I bought some used tires from a shop 3 days prior to visiting Walmart. I didn’t like the way they looked so I proceeded to Walmart today, August 5th, 2021. On arrival the customer service was far from great, which is the usual for Walmart. I picked out a brand new seton tires for $552.29. I have them installed and make the cashier aware that I WANT TO KEEP MY OLD TIRES. My old tires probably had roughly 55-60% tread, and I had planned on putting them on my other vehicle. Around an hour later I come back pay, grab my keys, and head back to my vehicle. Took a look in the back and sure enough my old tires are not in the vehicle. I walked back into the automotive department cashier area to notify them that I stated I wanted to keep my old tires, and that they are not in the bed of my truck. The techs then got involved and said they were being loaded onto a truck for disposal around 50 feet away from the automotive entrance. No effort was made to recover the tires while the truck was still there, and soon enough the truck was finished loading and left. They notify me that the truck had left and they have no way to contact the driver, and of course couldn’t get ahold of the manager either. They offered to give me a free oil change (which I don’t need for another 2,000 miles), or give me a $40 gift card. Neither one of those is going to cover the $400+ I will have to spend on tires for my other vehicle. On top of that, they charged me for new valve stems when the ones on it were practically new from less than a week ago. I gave Walmart the benefit of the doubt, and assumed they would do a decent job since they are a chain. Yet it’s Walmart and I shouldnt have expected anything good from Walmart. I will never return here for any type of automotive service.

My husband and I went for an oil change yesterday and the gentleman that they were training was exceptional even though it was his first day. But then when we returned for our vehicle, there was another employee working the counter whom was extremely rude to us. Not a shocker I suppose, and of course I didn’t catch his name. We’re Definitely going to change our own oil from now on. Individuals that work in customer service and treat customers in that manner for absolutely no reason except for the fact that they despise their sad little lives, should not be employed. It is such a disgrace to the thousands of other Americans whom would kill for a job in this economy. &If I could rate with negative stars I would, because respect is above anything else in the service industry.

Very rude staff! Using words like hurry up were waiting on you to hurry up are not how youre supposed to talk to a customer! They literally had me looking for my own tire in the tire section, I was the first person In line but was told to go look for my tire on the clearance section. Meanwhile 3 customers got helped before me. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!

Worst experience ever! I was told the service will take 1 hour or less, They let me waited an hour and half, until I go check on the cashier and found out they cant do the oil change, they didnt bother to give you a phone call, the lady at desk just hand me the key without a word and not even an apologize. Well done👏👏 I dont know why they still got 2.5 rate, that rate should be lower

They totality of my experience with the service center was unacceptable and violation of my rights under the Americans With Disabilities Act when you check their parking waiting area for customers cancel is the furthest away from the door you have to fight and battle traffic to get to a safe zone just for servicing and then to make things worse the customer service is exactly 0 the doorway to the entry is so heavy that you cannot open it by yourself in a wheelchair then when you get inside the service help is so lacking that you must demand assistance in accordance with the United States Constitution and the Americans with disabilities act something in which they act like they have no idea that it exist and I have to mention the in-store staff when you need assistance everyone runs the other way and do not even wish to help you push the shopping cart when you’re in a wheelchair you’re basically on your own at the store and then after you spend over $1000 in the store the security harasses you for a receipt and when you ask for a manager they called the police on you unacceptable especially for a Walmart in this area in on this side of town unbelievable if I could I would give a -5 star rating this and other videos in regards to this Walmart are available on my channel ADA Audits USA on YouTube three videos get the whole story and please do not forget to click that subscribe button thank you in Advance they are mini videos depicting Americans with disabilities act added violations just look for the ones that says Walmart

My wife took our 2016 sedan in for an oil change. I received a call later stating that I needed a new battery. I told the lady that I would like to check the battery myself. I arrived with my digital multimeter and was referred to the service technician. He said that I needed a new battery because it wouldnt start after performing services on it. When I asked what the voltage readings were he said he didnt check it. He also stated that they had to push the car out into the parking spot. I tested the battery, it was low and asked if he could give me a jump. I tested the battery again after the jump start and it was fine. The battery had never done this. Its been 3 weeks since the incident and it hasnt happened either. I waited this long to write this review because I wanted to be absolutely sure that there was nothing wrong with my battery. I will definitely not be bringing my vehicles here anymore.

I was a little worried about taking my car in after reading all the negative reviews but they were great! Yes they take longer than most places but you can’t bet the price! And the two guys who helped me were both kind and courteous definitely would take my car again!

