This place is incredible. I had to reschedule morning of and they were so understanding and polite. The front receptionists are really sweet and helpful which is hard to come by from my experience. I had my first Brazilian with Lindsay and she made me feel SO comfortable and explained everything thoroughly. They show you all the products they offer and recommend, but they are in no way pushy to get you to buy anything. I was super pleased and the first wax was half off. Great service here.

My first time here. I went in last week for a Brazilian. Mel was so professional and made me feel super at ease and relaxed. It was my first Brazilian and she went over everything I needed to know thoroughly and asked if I had any questions. The whole process was easy and quick. When I walked in, I was greeted by Elizabeth at the front desk who made me feel welcome and was super pleasant to talk to. She also made me feel comfortable about my wax by telling me some tips from her own experience. The girls here are awesome and I will definitely be back for more services in the future!

I went in the other day and it was super clean and during this time i feel like that’s really important. I was nervous at first cause of the Brazilian I’m getting is a sensitive area, but Elizabeth reassured me that once i get it I’ll love, and I’m hooked! Pricilla made me feel so comfortable and was so sweet! I needed up getting a serum too, I’m coming back in 4 weeks to get those passes they told me about.

I loved getting waxed by Mary. I hadnt been waxed for months due to covid so I was pretty nervous about the pain. There was no need to worry because she was absolutely amazing. It was the least painful wax Ive ever had. Mary was incredibly and Ill definitely be going back to her in the future!

I got my first Brazilian wax yesterday and I was so nervous! Elizabeth at the front desk was very nice and personable and helped me calm down by telling me her experience with getting the wax. Mel was the one who gave me the wax, She was super friendly and made me feel at ease by going through the whole process. It wasnt as bad as I thought it would be and the girls here definitely helped calm my nerves. Elizabeth told me about the referral program so I will be telling my friends! I love this place. But I’m kind of annoyed at the fact that they don’t call you when they open again from the shutdowns. They sure do take my money from my account without letting me know that they are open again. This happened twice already.

Very clean establishment but there was still alot of hair left after getting the Brazilian wax. Some girls are a bit shy In that area be sure to ask for a technician this thorough. Not my best experience.

Not a super clean place. The front is usually clean, but the floor in the rooms are usually needing a good cleaning. Workers generally are nice and do a good job. The wax they use is what I do prefer. They use a hard wax, which helps with not taking off layers of skin and is much less painful. Its better than the wax strips and is better for sensitive skin.

ESMERALDA is amazing!!The entire place is very clean, from the entrance to the room. Nothing was used twice. I pretty much had a head to toe wax and I was done in an hour! All the ladies were really sweet .. made me feel comfortable.

Great job on the missus. No complaints whatsoever on her behalf despite it being her first visit. She is typically shy in the presence of strangers yet they managed to make sure she was completely comfortable and fully aware with the procedure before commencing the process.

Waxing is a love hate thing for me, but i will hands down never go anywhere else! The location is very welcoming and open and always clean and pleasant to walk into . The girls at the front are friendly and helpful and always make sure to get you in even without an appointment. I love that they take their time to really get to know their clients.Essence is my favorite wax specialist, she is amazing and has made me a true believer!! She takes her time and makes sure you are 100% satisfied. I can always count on her to make me laugh helping the time go by fast! i actually look forward to my appointments. She’s always made me feel comfortable and is incredibly professional. Overall you get what you pay for! Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else .

The women at Stockdale European Wax Center are wonderful. They are always professional and welcoming every time I have an appointment. They are accommodating when I need to change appointments and I am in and out of there in no time and am able to go about my day. Such a wonderful bunch of ladies, go see them!!!!

I had a really good experience. It was my first time getting a Brazilian wax, or anything like it, and they were really understanding about that. Everyone was SO nice and professional and the woman who did the waxing did a really good job and made me feel comfortable.

I went here for my first time this morning and all the employees were very kind. My wax was thorough but also quick. The room I got my wax is was white walls and ceiling not terribly lovely but I was only there for about 15 minutes. The bed had the paper like a doctors office would which makes sense as it’s inexpensive and easy to replace the technician did wipe down the actual bed as well when I was done. She was kind and knowledgeable. She explained each step and answered any questions I had. Of course like any other business they will try to sell you other products while you’re there. I gave in and bought one of their products so hopefully it works as advertised. At check out I was a little confused because I remember being told on the phone $25 for my first time and $50 regularly but the pricing was higher when I actually checked out. I settled for a military deal that was buy 3 get one free.

Just had my eyebrows waxed for the first time here and Im beyond satisfied. It was painless and free for a first time customer. The ladies at the front desk are charming and kind as was my wax specialist. I definitely wont be going anywhere else from now on.

The place is really clean and nice. The experience I got was great, however it just depends on who you decide to get you’re wax with. It may be a bit pricey but it’s worth it if you want to get a nice wax.

Nice and clean, the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They walk you through everything they do and try and make you comfortable. Overall a pleasant experience despite the minimal expected pain from the actual waxing.

Ive been to quite a few waxing facilities and salons, but this one tops them all. The quality of this place is obvious from the moment you walk in until the moment you walk out. The staff are quick to smile and more than willing to provide helpful tips and advice. I regularly see Essence (who is professional, hilarious, and a fantastic wax specialist), but if I pop in and meet with someone new, Im never disappointed - you wont be either. Its not often people look forward to a wax appointment, but this place just may change your thinking.

WOW Ive never experienced a better wax! Its less painful, less expensive and less time than any other wax Ive ever had. My legs are silky smooth and my eyebrow wax is amazing. I love the eyebrow powder and liner. The Brazilian bikini wax is half off for the first visit!

Everyone here is always great! They are a little more $$ than others, but with the products they use, and the service they provide, its worth it!! They even give me advice on how i could make my experience easier, whether its drinking more water or exfoliation more. Theyre always on top of the game. I just had the best wax! I usually go to locations in the Bay Area, but I had to give this location a try since I was in town. I love that they have savings passes so that I dont have to pay full price each visit and their products really work! Ill definitely be back the next time Im in town.

Normally I am not one to review publicly . I have been going to European wax centers for two year in other states and my expectations are not too high . Just want lasting results . I have visited this location twice and have had a positive experience with the staff and less pain waxing . Yet - after week I have way too much re- growth to have been waxed properly . Hair breakage is my concern , verse true wax. I hope to keep trying different waxers optimistically hoping my outcome improves . But not sold on this location.

I got a brazilian wax for the first time here, and everything went smoothly- no pun intended. The office was clean and the staff was very kind. I arrived for my appointment early, and was allowed to begin right away, which was perfect because I wanted to get it over with. The process only took about 15 minutes from start to finish. It was way less painful than what I anticipated. The esthetician made sure I was comfortable and did the entire wax in about 5 pulls, then the rest were cleanups. I also liked how she explained the purpose of each product she was using. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I will definitely be returning.

Pricey compared to the average in town, but they do a good job and I can always get in last minute if I cant get in somewhere else. It would be much more pleasant if they didnt try to push their products so hard. Youre going there to get hair ripped out of your body, not spend $300 on lotion.

Waxing can be a bit of a harrowing experience! Finding a place, a waxer, and products that you can trust is typically very difficult. European Wax Center blew me away with my first experience. First of all, the wax is much more gentle than any other wax I have used, the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and the products are excellent and affordable! I cant say enough about this place....HIGHLY recommend!!

I had taken a while off from waxing so it was like the first time all over again (and we all know how that feels lol) but my esthetician, Essence, was AMAZING!
