The company lacks INTEGRITY. They do not pay on time and string you along to try and keep you quiet. They are not even aware of California labor laws. They put people in unsafe conditions then remove the person from the post if they complain. Absolutely ridiculous. I have proof to back up everything Im saying and I already contacted BBB (even though Randstad is not an accredited business). This company should be ashamed of themselves and their dishonest recruiters. Its so many people in the community that need work and to do these shady practices is detrimental to the workforce.

I had an interview with Erica around 2:30 on a zoom call. I figured she must have wrote it down but I got on the call and it was 2:35 and nothing. I finally called and they said she had Stepped out of the office for a bit but she couldnt have someone cover the interview. Not only that I was never updated on the THREE jobs I was a good fit for but I was never offered any other positions. Normally I wouldnt be upset but I lost my job to the pandemic it would have been a real big help if this STAFFING AGENCY was organized and prepared and had the proper communication with their applicants so we wouldnt waste our time.I actually know Erica from a previous position I held. I always contacted her to have temps come in and fill in at our job sites. She knows me personally and knows of my work ethic but somehow I was treated badly. All my respect for her was lost that day.Definitely do NOT recommend anybody try this staffing agency even her co worker who was filling in for the interview was completely lost during the whole interview. WASTE OF TIME I tell you.

Erica & Rose were extremely helpful, listening & understanding with patients. They’re non hesitant with helping and taking care of their employees. Worst company to ever work for.

Very friendly staff! I applied to one of their positions and got a call in just a few days. I have now been working for this company for a few months and it’s been amazing. Definitely would recommend!

Very unhappy and highly disappointed. I went in twice for an appointment at the office and everything seemed fine. I was told Id hear back that day or the next. I didnt hear back from them. I emailed a few days later and I didnt get an email back until about a week and a half later with an apology and them saying theyd continue to try and find work for me. Okay fine. Here we are 3 weeks later. I emailed twice with no response or call back. Ive never written a review for ANYONE but this just makes me upset. You go to agencies for help and they just dont care because theyre not the ones without a job. Their bills are getting paid. Those first two appointments made me think they were really going to help me but unfortunately, I was left hanging.

Applied to this agency then received a phone call to a good job opening. Great job Placement pros! You are highly appreciated 👌🏻

I sent them my resume, gave them my minimum. They sent me on an interview and said we may be able to negotiate the wage... came back to me with something way below my minimum and then didnt call me back when I turned down the job.

Im on again off again with them. But they are terrible. The work they find you, if you ever get a decent job, is good, especially in the Garlic company. Sadly the office staff at Placement Pros is highly unorganized, unprofessional, and lazy. The lady interviewed me while stuffing her mouth and chatting away with the others. If there is an office manager on duty, she isnt doing her work and should be fired. Hell, they should all be fired for their incompetence.

Defenitly would recommend randstad to everyone, recruiters take your skills and qualifications seriously and try to find you a position that suits your expections.

THE STAFF there are very unprofessional they leave you on hold for hours dont return your calls and rush you off phone......I have no criminal record and have the qualifications for an open position but yet I was ignored after my interverview.......I really hope this isnt a racial thing....

Horrible!!! horrible!!!! horrible!! They are soo soo unprofessional!!! I talked to the lady told her what I wanted to do. She asked me to give her a few days to find work and told me to call back and follow up with her, so when I called a few days later I call and ask to speak with her and they send my call to the receptionist to write down my name and number and promise that the lady will call back well I believe that they would call back the first couple of times but she would never call back and I think that is so unprofessional like if you cant find me a job atleast let someone know without leading them on. But mistake learn will never do that again.
