They’re great! Silverback conducted an initial termite inspection for us as part of completing the Escrow process. They completed work with a tight timeline and returned to do some really extensive rodent repair, clean-up & exclusion on our new house. At every step of the way, they’ve been kind, cordial, considerate, professional, honest, and very thorough. Rich is a natural teacher and took the time to educate me about pest control needs and options in our house that backs up to a National Forest and is therefore in proximity to lots of critters. They are rightfully in high demand because they do great work. Additionally, I love to support local small businesses operated by good people with effective practices, and they are very deserving!

We had this pest control company come out and fumigate our house first thing they showed up late. Second did not coordinate Pacific Gas and Electric turn the gas back on. I am very disappointed in theyre service.
