In my experience, this has got to be one of the most unprofessional and disorganized organizations Ive partnered with. Someone else mentioned they have no regards for you as a person and I completely agree. It seems to me they care more about the employers and businesses they partner with then the employees themselves. As an office, they lack proper communication skills within their staff; therefore by the time they reach out to you, theyre in a frenzy to have you submit documents (or whatever paper work they need) in a nick of time and expect you to drop everything youre doing in order to cater to their time constraints, when its information you should have received sooner.In emails, they tell you to reach out to them if you have any questions or concerns and when you do so, instead of coming to a place of understanding and owning up to their mishaps they will use every excuse in the book as to why the situation played out the way it did. They will remove you from your assignment simply for reaching out to them with concerns. They are also very condescending and passive aggressive in their approach to speaking with prospects.There are merely too many options for staffing agencies and businesses hiring out there to have to deal with the disrespectful behavior they display. And given that as a staffing agency, they take a cut out of whatever wages the employer pays...no thank you! Ill take my business elsewhere.

I have worked with Cindy Perkins for some time and let me tell you she is amazing. She is so professional and also great at helping find employment. I would refer Cindy to anyone that is looking for employment along with Joseph Valdez and Elizabeth Maldonado. I can say Elizabeth is also a great person to work with when it comes to AppleOne. My experience with AppleOne Employment Services has been nothing but excellent. I got offered a job opportunity for my now permanent job. My initial assignment was for about 2 weeks. It got extended for additional 2 weeks with the opportunity of being hired on. It wouldnt be possible if it wasnt for Cindy Perkins needed a receptionist on such a short notice. They contacted me for a job that they were interested in submitting my resume for. Told me they care about their job seekers and other things to what I later I’m understood was to push me to submit my resume for a job I didn’t really feel comfortable taking after hearing more information about it. They say that I have to sign some paperwork so they can represent me. Go to do the paperwork they ask. Get a call I have to do more. Including assessments which have nothing to do with the job and are more for administrative office work which is not what I was applying for or do. Also have to submit paperwork with my social. They submit my resume and I get ghosted. I brush it off and decide to keep applying to the jobs they post on their site. I email the recruiter and never get a response until they ask job seekers to let them know if we are still in the market. I answer yes and that I am interested in a job, which they respond to something along lines that they will let people in office know but don’t acknowledge my question about the position I was interested in. Basically just wanted my resume to give to an employer because they didn’t have enough candidates. Don’t waste your time with this company that will have no regard for you as a person. You are just a resume they can submit. Go somewhere else where they will treat you like an actual human. They do not run business properly and are straight out lying to potential job seekers. STAY AWAY! Don’t get scammed!

I sent in my resume for review to apple one and was called the next day. Joseph helped me make my resume stand out and helped with interview questions and how to stay calm. Once we had my assessments completed and resume done, i did a practice interview with all the staff at apple-one and as soon as that was perfected they started looking for a job that best suites my abilities. I received an opportunity 2 weeks later, got an interview, and a day later they called and said I was hired with the company they set me up with. They are very efficient and friendly. I was very hesitant about going to AppleOne because I had never worked first hand with a staffing agency but heard a lot of bad stories. I am so glad I decided to give it a try! The entire process is smooth and effortless and I felt from day one that the entire office was willing to help me find employment. I submitted my resume on a Wednesday, asked to interview on Thursday and Friday and I was offered an amazing employment opportunity by Monday afternoon AND they negotiated a higher wage for me!

Joseph Valdez helped place me in a job that is going great so far (Im about a month in). The communication was great, and I didnt fall through the cracks like I had when it was Act-1. They helped me clean up my resume and got me at least a couple interviews before I chose this job. AppleOne and their staff are amazing. I am not just saying that either. I have been looking for work on my own for a while and finally I called them to help me find employment. The staff is amazing and I cannot say enough about it. They found me a job within a week and a half and with the hourly wage above what I have seen in the past. Very nice staff but sadly you get stuck with the recruiter that registers you and if they don’t get back to you then you don’t get called for jobs with another recruiter. I called numerous times and sent numerous emails but didn’t get a response. I tried other recruiters but was always directed back to the one that registered me.

Appleone staffing agency is the worse ever if your an “African American” don’t waste your time. They will give you the run around and every excuse of why they haven’t place you yet. There favor line is the customers is looking for someone bilingual , but yet that’s not in the job description on there website, a lawsuit is what there asking for ...

Currently assigned to a new recruiter David. He’s been able to get me a good lead within a month I was assigned to him. Very good guy and knows what I’m looking for as far as pay and benefits.

Transitioning into a new career field can be nerve-racking, but AppleOne made me feel secure and confident with my transition! I have been attempting to get a temporary position from this company for over two years without any benefit whatsoever. In this time, I have been sent out of town for interviews to no avail. I had managed to find part-time employment on my own. This is absolutely the most worthless employment agency Ive had the displeasure of dealing with.
