I have not been to this office in the last 10 years, I went today to renew my passport, I got nothing but GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE from Robert and the young person at the window. Line was getting long and someone else came out to help. Nice clean place too... Thank you for all your help!

Terribly lazy post men. Our mailboxes outside the gated community have been vandalized so many times and they kept ignoring them and still putting mails in them. They should fix those mailboxes or the should relocate them inside the gate.

The lady the does the passport is very late. We’ve been here since 9am. It’s already 10pm and she is still not here. They took the sign in paper at 9:15am. What’s the point of being here early if she doesn’t show in time. 3 people were already denied because they weren’t here before 9:15. We’ve been here 1 hour and no one is here. At the moment only 5 people are still waiting for someone to show up

Always very slow. There are usually only 2 employees. They seriously need to hire more people so that the post office functions properly.

I started shipping through them because they’re close to my work. Noticed everything I send through here is extremely slow delivery and have had two packages so far that don’t arrive. Tried calling them and of course the phone system it seems is specifically designed to not let you talk to anyone.In comparison the one by my house is super quick and I’ve never had a single issue with final delivery.

Lines are so long, and there is never more than one person at the registers. Why do they even bother having more than one register, they should just replace them with automated machines. They dont even have a stamp machine, you have to stand in line for 20 - 30 mins for a 50 cent stamp. This is deplorable service. Othe cities work faster than this BP Post office. Happened a few months back but figured Id share my experience.Package said it was delivered earlier in the day. No package. So I decided to call them and see what happened and they claimed they brought it, asked for my address and tracking number then described my house to me saying they took a picture of it being delivered and sent it to me never happened. Gave her my tracking number a second time. She confirmed it delivered. I told her nope. Not possible nothing here. Person on the phone said someone in the neighborhood mightve taken it since they left it in the mail box. After I told her that it wasnt possible, she then claimed my grandma signed for it. Two seconds of asking my grandma later I confirmed that didnt happen. She asked if she could call me back and hung up. 30 minutes later (never got a call back btw) a driver comes around, drives by my house and hands the package to my grandma. She fed my grandma a crap story about how she delivered it to another house on my block because they had the same last name no they didnt. (Remember how they described my house to me?) I know EVERYONE on my block.1. They wouldve returned it to me because they know me.2. Nobody has a similar last name to me whatsoever.Horrible postal service.

Bad customer service. Wanted to mail a first class package but was told the size of the package was too small and they could not take it. I had no problem mailing the same size of packages in other usps locations before. I went to another usps and they took it without a problem. I think people working here are constantly looking to find troubles for you. Ill avoid it in the future.

[Update]:No this is not acceptable. With this pandemic, people who have any symptoms such as cough, fever, etc should not be accepted inside! There was an old man who had a terrible mucus gargled cough!There should be a sign posted that e-commerce drop-offs should be accepted at the window! I had to wait almost 40 minutes!The staff have no sense of urgency. When you see the line picking up, they need to pick it up to not have so many people inside. What’s the point of social distancing if it’s going to get congested and space is scarce: people getting too close to grab envelopes, boxes, etc. This place needs to better organize themselves and should really hire new staff.Stick to UPS or FedEx![Previous]They staff is courteous and always answers any questions you have. Lengthy waiting times due to short staffing, so not good if you are in a rush. Best to go early before 11:30 a.m. The customer parking lot is way too small, located on the side of the building, so its best to park across the street where the dollar store and Firestone is. Dont be a douche and stop your car on the entrance of the driveway and halt traffic. Other people have to do their post office duties for the day too.

Their mail carriers consistently lose or deliver my packages/mail but I cant ever find it. The manager ALEX REEPOLRUJEE has supposedly been looking into my case, and apparently has been calling me for more than a week and yet my phone hasnt rung once. The staff doesnt seem to know what is going on, I get the feeling that Im not the only person who feels this way

2 packages were received today from a client from Amazon. One of them was in a bag with a we care label...no you dont care...if you cared about the packages your employees wouldve handled it with care and there wouldve been no damages...you need more hand to surface procedures and more package handling training!!! Just because a package is small it means that it can be thrown...and this time of year is off peak so there is no reason for my package to have gotten damaged...

Every time I go in, there are at least 3 people working the counters. They are nice, considering that they work in a post office. Not a bad place.

This is possibly the worst Post office ever! They are constantly delivering packages to the my neighbors address that belong to ours. I have seen the mail carrier just sitting in his cart on the phone. Every time you call the location no one answers. when you call to complain they never resolve anything for you. THIS PLACE SUCKS!

Like others reporting here... they keep losing my packages..it shows delivered but the items never show up..I suspect the mailman is not doing is job or taking the packages..no wonder USPS is going down the drain.. so frustrating to deal with USPS.. you cant even contact them.

Trying to contact the Baldwin Park post office is USELESS. They wont answer their phones. The toll free number has a wait time of ONE HOUR. The Postal Carrier delivered various packages to my address that didnt belong to me OR my address. The carrier REFUSES to pick up and redeliver something they delivered to the wrong address!! It is SAD to see this type of service!

Shittiest service ever. Your lucky if they answer the phone. However the mail lady that delivers at my address gives great service

Website said passports closes at 3 and the lady had no idea what was going on..horrible service they are clueless here.

If you package is heavy, expect them to deliver past 8pm, if they dont, then good for you. Youre lucky.When you call, the tone rings forever and doesnt stop. Maybe they dont hear the ring on their end, but damn. They must be under staffed or something.

Meh, every time I try to get my passport here 9 am Saturday’s... there’s a sign out the door apologizing for the inconvenience of short staffing therefor they are not doing passport Saturday’s.

Your mail carrier do not pickup our out going mails. yesterday some time during the week at lease 1 - 3 day out of the week.

This is a well ran efficient and effective post office that I would tip my hat to if I was the kinda guy who felt like he needed to wear hats.... Im not that kind of guy.

According to the tracking info, my package has been sitting at this post office for nine days. I was supposed to receive it a week ago. Someone is not doing their job.

I want to report a RECKLESS DRIVER that cut me off on our way back home with my two little grandkids from school today (11/06) at 2:00 PM , that make brake so hard and almost got an accident. Please do something with these kind of DRIVER before somebody get killed. The number of the TRUCK that almost killed us or hurt us is #4870792. Please for the sake of others people lives. Worst services ever. I came in at 9:00 for my passport. I waited for hour in line until they called me and they turn me down applying for my passport.

Called usps here in Baldwin Park an they were able to locate my packages in minutes and called me back asap after questioning the carrier.. when the stupid people on the usps help line couldnt do this for me at all they just kept on saying I cant track that package for about 3 days so thank you guys for doing your jobs.. know I got my upgrades for my integra gsr... jdm

This is probably the worse post office I have ever been to. They required me to purchase tape to tape the label I purchased on line from the postal service. Not take the box but take the postage label. They couldnt give me scotch tape.
