I was having the hardest time trying to find a ride and not only did they come through but they also went above and beyond with helping me figure out how to find a way home. Their taxi was very nice and clean and Mr. Gomez was dressed well and extremely professional. Thank you again Mr. Gomez for helping me get home!

I’ve used Best Taxi many times .. and every time has been a great experience. In my opinion, they are always professionally dressed, respectful, on time, and most importantly.. honest. Lastly I was impressed to see them always keeping their vehicle clean and disinfected.

They were Fair and they went out of your way to make sure that you were completely satisfied with them I give it a five Star Plus a A plus readingAnd they are there when they say they will be.

I called at 3:30 for a ride they said 15-20 minutes then it turns to 3:59 and still not here I called she picked up someone else instead of picking me up first and handling my trip. She should have called me 25 minutes after to let me know she wasn’t coming. It was the first time calling and last. I had to call a different taxi service. This is not the Best taxi.

When I called Best Taxi Service for a ride they told me 30 min. I waited 40 min. before I called back. When I called back dispatcher said hell get a hold of the driver. So, then I continued to wait and wait and wait until 45 min. Later and still no call and no cab, so I ended up calling another Taxi Service. When I got home I tried calling Best Taxi Service, but unfortunately theyre not answering. As far as Im concerned they shouldnt even be in business!

Hands down the best taxi experience Ive ever had. Vincent told me it would take 10-15 minutes to pick me up. I told him that I was in a hurry and he was there in 6 minutes. Very professional demeanor, positive attitude, and just a great all around experience. Highly recommended!!!

Terrible! I called at 8:15pm to schedule a pick up at 9 pm. At 9:07 I called back and the guy said he will call the driver and that he is on his way. 9:28, still no taxi so I call again and I was told he should have been there by now, I will call him a few minutes later a taxi pulls up in front of the 99 cent store ( I specifically said Dennys on Mt Vernon multiple times) he waits there for a minute then drives off, meanwhile I am blowing up their phone and nobody would answer. Terrible service and their solution is to quit answering the phone

My opinion is maybe they should actually have a person speak for the simple fact that their company takes on more than they can process therefore they have to go ahead and without your permission or anything mind you form your business out to a separate company by forwarding the phone call however even though Best Taxi sucks keep an eye out for my review on Discount Taxi
