First time using this place and Im hooked! Staff was very friendly, quick and responsive to phone calls and questions. Upon arrival staff was quick and very kind and cautions of keeping a safe and clean environment. Services were delivered quickly but I didnt feel like I was rushed in and out. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will recommend and return in the future.

I was serviced by Lee. She was fun, thorough and made me feel very comfortable. The rest of the staff was fantastic as well. I recommend this place of business for all your waxing needs!

I went here for the 2.5 years I lived in Bakersfield and I love love loved it. The girls there not only have great customer service skills and great prices, but they genuinely love what they do and do therejobs RIGHT. Ive been getting Brazilians for 5 years now and when I was there I was very pleased. I saw quite a few estheticians my time there and they were all great, my main girl was Joanna :). Also when I say girls, that includes the front desk receptionists who are awesome too( loved Josie), overall its a great environment and small business worth your time and money .

This is the best waxing boutique in bakersfield! Each girl provides quick and professional services, they truly care about their clientele. I have tried other wax boutiques before and none have helped me gain the results i was looking for until i came here! i regularly see Joanna but have seen Lee as well and both are amazing at what they do! i highly recommend Sweetcheeks if you’re looking for a satisfactory wax or tan!

I get my eyebrows waxed here and they really make sure everything is cleaned up and just how you want it. Everything is super clean and organized and the decor is very aesthetically pleasing. Plus, the girls are really nice and they make you feel very comfortable, even if youre just waiting to be called back! This is definitely where Im going from now on!

Katlyn is absolutely amazing! Waxing and with facials, Im obsessed with microdermabrasions because of her! And she has yearly promotions, she is also very sweet and personable! The salon itself is adorable!

Although please with the results, I was disappointed in how I was treated as a new client. I was referred to this place by a friend, and have returned for two additional appointments. On my third appointment, I was unable to keep the appointment to no fault of my own and instead of being a no-show I called to see if I could arrange to re-schedule. She told me I would not be able to reschedule, until I paid the $25.00 cancellation fee. I wasnt even given the courtesy of being asked If I could come even just a few minutes later, or even the same day in lieu of cancelling. Instead she was quick to insist that the fee be paid. I have clients that I deal with in a small business as well. I would never turn a client away, risking their business altogether, by insisting they pay a fee for cancellation. Thats a shame.
