Expensive but not bad

It was awful more than double from the price of Lyft . They guy was rude he had some breathing problems I was concerned having a baby that he might pass out or pass out talking on the phone the whole time . Also went weird directions .It cost 75 cents just 5 ft into our trip still in the parking lot

First of the taxi cab driver took me to five different places other than what my destination which I had called and said that was my destination and then which by the way I had called on another phone number and ask how much it would cost from my destination 12 dollars is what it cost to where I was going to and they gave me a completely different price of what it was going to cause so how does it go from $12 to $25 if this taxi cab driver his name is Teetee is a white guy drives a van charged me $25 and then when he when he found out that I was reporting him he set there and snatch the money out of my hand the money that was in my hand and threatened me with a taser and me and kicked me out of the taxi what kind of service is this is poor quality service which by the way Im also reported to the police department

Lady ran late but gave us money back for being late. Very good customer service to be able to pay us back for the inconvenience. Thank you

I did not use this service as the operator spoke Spanish. She asked if I could text her my address. I then asked if she could confirm my pick up when I texted and she didnt understand my query. Therefore, I did not trust that I would be picked up promptly to get to my destination on time. She was very nice, had I not needed a timely pick up, I may have used it. I instead tried Downtown Taxi, well see how the other service works...

Real bad service ive called for a taxi and its been 1 hr since i called and they never came dont recommend anyone for this company Kern Taxi Cab especially if you in a rush or urgent to get somewhere bad service

I used this service twice both times cab driver kept making wrong turns the second time I used them the driver took me 20 miles the opposite directions ya 4 miles the first trip 65$ the second 8 miles Im over 80$ and still 15 miles the opposite direction i was supposed to go.