I remember being there with my good friend at different place, not on gosford Bakersfield CA, when we got ready to go last Vegas Deafnation 2012. I can see why they are so simply humble helpers with honorable Walmart auto low prices. Hmm... Good service to get cars done and checked safety. We used to be happy here, today not so much. They deflated our tires from 60 to 35 So now we have to inflate them again and they didn’t have tire rotation today. Instead of removing the sticker they placed the new one in the center of the windshield and they didn’t and they didn’t change the oil change on the dash. The girl told my husband I can show you how to do it,he said I know how to do it but I’m paying for a service right?She said oh yeah I see your point. He couldn’t find our key and the manager had to come and show him it was in the box and did apologize but we won’t be going back unfortunately.

Got an oil change here Saturday 07/27/2019 and my car started acting weird Monday 07/29/2019, but I thought it was just my car getting used to the new oil change. It is now July 31, 2019 and my car has stopped working due to transmission failure. Thank you, Walmart. Any advice on how to go about this? I personally feel like they won’t do anything about it since I don’t have proof that they were the ones who accidentally let out most of my transmission fluid and didn’t bother refilling it.

Went in to have our tires balanced and oil change, and it took them about 2 hours. Got our car back and we took off and the our car felt worse. So we took it to another location and they told us are tires were really off balance like really bad and one of our tires had a big bubble getting ready to pop at any second. So they fixed and the car felt like new. I called Walmart and i was talking to a very rude female by the name of Sabrina i was letting her know what happen and the whole issue and she starts to laugh and says “i gotta put you on hold I’m busy with a customer” and laughs again! Very rude unprofessional no customer service skills what so ever. So i had to call again to speak to the manger by the name of Charles, he seemed really nice and understanding he told me that Walmart has a policy that when they do tire balancing they do not inspect the tires while getting tires balanced which i think is stupid! But whatever now i know not to ever take my car there ever again i do not recommend this place for any services. It would be nice if they explaine what their procedures are before “working “ on your car and taking your money. I did get refunded my money back tho!

Poor customer service. Rude with no communication. . team member just walked out with at least 15 customers waiting. Had to call for another person to help when nobody showed up for at least 20 more minutes. Pulled in with no cars in bays for a simple oil change. Took over an hour.

Not only this place is unprofessional, they dont seem to value their customers. Customers know that services need to be advertised but dont push it to them. I do not know if its a store policy but, many of the employees think most customers have not the slightest clue about their own cars, but they make that mistake anyways. Sadly, Walmarts standards has surely dropped down to a mere 1 star.(A tip: if you do not know the answer, just honestly say you dont know. If you lie and get called out for it, thats on you.)

The customer service here is non-existent! The guy walks out during mid transaction and is gone for 10-15 min and didnt even say anything, just walked out. Customers left with confused looks. Im not looking for a red carpet but a hey hold on wouldve sufficed.

I arrived and asked for an oil change and a tire rotation and asked the time frame. Christian said, “oh not long at all there is only one car up” I’ve waited for almost 2 hours when I told them I only had 45 min and they assured me it would be done in time. I asked several times for an estimated time frame as now I’m an hour late back to work and she just kept saying I can’t give you a time frame . Looking thigh the window the staff were walking around the car talking and at one point the staff working on my car was on his cell phone just walking around with no sense of urgency. Very unsatisfactory service

I was refused a tire change at 530pm even though the hours were open until 7pm. Maybe i could understand if they were backed up on cars or wait time, but there was only one car being worked on at the time with no cars waiting. Just pure laziness.

Came in for a balance and rotation. Guy that works reception desk has no customer service experience whatsoever. I left my car with them for 20mins and they end up calling me saying they would need to charge me for the service because the rear tires were not covered. I told them that I replaced all 4 of them in this very store, but they had no record of them. They went ahead and comped it because I would had shown them a receipt. That wasnt all though. They didnt finish rotation on the passenger side. They only completed the drivers side. Take your money somewhere else, I only came back to this horrendous place because I paid for the free balance and rotations.

Terrible. Came in just to get a pit crew oil change and my tires rotated, I was told it would be around an hour - an hour and a half. It too almost 3 hours. Associate at the desk was rude and didn’t seem to care whatsoever, and just about every time I look to see what the employees progress on my car was they would just be standing around talking. Seems like there’s no quality control here and no supervision from management.

The last two experiences I have had with this location has been very frustrating. I went today and they said it should be 45 minutes or so it took over two hours. This happened the trip before and my wife had a trip that took over three hours. And they lost my keys (adding another 10 minutes. Avoid this place if you value your time, because it clear they dont value their customers time AT ALL.

Spent 4 hrs to get new tires on my truck only to find out the didnt reprogram the tire pressure sensors come back on another day to have it fixed wait for 3 1/2 hrs only to be told they dont know how to reprogram! Will not be back ever

I had a flat tire that I took in to get fix and its a fixable tire. They wouldnt fix it. They tried to sell me a tire that they didnt even have. The African American lady was very rude to another customer that was being helped. She was also rude to a customer on the phone.
