Never knew a place like this existed! Im so thankful for the lovely ladies that took care of the issues my kids had as someone who works very late hours and had no time to deal with them they truly saved me so much time. They were very sweet and professional never felt uncomfortable and the kids werent embarrassed. The lady was very helpful with info as well. I will be recommending them to everyone I know from now on!

Awesome. This place was a lifesaver. I was freaking out heavily about my poor 8 yr old girl who had a second occurrence of lice. They were so nice, understanding, clean, professional and just wonderful. The lady that helped us, I cannot remember her name so sorry, had such an abundance of knowledge about lice that I felt educated when I left and I felt confident in my ability to recognize it next time. I really think thats what its all about. My daughter didnt mind being there, it wasnt painful, she wasnt nervous they even had a little tablet for her to play on while she was sitting in the chair getting the hot air treatment. I cant really remember what that things called either but if you have lice I would like really really recommend this hot air treatment that they do. This place is the place to go for help getting rid of lice.

The young man that helped us yesterday was amazing. The process of going through something like this can be embarrassing at times. But with you’ve children it happens. And the technician that helped us made my kid feel great. Super friendly and would highly recommend anyone to your establishment!

Absolutely the best. We are the cleanest ppl and we still got lice. They were able to clean out even my 1 year old. I feel so much better knowing that we are clear because I work in healthcare and I get so paranoid. Thank you so much for putting me at ease!

This place is amazing! I wish I’d known about it sooner. I thought my daughter had lice, luckily neither of us did. They check for free, and after the guy told us we were both clean, he explained to me what to look for if I ever suspect anyone in my family had lice, even showed me what they look like. He was extremely helpful on preventive care and education in general. So happy we have a place like this in Bakersfield with such amazing and helpful people running it

Great experience, I talked to a guy on phone name Silvano who was so nice, and he explain the process at the clinic and was very kind, got to the clinic and was nicely welcome by him. He help us figure a treatment plan that best work for us. Thank you for being there and caring for us! Highly recommend this place.

Thank god theres a Lice Clinic in Bakersfield.. Melanie and Kari helped my daughters be Lice free They were super nice. I love how clean and sanitized everything is. It was frustrating having 10 kids 5 girls all had lice ,the boys were easy just cut their hair but doing all my girls hair was too much so I purchased the ONEcure machine (fyi...dont recommend buying if its for more than 2 people) that didnt help much...Thank you again Melanie and Kari you guys are amazing....🌻🌻

Amazing experience from a very stressful situation! I had never dealt with lice before. When I found my 3 1/2 year had brought it home from somewhere, I almost went into panic mode. While googling “best lice treatments” I found Lice Treatment Centers for America. Best phone call I’ve ever made. The staff was amazing! The staff knows exactly what they are talking about. The technician was very friendly and patient with my daughter. She made sure explained everything from start to finish and what options were from here on. They definitely took the panic out of a situation I thought was going to be much more stressful! I would definitely recommend them and I will definitely use them again should they need arise.

Worth every cent!!! Gets rid of the bugs and the eggs. No combing through hair for day after day to make sure it is gone. The ladies were super nice. Overall great and Easy experience. So glad they are here in Bakersfield!!

So happy this place exists, i couldnt imagine having to live thru my friends childhood horror stories of having to be sat outside for hours while there mother used burning chemicals and combed bugs out of there hair. I was able to take my daughter in and have her easily treated with no fits or tears. The staff was amazing and friendly. Thank you for taking the stress away.

They were so helpful and knowledgeable when we found out lice had invaded our home! He was great with kids and both of mine were totally comfortable! Would definitely recommend getting the heat treatment if needed! It’s nice leaving knowing the nightmare of lice is over!

Friendly willing to let us change our appointment for a sooner time how more convenient are they my kid was nervous so I went ahead and did it to that was the only way she will let me get her hair done I almost fell asleep in the chair so did she thanks we hope not to ever come back but in case we do we had the best time there thanks again for your cooperation and letting her watch a movie while she was in the chair that was very nice we appreciate that it made things a lot easier and the time go by faster we also took some of your items home we hope not to use them but Ill share it with her dad and the music as we went and was great made things a little bit more calming and more a friendly environment

This place had some of the best customer service i have ever experienced. They were very accommodating with my big family and gave us the knowledge of how to prevent relapse of infestation. As well my kids loved the little goodie bags and popcorn. Thank you again for all the hospitality.

The place is clean, the staff was really nice and welcoming and really accommodating, and the best part - my daughter is lice free and they didnt make her feel embarrassed about having lice. She came home from her summer trip with lice and thanks to the Lice Clinic I didnt have to deal with it for long at all!I highly recommend them to anyone who needs help getting rid of lice!

This place was so nice inside. I love the decor and how nice Yannis Mallory was to me, my daughter, and my baby. My daughter liked the toy section and I thought that was a great idea to have a play area to keep children entertained. The bathroom had a changing table and diapers and wipes provided! That was a surprise and a great touch. Yannis happily answered any questions that I had about lice. I hope to never have to deal with lice again but if I do I would be happy to come here again, I am definitely going to reccomend this place to everyone!

This place is awesome!!! I found out my 7 year old neice had lice and was so stressed out I wanted to cry! My friend told me about this place! Yannis was fantastic!! He helped get rid of those nasties and sung along with every Disney song that came on Disney Channel! (He seriously knows them all) It was such a stress free experience and I have full confidence that we are now lice free! Thank you!!
