Definitely a staffing agency I will not be using. The staff was not nice nor did they know what they were doing. Also, did not abide by the mask policy.

Mid Cal is by far the best staffing agency in Bakersfield it doesnt matter if you are brand new to the work force or a seasoned professional they have something for you I would refer Krista Gafford to anyone serious about work.

Its a good place to work Ive been there almost 2 years I love it people are great and they got good contracts especially for truck drivers

Takes time sometimes depending on what job opportunities they have at the moment. Plus your job skills. Always call everyday no matter what they say. They usually recommend you to call once a week to be put on there list. But call daily so they know your interested and finally they stop you from calling by getting you a job. Best agency thats gotten me actual real work with great opportunities and decent pay.

They will lie to you say they have more work than others services in the last 3 weeks I would of made close to 2000. Floyd and Krista both told me they have more work than others services. So I went with them made less than 450 in 3 weeks, 1500 less if I would of stayed with the other service who had a 15 days of work, that paid 650 a week! So I wouldnt trust them for work.

Great environment!! The staff is amazing and always so helpful.

They will NOT help you in any way to get a job. Even though you have plenty of background experience.
