Called about 1 hour ahead to see if they could mount and balance some new wheels that I had bought and they said I could walk in. They were very friendly and helpful. Good and affordable prices. Very happy with their service and would recommend to a family or friend.

Took my vehicle in for the A/C because it just started blowing hot, $85 to diagnose the issue, left it there at 10:30, checked at 2:30 and he said my car was next, I called at 5:30 because I hadnt recieved any call from them. I was told I needed a new compressor and after all charges it was going to be $900 if I wanted them to change it. Next day, my dad changed the relay in my car and bam, started working. Either this place knew and tried to scam me or they didnt know what to look for when diagnosing my A/C problem. Do not take your car there for A/C issues!!

Where do I begin? Great price for my Chevy Traverse tires, GREAT service! One of the things I liked the most is that they give you a ride to work and offer to even pick-up your vehicle. What a convenience when you work all day. Not only did they take care of my tires but they also offer oil change services. Love supporting our local shops!

Super fast. Referred to me through a guy who changed my flat and put the dinky wheel on. I drive a cargo van, they put a used but good tire on for $45. Clean waiting area with television and plenty of chairs. My suggestion is call ahead to see if they have your size tire. They didnt have my exact size, but one size lower.

When I went to this place, I thought they will tell me why my ac was blowing cold air and then warm air and re filling it back. When I when in there my compressor was working. I went back in there and told me its something electrical because my compressor wasnt working. They said it could be a short or the fuse box. They drained all the freon, of course my compressor wasnt going to work. They wanted to look and charge me at least 200 dollars. I put some Freon on my system, and the compressor started working again. I left still with the same problem, but I wasnt going to pay for something unnecessary to be done with my car

Got 2 new tires cheap.. forgot to mention the tire with a hole in it which was the reason i came in the first place so it didnt get changed when I got home and noticed and called and they put a good tire on it for me no extra charge and the service was fairly quick. I have no complaints, I almost didnt go there because they bad reviews but Im glad I did...

Went for an alignment waited while the guy was on the phone said it would be about 15 min till my truck was seen left with no alignment

Good price for good work. Do more than tires! Theyll tell you up front if its gonna be a long time. I had the brakes on my mini changed there and had no problems whatsoever. The staff is helpful but they are fast paced so dont expect to have your hand held.

Got 4 used tires with stems on tires to get my car back an have no stems on the car at all. Was giving a time frame an ended up being therr 3hours long dont recommend going here if you have things to do.

Got a oil change from them and when i got home i noticed car was dripping oil. Turns out they didn’t tighten the oil drain bolt and also noticed oil filter was not replaced. They should be a shamed of them selves for cheating their customers. Not recommended. Not a honest trustworthy company.

Worse tire service ever!!! Sold me a used tire and put it on backwards!!! Buyers beware when dealing with this place for any service they offer! Never again will they get any of my business or anyone I know as long as I have a say so in it!

Great customer service, but for quick in out service they can do a little better, showed up opening time 8am didn’t leave until quarter after 10 just to get some tires changed, didn’t want to drive across town to pacific tires on bernard which could’ve done everything about 45mins tops, so wanted to give gutierrez tires a shot with that being said i won’t be going back,I’ll continue business with pacific tires

I went just for a spare tire swoop took 3 hrs so they can tell me my rim is broken and didnt have the correct tools to remove the lock off the tire so they had bust it n dnt have tume to unmonte the tire from the rim...!!!

If I can give it 0 I would 1st I went since its close to my house was just to put on new tire well they put it backwards now went to change brake pads and they tryed to charge me for a new caliper 140 when they I didnt need one so they end up putting my old ones on NVR will I go there again if u see in just keep driving all they do is try to hustle u for parts u dont need !!!!!!!!

I had them put tires on two of my dually trucks. Both were welding rigs and now im here in texas and i find out they didnt balance the rims and tires. Truck was shaking the whole way here. Found out they stripped three bolts on the wheel spacers.

Absolutely the worst service possible. They kept my car all day said they did a diagnostic when I took it to the next shop they said no one had ever tried to even get into that door they spent all day and never looked at my car then called me and told me that it would take till next day to fix it when they hadnt even looked at it.

Ive been getting all my vehicles serviced here for a long time and everything was good until this week I called this whole week asking for a price on some rims every time i called they said they will call me back and i keep calling and get the same answer i would go somewhere else from now on

Went for oil change that took over an hour to do, and my car was outside their garages jacked, hood up and a bucket underneath instead of the car being pulled in to one of their stalls with the proper equipment. None of the levels were checked. Wont recommend or return. Other customers there complaining of poor work.

I went there before closing on a Saturday an hour and a half before closing took all that time to switch my four tires I assumed they rushed cause they shredded three out of four of my studs they put a bent rim in front massive shaking from 45 to 65 mph came in a month later due to work on the road they took it in took forever then told me they found three destroyed studs blamed it on me and tried to charge me 45 and I told them no cause they used a impact gun and destroyed them and I told them there only required to go to 100 ft lbs and guy said that that is alot and there guns stop at 80 and I said impossible I used to be a mechanic and UTI schooling so your saying Chevy arent smart enough to set torque on a car they engineered and created I ended getting charged for 20 for labor still robbery for there mess up horrible service and theres more this short version

I bought 10 tires from them. Tires are ok, but they stole an obd pocket scanner out of my jeep.

My car had a faulty transmission gasket and I had to be towed in. Samuel, the service writer and the mechanic (I wish I knew his name) diagnosed the problem quickly and I had my car back in 5 1/2 hours at a great price. These are my go to guys.

Took my car there because my AC wasn’t working they charged me $115 just to return it the same way . Took it back and all I got was another estimate of $300 because my condenser needed to be replaced when initially that was the point for them to check what was wrong with my AC . Not satisfied at all , just waisted my money for nothing .
