and professionally. The price was VERY EXPENSIVE. If you buy a faucet from Home Depot, HDs installation services are significantly cheaper.

The owner and employees are professional and friendly. They are flexible and easy to work with. The plumber who installed the water heater did a fantastic job. When the City Inspector came out, he asked if he could take pictures because it was the best installation hes ever seen!

In November 2020, we had a leak in our front yard. Since Kokesh has been our go to plumber, I called them. Megan quickly determined that our problem was with the water service line to our house and emailed me the paperwork to contact the St. Louis County Water Service Line Repair. Part of our water bill is a fee that goes to this program. We were able to get the repair completed at no cost to us thanks to Megan pointing us in the right direction.Kokesh was out this week taking care of our water heater not working.Thanks for your great service

This company has been my plumber for years. They are always polite and prompt, always super helpful. It is great to have a plumber that I can rely on and does exceptional work!! I can not recommend Joe, Megan, and their team enough!!!

Called this company out for some minor repair to a leaky shutoff...and also to quote bathroom sink pipe repair. Their repair guy shows up 20 mins late with no call to notify me...luckily i saw him pulling into the neighborhood as i was leaving, having thought they blew me off. Guy uses a wrench on a packnut, charges over a hundred bucks...and says he has to quote me a whole sewer stack replacement vs just what id requested he quote. About a month later, i finally got my quote...which according to others in the industry was not a good quote. Overall, very underwhelming. I would not call them again.

Our drainage stack under our kitchen rusted out and began leaking severely. I was looking to get it fixed quickly. They were very reponsive, completed the work quickly, and it was well done. Thank you!

We hired J J Kokesh to replace a leaking outdoor faucet based on the recommendation of a neighbor on Nextdoor. Mike, the plumber, was professional, efficient, friendly, and he took proper precautions by sanitizing his hands before he got out of his truck and put on his mask. The person on the phone, Melissa, is warm and helpful. I hope we dont need their services again, but with this old house, I expect we will -- and well call on J J Kokesh again.

Arranged for a clogged drain, scheduled a time, they didnt show up or call to reschedule. When I called 3 hours outside the time window they quoted, they didnt have us on their repair schedule, but more than that, they acted like they didnt even care.

Called on Monday and by Tuesday, before noon, all my plumbing woes were fixed. Everyone I spoke with and worked with was professional, courteous and friendly. The work was done quickly and professionally and Mike (the plumber who came to do the work) made sure I was happy with everything, including any clean up! I would hire JJ Kokesh & Son again and recommend that you do too.

Weve had Kokesh Plumbing out twice this year, to replace a main shut off valve and to replace a pressure regulator. We couldnt be happier with the service we received. The plumber was very professional, explained my options and gave me a price on the spot. The workmanship was first rate, and each job was completed very promptly. Id have no reservations recommending Kokesh plumbing, and will most certainly use them the next time we have a plumbing need

I had a superb experience with basement sewer line clean out. Very professional and they offered free ideas that I could do when selling my home saving me a ton of money!

Joe came and gave me a price lower than all my other bids. The job was completed in the time I was told it would take and done correctly. No complaints and I would definitely use them again!

I am only giving them 1 star because I have to in order to post this Review. Absolutely will never use this company again. Extremely unprofessional. Told our tenants that we were slumlords that do not pay our bills - yet he boasted that he had been to our house 10 times (interesting that they keep showing up if we dont pay our bills) Also interesting that the 30 year experienced plumber who claims all we do is patch things and never really fix anything could not find a single plumbing problem in our house. So instead told our tenants that he recommends a complete gut and remodel of the bathroom. Sadly we had been doing business with this company for over 40 years and we will no longer use them or recommend them.

Grossly overcharged for parts and labor. Billed $50 for a $5 part. Billed 1.5 hours for a simple 20 min job. Dishonest. Expect to over pay.

Not to be trusted. These guys contracted with Missouri American Water to replace old water lines with new ones in homes in Valley Park. They forgot to tell me that they were replacing copper lines with plastic. Now I have 30 feet of plastic water line running through my basement, and the workmanship is lousy. Had to call them back to fix a leak. On top of that, the old copper line that they cut out vanished from my house without a trace, but they claim they didnt take it. 80 homes in this neighborhood had lines replaced, so not a bad scrap copper haul for Kokesh. If you hire them, make sure you stand over their shoulder while theyre working, and check your house to make sure nothings missing before they leave.

Very professional, respectful, and affordable great job guys.
